Property Ratings at Coralina Apartments
Hands down i have to say Coralina Apartments has done such a great job. What can i say during this past week of having to deal with the hurricane they have really thought of it all. not only have they stayed in communication during and after the storm. They have made sure the property has look beautiful with the clean up. The day after the Storm Aline, Kayla and staff went out of there way to BBQ for the residents. They had hot food and cold drinks. Not only did this make me feel like i live in a community that cares it was so heart warming. So if you are out there looking for a beautiful place to call home i 100% say rent here!!!
I have toured quite a few different properties and I can't say that any are as well kept and maintained as Coralina. The overall feeling was very clean and extremely peaceful! The office staff (Aline and Kayla) were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were both able to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had. I would pick Coralina as my home over any other property in Cape Coral!!!
In my time at Carolina Apartments, I could see the staff going out of their way to accommodate and get their residents what they needed. Not to mention the place looks gorgeous, and it is a treat to cruise by foot or car. Pretty simple and intuitive to navigate, and this is coming from someone with no sense of direction whatsoever! Residents' complaints are taken seriously and pursued thoroughly. Positivity, kindness, and respect are always at the order of the day here at Coralina Apartments.
I love living here. The staff is the best. Very informative and always very professional. They really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They have monthly events for the residents. Food trucks come to the property, and we just love that. The pool is beautiful and always clean. The gym is open 24 hours and it's always clean. I see maintenance picking up trash around the community. I really appreciate their hard work. I've lived here for 3 years now. The residents here are very friendly. I won't be leaving anytime soon.
What a beautiful location to live. I've lived on property for over a year now and all i can say is that i love it. the staff is amazing they are always so helpful and when i need a work order completed, they are always so quick to come and take care of it. The location is great. Publix is nearby and farmer joes. i am close to gas stations and lots of places to eat. if you are looking for a one, two or three bedrooms this is the place you are going to want to take a look at.
The staff is so rude, I was in my garage and the janitor was watching me from his cart, when I tried to resign my lease alone the girl laughed as if I couldn’t afford it when I never missed a payment and have 3 streams of income one of which makes 6 figures alone. But the point is even if I couldn’t afford it you never laugh at some one what if I couldn’t that is so unprofessional and rude. Whenever I would have an issue they will come up with an excuse to not be responsible. They put an eviction notice on my for a mistake they made with auto pay, and looked really dumb after realizing that. I would be watched by the maintenance guy because he must have thought I was stealing or something no privacy and complete lack of customer service knowledge.
Long story short, had to cancel other apartment in Bradenton, FL because quote expired before the wire of our home sale was received. They up the amount on the new quote higher than what we wanted to pay. So we arrived 7/6/22 and started looking again. Found Coralina Apts through Apartments.com and sent a message for availability. Aline called to let me know what they had and we filled out the application. Small problem with me not working, moving from AZ and taking a few months off. Aline worked out the details with corporate, got us approved and moved in by the weekend. So glad it all worked out, this apartment is amazing and I believe better than the one in Brandenton. Thanks, again, Aline!!!
Me and my boyfriend moved to Coralina apartments since May, I was relocating from Illinois, enjoying a great first responder discount, and we are very happy with the decision we make. Coralina apartments have very beautiful apartments very convenient located. I really love living in Coralina Apartment, from the time you drive up and enter the parking lot it's full beauty is already on display. The pool area is gorgeous and includes a fire pit and gas grills. Everything inside and outside your apartment is brand new and spotless. Extremely dog friendly environment and attached park. The staff has answered any question I've had promptly with a smile. Honestly the most beautiful place I've ever lived.
I have been a resident here almost a year now and fully planned to renew (great sense of community here, wonderful pool area & we made so many friends) so ideally, would have loved to stay! However, I received an email with my renewal rates and I was quoted $600 more a month to renew. $600 more! I can see a couple hundred dollars sure, the market has gone up since I moved in but this was very upsetting. I contacted management asking if this was some sort of mistake and was quickly shot down saying SORRY this is what it is now, you can either pay this amount or we are renting out your apartment ASAP. I feel the way I was treated was extremely unfair. All of my friends in this complex who moved in around the same time as me, are renewing. Why? Because theirs went up an actual reasonable amount. But not mine. Why is this? My child is going to be heartbroken that we now have to leave all of her friends here and start over thanks to being treated like just another number here at Coralina. I even tried downgrading to a smaller unit. I thought that since I was already a resident they would work with me but instead directed me to the website and want me to pay today’s rates. They did not work with me at all. Lesson learned. If you are thinking of living here, just know that no matter how good of a tenant you are and even though you pay your rent on time, you in fact do not matter to them.
It doesn't take too much to make me happy. This is my first time as an apartment dweller. I have lived in a house for most of my life. When I moved in the staff was more than helpful they made sure I was taken care of. I want to thank Deb and John for taking the time to get to know me. They are the best. If you come here you will be treated with the greatest of kindness. The grounds are immaculate and clean. The pool is fun and the neighbors try to get to know you. It is close to almost every thing you would need, food, gas, Subway, and shopping. If you like to fish. Sanibel is only 40 minutes away. Great place to bring up kids too!
