Property Ratings at Copper Stone
The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the kitchen. The kitchen is nice. Otherwise the carpets wreaked of cat urine and were completely torn up in the closets when we moved in. Neighbors above us fought loudly every night. Cops showed up here on a nightly basis. I came back from working a night shift and some guy had pooped in my parking spot and passed out in it. I could go on about other problems. Just listen when I say live literally anywhere else. I can’t believe I even survived my one year lease.

I’ve live at Copped Stone Apartment Homes for about 10 months now & I have had very minimal issues. Katie, our office manager is great at responding quickly & taking care of things properly & in a very timely manner. Rent is very decently priced for the amenities (minus COVID) you get on property as well! I definitely renewed my lease here! I would definitely recommend Copper Stone Apartment Homes to anyone looking for an apartment.

Built in the 1960s, so a pretty good size for 1 bedroom, (700 sq. ft.) Floors and walls are thin, so can hear walking and loud tvs if you have loud neighbors. I love the view from bedroom window, Pikes Peak Mt. at over 14,000 ft. I can watch the storms move in from the west. I also love the evergreen trees in the courtyard. The bath and kitchens were remodeled 2 yrs ago. Would like to see upgrades and better insulted windows and doors. And I really dislike the shared utilities bill. I have no control over others use of water and gas , so I am paying for others use. I would like a bill of what I use, not what others use. I believe that is why so many people move away from here, too high utilities bill.
