If you value your $ don’t apply here. Laundry room is a mess, I’ve been here almost a year and the same machines are broken. No cleaners for hallways. Been waiting a month to get sink and electrical outlets fixed. They say the same thing they’re trying to get to it.

This place is TRASH!!!! My son, his girlfriend and their daughter live here. They moved in July 29, 2022. From day one there has been nothing but one problem after another. When they first moved in all the outlets in the kitchen and the bathroom didn't work. Their fridge was missing all the shelves in the door and the bottom shelf inside the fridge. There was a large piece of normal glass, which should of been tempered glass and wasn't just layed there. This was definitely a safety hazard cause it could of shattered if anything to heavy was placed on it. They have had multiple plumbing issues since they moved in. The light cover to the hallway light in the ceiling just randomly fell off and shattered. Luckily it didn't hit anyone in the head or anyone cut by the broken glass. They were cooking dinner one day and their stove caught on fire. They were told they were gonna get a new stove. A week goes by and they were told the wrong stove was accidentally ordered and it would be a few more days. A few days later no new stove, but the maintenance man attempted to fix it and said one of the burners was fried and to not use it. They aren't really comfortable using a stove that caught on fire. Now over two months later they are back trying to repair the burner to the stove yet again. The maintenance man says he needs to order parts, but that they should of been given a new stove to begin with. Also when they moved in they were never given a key to the mailbox to get their mail. They asked the maintenance man about it several times and was told they would get them one. Now months later and unable to check their mail they have been told they had to go to the post office to get a key. So they did and they were charged $40. Such BS! Stay away from this place.
Poor management the Property went downhill since Marcy left in November of 2021. The maintenance don’t come over in a timely fashion it’s been Pitch dark over here for a whole month now and they won’t fix the problem you have to use a flashlight just to walk up the stairs in your own apartment building, I wouldn’t recommend this place is over charge.
Marcy is nice.. Our apartment was very nice..a place I liked coming home To. The only issue that ever seemed to arise was a parking but that is expected in apartment living IMO. Received my full deposit back and they reward on time payments with a monthly drawing that helps with rent if your name is drawn. I would recommend and I loved the layout there..move-in and move out process was easy.
Happy here! great staff, and maintenance... clean & quiet + great location .grounds always Kept Clean and club house always Gets Sanitized. Staff is always understanding and helping when it comes to situations at the apartment
The area is convenient and easy to get to all places. Love the feeling of home it provides me for my family. Management is awesome They are always nice, professional,and understanding.
I have enjoyed living here now for a year and a half and have no intentions of moving anytime soon. It’s a very safe and quiet area and the office staff are very friendly. ??
I moved into my apartment in June of this year. I have loved every minute of living here! It is a very quiet, nice community! The office and maintenance staff are very nice and professional! Nothing, but great things to say!
I am on a fixed income and I needed to start from square one due to my credit. I have been here 30 days. These were previously the Prestwick Square Apartments and they we in real bad condition. The name now is Coral Club Apartments and they have been remodeled and updated. I stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bath lower level apartment at $600/month and it includes the water/sewer/trash. I have a full size electric stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air, and a huge outside storage room with a good size patio. Each section of the units has 4 apartments, 2 up and 2 down. They do have on-site laundry room at the front office (which is open 7 days a week) and the office staff and maintenance handle any issues within 24 hours. There are walk/bike trails, park (baseball, tennis, basketball, and golf course) within a walking distance, shopping, banks, restaurants, library, and gas stations within 2-5 minutes of apartment complex. This is a nice place to stay.
