It was a great experienced living in copper ridge would include a well-maintained unit and clean environment, prompt maintenance response, a friendly community with resident events, convenient amenities like a gym or pool, a safe and secure building, a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants, and a responsive and friendly management team that addresses concerns promptly.

Terrible apartment complex. You drive in and all you see is trash. Most days it's trash and discarded furniture. And now we have stray cats. There is always an issue with the plumbing. Either the water is off or there is no hot water. Never any parking. If you get home after 6pm good luck with finding a parking spot. The front gate never works. And good luck with your neighbors. My first floor neighbors barbq outside with loud their music on while they drink beer and my neighbors behind me have opened up a IMAX theater in their apartment. Not the best place to live on the Southside.

New neighbors upstairs have caused my peaceful environment to go downhill. Since they moved it has more often than not been unpleasant in our downstairs unit. Unfortunately they are not respectful or mindful of the tenants living below them (me! )

I’ve been here a year, and everything is still great. Whenever there is a problem (and I’ve had very few), it is taken care of as quickly as possible. The office staff, maintenance crew, and emergency crew are all fantastic – knowledgeable, super-efficient, and they are lovely people as well.

Love the community! It’s so pretty and I feel safe here and walking around the apartments. The pool is so fun and I love the access to the laundry facilities and gym. The valet trash is nice as well. It’s a very clean facility. The maintenance is done SO fast and it’s very appreciated.

The Copper Ridge apartments are very spacious, the staff updates you, and you have access to food trucks. Sometimes musicians come to the complex and sing by the sparkling blue pool and we can win giftcards from the apartments from the comfort of our own home. We can share photos of our pets and residence while we have the option to feel the warmth of the sun sink into our skin. We have grills by the pool and access to complimentary drinks in the office.

I loved living here! The staff is kind and attentive and the maintenance guys are so friendly. The only thing I will say is although it's a nonsmoking property people will still smoke around the property so if you're sensitive just be aware!!

Have not moved in but the process has been very smooth transiting into the new place. Will find out more in two weeks. I enjoyed the pleasant staff. The weight room is pretty top notch. The complex was very clean while I was being shown around. Looking forward to spending the next few seasons here.

Love this community as my first home for my little family. But I wished communication was a lot better on their part. And I’m kinda disappointed about the pest problem I have considering I don’t have any pets and clean everyday I would think I wouldn’t have a roach or flea problem, I strongly dislike how they insinuate that I’m the issue or down play this issue as well.

In the 3 yrs I’ve lived here Copper Ridge has always been a calm inviting place to live. Maintenance is always very kind and hard working. They are quick to fix any issues you may have! The staff is also very kind and understanding they offer fun activities for the tenants to enjoy with their family or neighbors. They have food trucks visit often and offer free Starbucks coffee at the coffee bar in the leasing office. The neighborhood is convenient and the apartments themselves are so aesthetically pleasing! I love it here it’s Home!

We love living here. Staff and other residents are all friendly and the amenities are great. The only complaint I have is that the pool restroom is often locked during the pools open hours. It’s a real inconvenience. Also, there have been several times where the pool was not opened until hours after the scheduled opening time.

Weight room and pool are clean and very nice to have so close to home. The dog park is great when it’s not muddy outside, but the obstacle course is fun for the doggies.

My residential experience is cozy with a taste of jasmine tea inside of the office. I have a good amount of space and have been able to invite others over. I have been able to win numerous gift cards just by writing my opinion about the apartment, suggestions, and amenities or voting for other people's photos. I have been able to find out about events in the area and won gifts during the previous treasure hunts. I have been able to get free food and access to trucks with a variety of foods, such as the French ladies truk, American burgers, or Mexican food without having to drive to a fast food place or restaurant. I habe been able to listen to live music by the pool and meet peole with diverse backgrounds. My apartment is nice and quiet. I am able to use the gym at any time and ask questions practically any day ilof the week. Anytime I need maintenance, they come quick. The apartment leasing agents and manager are quick to update anyone.

the staff has been very helpful with the move in process. it is a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. the pool and gym are very nice. everything so far has been a great experience.

Amazing and clean!! Just a wonder place all around! Pools is nice and cool perfect bbq spot. Laundromat spotless! Friendly staff and neighbors. Love it

Everything is literal perfect, the only reason that I didn't rate the 5 stars was due to the noise of the road. Other that then that, it's great.

I have lived at Copper Ridge since 2014, and I am pleased with the office and the maintenance staff. The residents are friendly, and the apartment complex has a family atmosphere where people enjoy coming home to their residence.

Upstairs neighbors are really noisy and I can smell everything they cook (which leaves me sick to my stomach a LOT) but otherwise it’s been a great place to live.

One week in and we absolutely love it. Apartment is great and the dog park is amazing. The gym being open overnight is a big plus. There is always plenty of parking as well.
