The community is clean and quiet even theres a lot of residents. The community is big and trash dumps are clean. The staff are accomodating & they make sure everything you need.

I live here for two years already. We understand the buildings are old and fixtures are not perfect. Roaches live under the carpet and inside the cabinets which we cannot get rid of…..

This apartment complex has been through so many managements , I just wish one management team can stay and make real changes. I’ve been here for 3 years, I also lived here when I was pregnant with my daughter and had so many friends stay here. It’s been little improvements here and there but the maintenance needs to get it together ! So many residents have similar issues with maintenance and we are paying a fee for nothing to be done. Regardless of the issues it’s still a good decent place to live and the community is ok but things just could be better/improved.

My experiences here at Circle at Park Point have not been great, and the management team were very unprofessional and rude. My maintenance requests would be submitted and I would get a notification of completion without anyone ever coming by. In seriously hoping things get better with the new people that are over it.

The Waterford has been my home for a long time. It is convenient to all the places I need in my life - work, Church, shopping, medical - daily. I have family living in Houston, unfortunately on the southeast side of town. So when I drive down to visit them, it almost feels like going on vacation - and they're only an hour away!

Moved in just under a year ago. Moving out next month. Lots of fees raise your rent by close to 200 a month. Since I've been here they are on their third complex manager. Trying to save money by not mowing the grass area until almost knee deep in common areas. Loud parties at the pool some nights until 3 am.people who rent here are pigs just tossing trash wherever it falls. People who have dogs do not pick up the fecese. The roach problem is getting out of control. I am a neat freak, I requested the office to have the exterminator spray over a month ago. I went and bought the stuff myself. My chefs kitchen are poorly painted brown cabinets and a Formica like counter top. Laundry rooms are filthy. They do not clean and empty trash cans. Constantly have to call CSC to have machines fixed. Lots of vandalism. Even the man that fills the coke machine says its one of the worst apartments he delivers to. Emailed the manager about an underage drinking party at the pool with about 150 teens drinking, one with a gun. Attached photos and all I got was She just started needs to get to know the place. Nothing done. No Security cameras anywhere. I don't leave my apartment in the evening to afraid. My advice is don't move here.

I toured the apartments and filled out an application and paid the 300 dollar application fee and admin fee. They did not accept my pay stubs or bank statements and claimed that I had edited them. I had no reason to edit anything and they accepted my wife's income which wouldn't be enough and then they declined my application and refused to give me my 300 dollars back. The customer service was all friendly until I was trying to complete the application and purposely declined the application and took my money.

I do not recommend this place even if you need a place to live do not come here I just had a problem with my apartment because they are remodeling the apartments they are removing boards and hammering the apartment next to me I couldn't sleep because of the noise when suddenly the glass of the balcony broke into pieces I was scared because I thought I they were stealing and when I got to see what was happening the glass was broken I moved the curtain to one side to take pictures and take them to the office when I got to the office they told me they would check it and when they arrived they told me I had to pay for the glass because the glass was on the outside when I had nothing to do with trying to sleep now I have to pay for a glass that I didn't always break

The complex is very quiet, the apartment is spacious, I think that like all places it has its flaws, they pick up the garbage at the door of your house, there are days that they do not take it, but it is rare that this happens, the attention in the offices if it is bad, you have to speak directly with the manager so that everything works well! But I am happy to have moved here, so far I feel that I am giving my daughter a decent place to grow up! We do not have problems with pests, they are also remodeling them, I like it :)

THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS!!!! Buyer Beware DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! A year later new management company same run down apartments! Check the crime rate for the property and read the reviews!!!!!! I leased my apartment April 2nd 2021and it was not a good experience to say the least. After countless attempts at having the issues resolved I got nowhere until I walked into the office to complain and ended up speaking to the regional manager and in less than 3 hours she has taken control of the situation and things are immediately being done!!! I was at my wits end and ready to move out upon feeling like the situation was hopeless and one conversation with the right person has turned the situation completely around. This is my second time leasing here and I have leased at other properties and I have never seen the readiness and commitment to make things right and such a prompt follow through. I am absolutely impressed and feeling confident that the regional manager who helped me today is going to turn Circle At Point Park completely around!!

