Not the best choice.
After following all of their intricate rules, working hard to stay on top of things, management only has ever given us problems. We have complained about our upstairs neighbors constant drug deals, their smoking, and the police being called on them often. However, the office has only ignored us and continued to give us a hard time. Not only that but the office closes when they say they'll be open. Along with forcing you to sign papers without explaining what they are, and why (even after questioning). There has been 3 bedroom apartments that have been available for a long time now, however they had said that they are not looking into them at the moment and refuse to put my household of 5 (currently in a 2 bedroom apartment), in the list for the possible 3 bedroom apartments. I would not reccomend this place because management is unorganized, it is not kept up with very well, and they don't value the safety of their tenants.
