Coral Islands

If i could give this property negative 0 i would!!! Me and my family been living here for over 20 years this place has become very unethical. New management is not professional the new “manger” doesn’t even have manners or even willing to find a solution. Over several years they been saying things were going to be fixed/replaced never been done. I would not recommend this place at all, especially there manger does not know how to solve issues or concerns in a timely matter. They’ve just been raising there rent but not remodeling or fixing anything. I would not recommend this property at all. There cameras don’t work they deny to give any type of info from there cameras cause they know they don’t work. Cheap skates don’t even have security anymore more stealing/ dangerous environment.

I really like the new backsplash they installed in my apartment when I renewed my lease. I have only been here a bit over a year but so far so good. I do not know about maintenance much because I haven't had to call in for any issue, but I do know there is this one maintenance guy kind of short who always has a smile on his face and I see him greet everyone. That's nice to see. Other than that the complex is great and clean!

I’ve been here going on 2 yrs and couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and polite. My father had an organ transplant in the last year and the staff has been very accommodating to all maintenance requests. All requests are done within a day, two tops. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. My neighbors are friendly and willing to lend a helping hand when needed.

I lived at Coral Islands for 2 years my experience there was pleasant I had very good neighbors and management was great. If I ever had a maintenance issue it was resolved right away my children looked forward to the activities the office held for the community and the best part of living there I would say was feeling secure in the property, the community is gated and there was always a security guard on site and he would make his presence known. In overall It was home sweet home for the 2 years I lived there, I also felt they have very good prices for there units.

This is my last month at Coral. In my search for a new apartment, I came to check Coral Islands reviews and was shocked that nobody seems to have taken the time to review the property and the only review is horrible. Here is my honest experience with Coral Islands. I have been here 4 years. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I'm only leaving because I bought a house. In the 4 years I've been here I've never had issues with management or maintenance. Except for when the hot water boiler broke but management was real good about texting us updates. My apartment is in good condition and management has always made sure the work in my apartment is completed at least by the next day. Parking is a little tight sometimes. I decided to rent a reserved spot so I don't have to deal with that anymore. The property is quiet. They have access gates that work 99% of the time. My last apartment's gates almost never worked. This month is their annual Pool Party. I'm looking forward to that. I think my experience here has been a good one.

I currently live in these apartments have been here for about 5 years and currently looking for another. At first it was a pretty alright start up, but then it slowly. First the management changed and I kid you not we have the WORST manager you could ever think of. They never return your phone calls, they constantly change the parking stickers every other month it feels like, as well as the towing companies that they use! To the point that I have now had 2 separate CARS towed!!!! When you call management they always say there's nothing they can. It's ridiculous!! Not only that but we've have 2 other vehicles stolen one being a work truck, when we called the management to ask if we could see the camera footage, first the woman working in there "didn't know how to work the camera", So she tried to call the actual manager Celia and all she could say is that she was already home and wouldn't be coming back until morning. Even when the police asked she said she was on her way and never came!!! ARRGHH!! Every time you call with a maintenance issue they say they will come one day, and wont come until a month later. I told them about my stove not working, they still haven't came to fix it! Only have 3 burners that work and the thermometer on the stove is off so it's hotter than normal. My dishwasher was not working and they came and put in an old dishwasher that smells like mold! Every "new" appliance they bring in is roach infested!!! I had my dog Bella(pit/lab mix), for 4 years the friendliest dog EVER!!!, before they apparently started complaining because my dog was "too big" and "barked too much" and they were scared of her (meanwhile there are people with 3 or four dogs here that are over 75lbs and no leashes no nothing!!!). They threatened us with an eviction so we sadly had to put her up for adoption my daughter and us were devastated. Afterwards they continuously came by asking where she was and she was so nice and why did we get rid of her. It's so frustrating! In my daughter's room on the foundation is separating, there's a clear hole on the floor where the boards under the carpet have broken, they wont fix it!! In the corner on the ceiling mold started growing we told them about a month later they came and PAINTED over it and said they fixed it, NOW she has one on the corner and another in the center of the room of what looks like black mold!!! We are going through a rough time, looking for a new place and want to move so bad!!! We hate this place!!