Spoke to a tenant as I was returning to have notice on my approval for an apartment. She told me to look somewhere else. Also, based on my perception and observation of how the staff handled communication with another tenant is why I decided to not go forward with my acceptance to lease from the business. Again, I read reviews elsewhere and was told by a current tenant to stay away if I could. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I’m only wanting to maybe help others make a clear decision on this place. Good luck in your direction, peace and blessings!

Rats, Roaches, dishwashers don't clean, The wash machines leave detergent and dirt on your clothes. Cars are constantly broken into and left on the ground with all four rims and tires gone. Mailboxes are constantly broke into by residents and mail carriers take or open mail they think is of value to them. Water is always off

I moved to the apartments. I saw the apartment. there were things needed to be fixed and the rental agent said that an order was put in for fixing. I did not see any roaches during the walk thru but the first night it was horrible. Roaches crawling on the wall even on my bed. I have pics and video. they are in so much of a hurry to rent that they dont pay attention. They bombed my apartment but did not do any good. they also never fix the issues that they were to fix. Horrible!!!

When I went to look at the place the first thing I noticed was the lack of upkeep on the parking lots. It’s nothing but potholes.

This place is literally a living hell the rats are as big as hamsters , roaches come in the zillions and many different species , water is NEVER hot. Please take all negative reviews to heart they aren’t Kidding or over exaggerating.. I thought that at first I wish I would’ve listened I really really wish I would’ve listened I absolutely HATE living here if you can please looking around!! Or even take over my lease I’m miserableeee !! 2 more months in this hell whole and I don’t recommend this place to anyone

No communication between the office and maintenance. Paying so much for a run down place and I can't even get there without hitting 3 potholes that bend my wheels....daily.

These apartments are filled with issues. They have a roach problems,mold problems, and crime. My apartment flooded and they tried to convince me to stay there with a hole in my bathroom ceiling. After them telling me it wasn’t going to grow mold and it did. They wanted me to resign another lease for an exiting to be transferred to another apartment. I was displaced for almost two weeks and there was no accommodations made.

The staff are great people, ever since moving here I've had nothing but problems with the apartment. I vacuumed up so much dog hair and with that fleas! I told the staff and gave me options, either I can choose to have a post control come over or they can get me a new apartment. I asked them if we can do both, if I would move I wanted to make sure I wasn't taking the fleas with me. Staff said they would call me to let me know if I can get a new place. They did get past control and fumigated the place, I vacuumed again and still found fleas. I emailed the front office on February 27 but haven't had a response. In the email I also let them know that there was a leak and did not come to fix it till March 2. I also did tell them about the leak in person but nothing happened for 2 weeks. My husband made his own work order on there application and came the next day. Since the fleas are still sticking around we do not really stay but slowly I have noticed that the light bulbs are burning out. Not a big issue, I got my own light bulbs but for some reason the next night the light bulbs went out as well. Today, March 3 2020, I got curious and opened a small closet which holds the heating unit, I believe, and found bones, some white dust, left over screws, trash, and a rat. I am hoping I get some recognition from the owner to solve these continues problems. I have a 2 year old and when she sits on the carpet I always find fleas on her. I have been back and forth from my inlaws to come back here hoping everything will be okay. Now that I found these things today is horrifying. I have photos!

Since day 1 of moving in it’s been a nightmare and I have been waiting with great anticipation for my lease to expire so I can leave. The day of moving in my apartment that was leased to me : I pulled hair out of the tub, the carpet was obviously dirty because when I vacuumed there was rice for some reason (all over the apartment in the carpet)and worst of all they have roaches. Since then I’ve discovered that “Pizza Hut “ will not deliver to this apartment because of driver safety (what!!), then my neighbor will smoke, talk loudly, and leave her dog on her porch (which will bark and she would do nothing to quite it) oh and this happens constantly between 11pm- 4 am. I even send a formal complaint to the apartment office and have yet to see any change. Oooh and during the winter forget about taking a warm shower, it is a shared heater so all winter I’ve taken cold showers. Yes they are cheap and supposedly they remodeled the units but it’s literally they put makeup on a pig... oh and that’s cheap makeup. Hated my entire experience here so if you can afford it DO NOT RENT from them here.

