Property Ratings at Copper Terrace
They have roaches in some buildings, two years ago they had this problem an they have yet to fix it. Parking is insane even if you pay for it you most definitely will not get a spot. Disgusting overall, management is no help
I like my apartment and the location close to everything. Staff are nice and always helpful.
These are nice apartments in a great area. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located close a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.
The walls are thin. You'll hear your neighbors through the walls and ceiling. Pay attention to the worn outside stairs, the garbage and dog poop and lack of parking. Management doesn't care. It took 5 weeks to get minor move-in repairs taken care of. There is a reason so many apartments are vacant. You have lots of better choices in this area.
I enjoy the location as it is near my work as well as a fair price.
Yes because the maintenece man is amazing and is going above and beyond to help us but when our unit has issues they seem to be extreme and it takes quite a while to have it fixed and getting maintenece to show up has proven to be difficult in comparison to the other apartment complexes I have lived in over the last 10 years
Nice property, decent staff but we have had to track every document we have needed down from our first lease to our second. We were not provided a renewal letter and given multiple reasons as to what happened therefore our rate was pulled on day 3 of us asking in July (Sept 1 renewal) so we will never know if we got the appropriate rate. Our rent was wrong for 9 months ($25) more than our lease stated. took us asking 3 times to have it fully corrected. So if someone is willing to keep on top of the staff and audit their bill and such it's great. The only other reason I would tell someone no is parking is an absolute mess but I know that's being worked on.
I would recommend this apartment for its Central location and accessibility to stores, freeway, gas station, daycare.
Overall, I'm satisfied living here. They started this silly trash valet thing recently, though that makes no sense because there are trashcans everywhere here. I guess they just wanted to make everyone pay an extra $25 a month for something. The management is nice and courteous and the maintenance is prompt and friendly. The prices are OK, but everything in this area is expensive now, so this was a much better deal a couple of years ago.
My family of four with two dogs moved into Copper Terrace apartments in March of this year, after selling our house. I haven't lived in an apartment since college so I was a little nervous. I called and viewed the same day. Everyone was so nice. The apartment was clean and very spacious. They even took pets. After living here for four months we are still very happy with our decision.Thanks Copper Terrace for making me feel at home.
