Probably one of the worst apartments ive lived in. Management is nosey an rude. If you use them as a reference an u have any kind of conplaint youll more than likey get denied cause they'll let them know you have noise complaint due to the fact you have kids that make noise. So dont rent here

My husband and I were looking for a quiet out of the way complex seeing that our last complex was big and busy. We have lived in this complex since July of 2016 and we just moved into a larger unit and plan to stay a while longer. Shelby,Nikita and all of the maintenance staff have always been on top of concerns, issues, and always are friendly and comfortable to go to. Any maintenance issue was always promptly fixed, required inspections that come up from time to time (as with any complex) always seem to fall when I’m at work, but Shelby always tries her best to accommodate. Rent is fair for what is included also.We plan to stay as long as possible in our home.

I love living close to work and my family loves the neighborhood. Been here for 1 year and hope to stay a few more . Bad reviews are lies from bad tenants. Dont come back! Management is helpful and available.
I have lived at the complex seven years. The management is fair, the maintenance staff is knowledgeable. I like living here.
If you like cockroaches and being lead on by management this is your place. The rent is unbelievably high for having tweakers for neighbors. I'm pretty sure there's mold in the tiny bathrooms but if you mention it they evict you. It seems like it's apartments for the unstable part of society.
Nice Staff and professional people at the office and as a new tenant kept me on schedule.