Really bad place, if you need something to fix takes forever,until you go to the office everyday , always want a charge you for everything, the complex is in a bad shape holes in parking lot etc...bad place not worth it

This was my first apartment so the prices looked so great and all, but don’t fall for it! These apartments are roach infested and no matter what I did I never got rid of them! I had 2 eviction notes while I was there even tho I paid my rent every month ON TIME. As well, they billed me for 2 water bills AFTER the fact I moved out so beware! The reviews are true, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

So there are so many issues with this place. The bugs are ridiculous, they claim they have a gym, but its been closed most of the last month because people keep stealing the equipment, but management isn't smart enough to install security cameras. I have Comcast come out this morning because my TV/Internet keep going out and they told me the building is not grounded properly (there is 110V electrical current running through the cable wires. I called management and they said that is not their responsibility to fix it and I need to pick a different cable provider. I can't wait to move from this place.

When I first came to this place I felt like I had finally found the place I could call "home" for the very first time in my life, I was excited.. The model they showed me looked nice, the people working seemed like they cared. Everything was just perfect... til I moved in. I moved in at the beginning of November 2017 and today (01/09/2018) I still don't have a working dryer machine . An amenity they are charging me for. I have called and been to the office several times and I had them coming twice, after they "fixed" it; I was able to use it just once.... Then for no one's surprise, it broke again. Now we're waiting on a piece again instead of them replacing the machine. We can't do laundry at all. Cause even though the washer works. Where are we going to hang the clothes? Their costumer service is simply terrible.. They just want to get you to rent their apartments and then you're on your own with broken machines, lots of roaches, loud neighbors, valet trash that never really picks up the trash and many more. I'm so disappointed and can't wait for my lease to end..
Let me just start by saying these are the worst apartments I ever seen in my life. In order for me to write this review I had to give it 1 star. I was looking for an apartment to move into and while searching online I seen Circle at Point Park. Sold when I seen the prices not knowing what I was getting myself into. Let me just say please pay attention to the reviews they are true! I was promised an apartment in the front next to the office. One of the sale reps was trying to place me an apartment all the way to the back. As the rep was showing me around the apartments there was a man standing outside of the apartments with signs displaying mold pictures of the inside of his apartment. And he also stated how no one in the office was willing to help him out. Secondly the rep showed me the fitness room. Fitness room is open so anyone can have access to it. Soon as we walk into the fitness room there were 4 young guys in there and 1 young girl in there smoking weed and doing so much more.! There was trash everywhere cigar wrappers everywhere etc. I have pictures of proofs. Then as we were going back to the office the young kids moved to the playground area. Yes where the little kids are playing. Also while in the office a tenant came in looking for a maintenance guy to fix the same issue she’s been having for the last 2mths. So disturbing!! I tried to get my money back and now they are telling me they can’t give it back to me. This is ridiculous! I honestly feel bad for anyone that lives there. Also Jessica in the office is rude and doesn’t care. When she’s on the phone with you she’s is talking with such an evil tone. Stay away from the Circle at Point Park which use to be Copperfield north Apartments!! STAY AWAY!
These people are possibly the worst complex in NW Houston. They lied about leaving a renewal notice on the door just to force my mom into another month of leasing because they can't get tenants the honest way because of how old the complex is and how unprofessional and trashy the staff in front is. Corporate was even less help. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I have lived in this complex the past year and thank God my lease is up this month! While my apartment looks really nice because my building was newly built, the roaches are out of control as of the last 5 months! If pest control comes they need to be fired for terrible work! The dumpsters are usually overflowing and valet trash is a joke! Many neighbors complain on the community portal about these same issues. The water is always getting shut off for one reason or another. The office staff is untimely and sometimes downright rude! No need to call maintenance about anything because they will not answer, heck the office rarely answers the phone. I have been dying to move out and wished I could've broken my lease to get the heck outta there!!

