I have been living here for several years and the place is quiet and clean. The location is what keeps me here. Close to SCF and able to walk to several locations.

A great community to be a part of always caring for their tenants. You can never beat when you have laundry on site with a pool and a grill to enjoy while at the pool. As well as a gym without paying for a gym membership.

It's not the worst. It's not anything to write home about. There are really super apartment communities near here for the same or less money.

Coral club is the best apartment homes in the Bradenton area. The Management team ROCKS! During some of the most difficult times they were right there to help us as much as possible. They made sure we were safe, and checked on us to make sure everything was okay after the fact. Thank you Coral Club team, you’re all awesome!!!

We were looking for a short-term rental in the Bradenton Florida area so we could look at property down there. We contacted Coral Club and they offered us a 7 month lease and said the first month would be half off, and never once told us differently. We filled out the application fee per adult of 85.00 and paid the 200 paperwork fee, and then they told us after we were approved and spent the money, that they were sorry, they would not give us half off. The lease was a ridiculous 51 pages long, with items that included having to give a 60 day notice to move out instead of your normal 30 day notice. We both have amazing credit, in the 800's and even after showing the income part being way over the amount needed to live there, they wanted a deed to his other home in Florida, because he has no rental history, living on his own boat. They charged us full deposit because of that. We were also told we had to fill out pet screening, even though we have no pets. We are not even moved in !

It’s a great location. A little overpriced but close to everything. Maintenance is generally pretty responsive. Would recommend for people moving to the Bradenton area. 15 min from the beach.

We like that the location of the units are close to shops and beaches without being too close. We like that we can be in a more quiet area but close to go to those places if we we want

The staff was so nice and the apartment is perfect to get started out. It has all you need and the place is very clean and friendly.

Very sweet community, it's beautiful and the home is wonderful. I highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a safe, beautiful, affordable home to live in.

We've been living at Coral Club for a year and it has been a pleasure. The ladies at the office are very friendly, maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the community has everything we need. We love the pool, laundry room, and fitness center. The community also has ample parking and is beautifully manicured.

Coral Club is clean and comfortable. There's no elevators but that means we're getting a little more exercise. My 1/1 is the perfect spacious size. There's plenty of parking. I love it here.

Great apartment, no major issues so far (60 days here so far). Lots of parking and no loud road noise so far. Leasing office is quick to answer questions. Trash service is good, but there has been two instances of mine not being emptied so far

I love the peaceful that feel living here. Staff is always nice and helpful, maintenance is really good. I'm really happy about coral club!!

People are very friendly. There is lots of parking so no need to hike home each day. I like the pool. We love that it is pretty quite in our area of the buildings.

I have been living here for about two years. I’ve never had a problem. The staff that works. Here is amazing including the office staff and Maintenance Maintenance has come to my house at 10:30 at night to help with my AC unit and I’ll smiles. No complaints. This community is very quiet, the amenities are great and I hope to be here for a few more years

Amazing experience moving in and everything is in great condition. Everyone in the front office is really nice and welcoming, it makes moving in a lot less stressful.

These apartments are infested with termites. Called pest control That is contracted with the apartment and there’s nothing they can do they say.

Great location and the schools in the area are great foot traffic is not heavy in the neighborhood and it’s quiet. The location to the beach is what makes it great.

Past year has been great. Flex is also a great feature that coral club uses. So if you’re looking for a health feature for your rent, I would highly recommend using Flex.

Our family loves it here. It's safe, friendly and quiet. We love the pool, location and staff. We ve been here 2 years now and love the fitness center as well. My kids love to go to the office and grab hot chocolate. The staff is so friendly and always go above and beyond.

Been here almost 5 years and it's been amazing. Area is always clean, neighborhood is nice and staff is wonderful to work with. The new pool chairs and shades are so comfy, too!

So far so good, just move in a week ago and we are loving the place. The leasing process was quick and easy, Sandy was really helpful and nice.

The neighborhood is great and the maintenance staff is very quick and polite with their services. And the leasing office office is very responsive.

This place is good but a little pricey. They have multiple little fees added to the base rent. Do not like the way the calculate what the rent should be.

The location is great for this complex with close proximity to grocery stores and other shopping. So far my experience has been good although understandably some amenities and services were limited during the pandemic.

Love my stay here. I've been here for two years and there have been no apartment issues, pest issues, nor crime. The staff is beyond amazing and genuinely care for the residents. I truly am sad I will most likely have to leave due to roommate issues, not the complex itself.

Love the amenities and staff. The area is beautiful and everything is handled in a timely manner. Highly recommend these apartments. The location is perfect and within walking distance of so much.

Nice, pleasant community where neighbors are friendly and any issues are resolved quickly. We love the pool and workout room. The community rewards program is great.

Love it here. Parking can be a problem. Other than that is good. They really need to start towing cars that should not be here. That's a problem.

Office staff very attentive and work orders handled promptly......monthly or quarterly events.....police patrol the area often.....although I think valet trash should be inclusive

My fiancé and I lived here back in 2020 and moved out. We missed it so much over the last three years we moved back! If you are looking for a luxury apartment living but are in a budget this place is great! The community is amazing! Apartments are beautiful and spacious. Staff is the right amount of strict to maintain the beautiful community. I 100% recommend coral club to anyone looking to mover here

Very quiet with very nice neighbors. The valet trash is very convenient. We feel very welcome in the community and feel that it's a great fit. Would recommend!

Just moved in… Natalie and Sandy were both very friendly and helpful. Great Location! It is close to great restaurants, the new Detwiler’s just opened right around the corner. So far it looks like I made the right decision to move to choral club.

On time with the work orders and friendly neighbors. The location is great but during season the traffic to surrounding areas can be a little trouble. Just make sure to plan ahead for Travel time!

The whole process of moving was great! And the application process is great as well! They also allowed flex which is so helpful to help with bills!

My family and I love living in Coral Club Apartments. The management and maintenance are great and efficient. They are also friendly and care about your needs.

Great location and value for an apartment! The apartment is staffed with a very professional and hard-working maintenance/office team. Everytime we have an issue or question, it is addressed in a timely manner. Love being able to use the virtual resident portal to pay for bills and request maintenance.

Very nice apartment for the price. My partner and I personally love the location, being that Coral Club is in walkable distance to the plaza with Five Star and other restaurants/stores. The office and maintenance team are quick and professional when addressing issues, and the amenities are exactly what they advertise. I was surprised to see how involved Coral Club tries to be in their community, hosting holiday events and promotions. Definitely recommend!

Great location. Apartment is good. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to any issues. However, the apartment itself due to age and apparent bandaids seems to be a little over priced.
