I have stayed at this apartment complex for almost two years. I have never had as many problems elsewhere like I have experienced at Copperfield. I have dealt with many MAJOR issues and always have given them the benefit of the doubt. The only issue that I will mention is the Parking. It's just a MONEY GRABBER!! VEHICLES REGISTERED WITH COPPERFIELD WILL BE TOWED!! COPPERFIELD RESPONDS "ITS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY" I am tired and ready to break my lease with Copperfield apartments. They have inconvenience me to many different times. The apartments may look really nice on the outside but the inside including staff is not as pretty! Please do your research before considering these apartments!!!

When I first moved in the maintenance left my keys in the door ALL DAY. I arrived home to the keys being in the door along with some other key so I assumed my apartment was being worked on ( mind you I wasn’t given any notice ). The people in the office didn’t apologize about it or have any concerns, they just asked for their keys back

These apartments had been great for me in the 6 months that I lived there! Holly was very helpful in getting me started from the application process to move-in. Ask for her when you go in. Every apartment complex has its set of issues, and the only thing I experienced that’s caused me to give 4 stars is that I came back from a trip and found that someone had gotten into my car, although nothing was broken and nothing was stolen except for some change, but my drivers seat was filled with the contents of my center console. I didn’t report it because I didn’t think it was anything worth mentioning. This is not necessarily a reflection of the apartments or management, just the neighborhood. Maintenance was fantastic and very responsive to my requests, even during COVID-19. Whatever negative experiences anyone has had in the past with management or maintenance, they have obviously worked hard to resolve it and get better since then. Management had great communication of any changes, emergencies, or notices via email. Although there were a few times that I would go to the office during office hours needing something and they would be closed or out of the office, they were always very helpful any time I went in there! Overall, Copperfield is a fantastic place, the apartments are great and nice enough for what you pay, and they are constantly making improvements and striving to make it a great community for anyone to live in! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking!

I lived at Copperfield for about 3 years and the only reason I didn't renew was because I moved to Austin for work. The complex itself was nice and quiet. Well maintained. Maintenance actually went around taking care of the grounds. The ladies in the office were very nice and always accommodating. I had minimal maintenance requests and they alway were taken care of in a timely manner. The only annoyance was that there are train tracks right behind the complex and you can definitely hear every train that came through. But the noise only lasted a few seconds so I really didn't mind it. Safety and friendly staff is a pretty good trade off for the train noise. Ha! If you are a first time renter or are looking for a safe area in Fort Worth with decent rent rates, I would recommend Copperfield.

I love living here. The people in front are really friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up. Of all the places I've lived, the maintenance is top notch. It's easy to put a maintenance order in, can do it online or phone, and they reply quickly and repair quickly as well. The pools are maintained, looks clean all the time. There was a dog poop problem, but recently I've been seeing a worker clean it up on a regular basis, which is good. There is a train or two that you can hear since we're near the train tracks but doesn't bother us nor our pets. Overall, I really have no complaints. It's been the best apartment experience I've ever had and I've lived in several throughout my life.
I have lived here since 2008 and I have never had anything wrong with this apartment complex. The staff, the maintenance crew, just everyone have been open to helping out and being kind. I have enjoyed this complex so much that I have actually recommended to my friends (whenever they ask about which apartment complex they should live at).
We love our apartment and the complex as well. We have been here for 3.5 years and originally found it on Apartments.com in 2012. It is a wonderful place to live, lots of social gatherings, the biggest pool in the neighborhood, waterfalls, beautiful landscaping and a compatible pricing for the apartments close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are fair and enjoyable to be around. They get to repairs in a timely manner. Some times you have to wait, if there is a pressing matter and your problem is not an emergency, but its never very long. They throw parties for the residence and keep everyone very informed with flyers and friendly phone calls. I love this place and would recommended it to all my friends.
Upon moving in, the office personal was very friendly and made you feel confident in your decision to rent here. The location is rather well placed with several stores and fast food within walking distance but with only one entrance/exit and being next to an extremely busy street and crossroad, walkers beware. There is a quite uninviting, very busy, railroad that runs parallel with the lot of the apartment complex. Being in a well populated area the train conductors do abuse the very loud and unwelcoming siren. If you can get past that, the living quarters are surprising nice. The floor plan is quite spacious and they have fake wooden laminate flooring throughout the entire apartment so easy to clean, even with pets. Has a pretty nice split pool with decent patio furniture and hot tub. The workout room is probably one of the smallest and limited I've ever seen but does the trick. The neighbors keep to themselves and for the most part are rather friendly, don't feel like I'm going to be robbed during the day or night which is a plus. All in all, I give it 4/5 stars.
