Located at the intersection of Interstates 57, 72, and 74 in east central Illinois, Champaign deftly skirts the line between small town and college town. The University of Illinois largely defines the city, with nearly 45,000 students enrolled (the city’s population totals around 85,000); as a result, Champaign is home to a growing sector of tech startups and other entrepreneurial endeavors growing out of the university’s research community and recent graduates.
The rental market includes a number of highly affordable options, including many apartments under $600 per month. Expect your schedule to be packed with community events when you live in Champaign, from the popular and wide-ranging Boneyard arts festival to the Sweetcorn Festival in neighboring Urbana. As the hometown of late movie critic Roger Ebert, Champaign’s historic Virginia Theatre hosts an annual film festival in his honor.

Property Ratings at Copper View Apartments
Looking for a place to live is not easy, and finding a place you enjoy to live at is harder yet. I moved in Aug of 2018 and have not looked back.
Loved working with management and excited to move in! The apartments are great and a deal at the price.
Parkland Point is a one of a kind of place live that centrally located and affordable within the Champaign-Urbana area. Staff is very helpful, caring and level of care is provided to each resident on a personal basis.
Pretty good for it's price. The apartment has all utilities included, and it's very convenient to pay rent and bills.
Very helpful and friendly staff, with a great environment. The apartments are nice with plenty of room.
Parkland Point is a safe, fun, and clean place to live. Its’s super close to Parkland College which makes it so easy to get to class. The property is well maintained and maintenance is always willing to help. Friendly staff and great people!
The apartments are quality for the price you pay and the closeness to Parkland College is a godsend. The pros are only compounded by a kind and efficient staff, which makes living here easier.
Beautiful place, always kind and hospitable and available for any problem. I am a student at Parkland College, and my college is 2 minutes from the apartment, this is perfect for me.
Very clean and safe. I love living here. Walls are really thin and neighbors are loud but if you don’t mind that then it’s a great place to live!
Parkland Point does a great job of making residents feel safe! The friendly staff make it easy to put in maintenance requests, get new parking stickers, etc. Being right next to Parkland College is also a plus!
A great place to live, very spacious, and very modern apartments!
Great location, lot of space, great maintenance! Love how the area is gated, perfect walking space in park next to apartment, and no problem for parking!
Parkland Point is super well maintained on the inside and outside. If you have any questions the office is super quick to respond and do everything they can to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Parkland Point provides a safe place to love. The clubhouse always has fun things going on and are very helpful!!
