Property Ratings at Copperwood in Princeton
Terrible apartment with terrible noise issue. Very thin wall with noisy neighbors speaking loudly, playing piano and using speaker all the time during the day. Unable to sleep and maintain mental health.
Conveniently located a mere two miles from downtown Princeton and the magnificent Princeton University campus, Copperwood sits atop Princeton Ridge, nestled on acres of untouched protected woodlands and surrounded by walking paths and bike trails. Combining luxury and sustainability, the one and two bedroom apartments are beautifully finished and the complex offers amenities like an exercise room, café/lounge area and a meeting room – plus a welcoming staff and concierge service. For me, one of the best features is the location. There’s always plenty to do in this historic college town – and much of it is free! Everything the culturally and intellectually vibrant Princeton community has to offer is literally at your fingertips. And, when you’ve had your fill of the hustle and bustle of downtown Princeton, the serenity of Copperwood is a quick 5-minute drive to the north side of town. It really is the best of both worlds.