I moved out in Dec 2016 after a long horrible 12 month lease, Apartment building, (not just my unit )was infested with roaches and bed bugs and killer bees. The last 4 months I would say over 60% of the tenant moved out of the complex. The mangers don't seem care about the property or the tenants. Only collecting rent and putting on a good first impression. The neighborhood apartment social website became a rant and rave board full of complaints and issues of tenants trying to find resolve any way they could. Received 2 eviction notices during lease term even though I always paid rent on time. Customer service was terrible and unprofessional, hardly ever returned phone calls and when new owners took over in Sept 2016 they scrapped all of the some 2000 maintenance requests from previous managers to try to start over with a clean slate. Myself and other tenants became very frustrated trying to any repairs resolved. The onsite pest control was a joke and useless. I would not recommend Copperfield North to a rat much less a human being!
Roach infested, staff unbearable. New management no better than previous management. Rats living in the walls. What you see on the website is not the apartment you will move into. Despicable!
I lived here and the experience has been horrible, you can only move into the apartments if you don't mind living with all species of roaches from giant size to tiny ones even when they do fumigate or clean out as they call it,bugs,weevils, silverfish in the bathrooms, horrible flooring's and uneven floors like pot holes, takes maintenance to get to you earliest i have had maintenance is 72hours. am so glad am moving out of the apartment, never in my life will i ever imagine living in such conditions. they need to be reported to the government.
The apartments are ok, until I needed an emergency maintenance request of a massive bee hive on the stair well next to my front door. Called the office multiple times as well as the emergency maintenance hotline for the apartments. Two weeks later, the bee hive has gotten bigger and no respond to my call. Children constintly play in the area and still the safety of folks well being is not considers. I work for the city in the maintenance department and I can tell you that the services of Copperfeild north apartments perfessinaiolissm is very poor when it comes to maintenance issues. The guys are very rude, and should be a disgrace to call them selves a maintenance crew. I can do their job better but I'm not paid to work for Copperfeild north, sorry won't do it.
There are so many roaches! I mean everywhere, if you live here I feel sorry for you. There roaches inside the dish washer inside the fridge, they start living under your sofa and bed. I really did not even want to give 1 star and also in the past 3 years there's been a drug dealer, 2 huge fire and a murder
My husband and I lived here for a year under the old management without any issues. When the apartment was bought by new owners we began to have issues. Our rent check was credited to someone else's apartment so they thought we hadn't paid. They taped a letter on a door that said they would evict us if we didn't pay our rent. Since our rent check had already been cashed I printed out my bank statement and went to show the office manager. After figuring out they had credited the wrong apartment with my rent payment they said I had nothing to worry about. A few days later there was a police officer at our door issuing us a formal eviction notice and court date. I went back down to the office to figure out what the issue was. Again they assured me that I didn't have anything to worry about. I didn't take their word that everything would be okay so I went to the courthouse only to find out that the apartment hadn't done anything to rectify their mistake. I had to threaten legal action before the apartment contacted the court house to retract their error. Within 5 days the apartment taped a bill to our door charging us $175 for the eviction fee and another $75 late fee. They seriously tried to charge us for a wrongful attempted eviction because their office managers credited the wrong apartment unit with my on-time payment. We ended up back in the office explaining yet again the same issue to the same people who never seemed to remember us or the major error they had made. My husband and I are going to move when our lease is up. The experience was very stressful and the staff members are not competent.
I have lived here a year and a half and don't plan on signing a lease with this apartment again. I have had issued with roaches. The microwave vent hood has fallen off, kitchen drawers have fallen apart, resurfacing on the tubs and sinks in the bathroom are peeling off leaving jagged sharp edges, and carpet is fraying on all the edges. Young and older kids run around the parking lot unsupervised. I have seen them throwing things at cars and apartments, keying cars, and pulling all of the pool furniture into the pool. I have witnessed a drug deal and cops seem to be here often. I have been woken up late at night when neighbors are either partying or fighting. There was a very large fire shortly after recovering from a previous fire.
