Everything takes to long to be done. especially service requests, almost a month and still no pest control man comes out to my apt. Can’t find no parking later in the night and have to be parking 2 buildings over??

The new management is very very slow and late in responses. Our home has a black mold infection and its a health hazard now.. the office can only respond on Monday

There sure are a lot of cockroaches here. And it keeps getting worse. Also, looking at prices for compatible apartments, seems I'm paying approximately 200-300$ more than I should.

I just moved out. They ghost me about my deposit (ignore all e-mails/ messages sent through the contact form) so that I have to hire a lawyer to get it back. Apartments are rather old/ run down, only the common spaces have been renovated, these are shown to potential new residents. Managment is attentive and nice until you move in.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the house was not clean. The kitchen surfaces were sticky, and the bathrooms had not been properly sanitized. This was quite disappointing and made me uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, there was a significant problem with the drainage in the bathroom. The sink drained very slowly, which made using it quite inconvenient.

Management was rude on phone, as well as the laundry services are not available, and the idea of accessing entry on an app is ridiculous, what if you don't have a cell phone..... this used to be a great community, now it's so impersonal, get to know your community.

I would like to see the fountain working in the pond. It's been off for two months and it's part of the pond view. also waiting for answers about things I asked that can be done in the apartment a few weeks ago.

We have specifically the pond view which we pay extra for and the water fountain has been very sporadic with working and now hasn’t been working in a couple of months.The apartments are nice but they are all in need of an upgrade because there is so many outdated items. Staff are pretty nice and the property is kept up pretty nice. Pretty decent apartments for the area and we’ve been here almost 2 years

The walls are kind of thin so I can hear people outside, and the garbage service is done with little to no effort because they have more reasons to not take trash than to take it. Other than that, it’s a great community with a lot of features. I don’t hear much about anyone being too intoxicated on weekends and all of the residents I’ve come across are very polite.

Leslie helped us with all of our needs! We love our apartment & all of the amenities at the property! They have a beautiful pool with cabanas, cornhole and even grills! The gym has all the basic necessities you need!
The community is pleasant and welcoming. So far all of the staff have helpful in fulfilling my requests. I happy I moved here. And it should be a long stay.
The administration is good. Something wrong I think is the price because is increase almost 40% for my next lease.... is too much, maybe i will leave Coquina.

The water quality is so bad. The maintenance staff could be better. Community is good advice otherwise. Hopefully they take care of the wildlife that roams around inside the community

Recently moved in pretty quiet area with lots of amenities. Anything I forgot I needed when I moved in were easily purchased 8 minutes away at the local target.

Stay in Coquina is good except the dealing with the leasing office. I don't know for me most of the things that deals with the leasing office were slow and needed to visit them 3-4 times to get it done. Apart from that, the premises, pool area, rooms and gym are really good and well maintained.

Amazing!! For a beginner or starting family, this is perfect, great space, pool, playground and gym and a beautiful small pond with many stores that are 10 mins out

Beautiful apartment that is in a wonderful area with plenty of activities to do during free time. Lots of shopping activities, only downside is some tenants do not clean after their pets so certain areas can be messy.

It’s an okay place to live, they look out for you when need to be only disagreement is when they don’t allow all your trash to be taken by the garbage people but expect you to pay $1500 or reject your trash because wild animals wanna get into them

Haven't been here for more than a week but already loving it. I can walk everywhere I need to go, or hop in the car and be there in 5-10 minutes. The apartment itself is nice and clean. I rarely even have to run the heat or air, it just seems to always be a comfortable temp. Met a few neighbors and they're all nice! Loving this place.
Just terrible management. You have to go to the office over and over again to get basic stuff done. After emailing the email on the website with the 60 days notice, I knew they likely didn’t get it. So I checked in with the office and sure enough, they had the wrong email there. Then there was the washing machine that they never got installed properly (my roommate had to do it.) the valet trash service we were charged for even though we didn’t get a trash bin for months, and through all these issues, they said they’d email us. Neither me nor my roommate received a single email. So what was the peace offering? A 50$ gift card. That didn’t even cover the amount we had to spend in communal laundry for the months our’s was down. And we still haven’t gotten a prepaid visa that we were supposed to get for signing within a number of days. Th apartment itself a location? Those are fine. But terrible management isn’t worth it.
I've lived here for the past 4 years and I love it! Great friendly staff and I love the grill and pool area. Ive never had any issues with getting workorders complete in a timely manner for issues within their control. I has a/c issues last year but they always came out right away to fix it and ended up replacing the entire a/c unit. That was a few hours but made sure everything was clean and back in place.
The apartment was good but it wasn’t that clean, the bathroom was dirty. The windows were blurry due to dust and the carpet was so dirty. That is it
In a short time, the new administration has made very positive changes, such as putting cameras for our greater security, holding community events and improving the facilities, making Coquina Bay a much more pleasant place to live.
2 stars but could be 3 -4 with security features and a crackdown on residents. The neighborhood is ok, but there is definitely some heavy foot traffic and can be a “busy” place. In the past, the mailroom has been completely ransacked by vandals and trash strewn about as well as constant police presence (on an active call) on the property. Don’t expect the staff that you interact with to be there next month. I never saw the same person twice. Lastly, a person broke into our apartment and broke our window (active burglary) and someone was allegedly deceased and a CSI van present in late 2023. We moved due to a multitude of reasons but the crime and incident’s became too much
