Vivir en Cordoba Doral es una bendición. Es un lugar tranquilo y los apartamentos son super espaciosos y cómodos. El personal de la oficina son muy amables. El estacionamiento es techado lo cual es una gran ventaja. Tiene piscinas, gimnasio y áreas comunes muy bonitas.

So far, we are having a very good impression of Cordoba. Of course, some things need to change, as they do everywhere, but overall, we are really enjoying living here. The entire team always shows themselves to be very helpful and willing to assist.

I just moved into Cordoba and so far it has been one of the best living experiences. The leasing office team is wonderful and very helpful, the building is safe and clean. They offer lots of incentives and cool, modern programs. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I have been living here for 2 years. The place has a lot of social areas, everything is organized and clean. If oh have any issues in your apartment, maintenance response fast. The staff is kind, helpful and has all the knowledge that you need!, I did my lease with Dania and Sandra. Both are really kind, friendly and know everything you ask. I’m really have to live here!

Tengo dos años viviendo en los apartamentos de Córdoba y doy gracias a Dios por tener a una gran persona como Lo es la Sra. Dania la cual presta una extraordinaria atención a las personas que acudimos a la oficina por cualquier situación, I gula a los señores de mantenimiento Oscar y Humberto los cuales son muy profesionales y decentes en la solución de problemas. Son altamente eficientes y recomendables en un 100%.

Vivo aquí desde el 2018, y les puedo decir que estoy totalmente satisfecho con l edificación en su totalidad. Las habitaciones excelente, parqueo excelente, y me sigo manteniendo por qué adicionalmente los empleados y la atención al cliente ha sido como una familia para nosotros… Dania ha sido especial y muy atenta… el Sr. Oscar (Argentino) y en Sr. Dominicano han sido especiales… La ubicación del conjunto ha sido muy satisfactoria Recomiendo el conjunto al 100%

I've been living in my apartment for a year and couldn't be happier. The design is modern and stylish, with plenty of natural light. The amenities, especially the gym, dog park and pool are fantastic and add great value. The neighborhood is lively, with restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. Maintence is fast to get things resolved - staff over all is amazing. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home! 5 out 5 stars!

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Cordoba for the past 14 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful community. From day one, Cordoba has felt like home. The maintenance team is simply fantastic. They are always responsive, friendly, and quick to address any requests. But what truly makes Cordoba special for me is the leasing office staff. They are amazing and caring, always taking care of all the tenants’ needs all the time. Sandra Richardson has been there for me since the day I first moved in. She was the one who initially rented me the apartment, and from that moment, she made me feel part of this community. Over the years, she has been incredibly supportive, attentive, and always proactive in addressing any concerns or issues I’ve had. I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness and dedication that all the staff at the office have provided me all these tears, making my experience al Cordoba unforgettable.

Llevo desde el 2012 viviendo en esta comunidad, este sería el 6 apartamento que tengo , y lo súper recomiendo , el personal es amable , atento te dan el mejor servicio, destacando a sandra , Dania , jazmin, Ingrid y sus nuevos integrantes los cuales siempre me han dado su mejor servicio , no tengo que mejorarle nada , la limpieza , los ascensores , si algo pasa en tu apartamento van de inmediato y hasta ahora he tenido buenos vecinos ,ahora tengo un apto remodelado que son divinos , buenos acabados y muy espaciosos .Su ubicación es la mejor , cerca a escuela , mercado y vía principal. Le doy 5 estrellas

Excellent environment. I have been living in Córdoba for almost four years. The staff is very emphatic, kind, and very responsive to our needs.

The community is okay! Unfortunately not what we were sold. The location is very convenient that’s the highlight. The building have security but could be improved, the cleanliness of the hallways and the broken gates. The apartment is also very loud you can hear people passing through the hallways and the cars too, dogs barking and more.

Cordoba at Doral is A wonderful community with a variety of amenities. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance team is very effective and professional. It is a quiet place. Pets friendly I’ve been living here for more than five years.

Great place to live and rise your children, good location for access to highways. The best schools in the area is close, the best restaurants in doral only a few steps. Is a plus the Freebee car is comfortable, and a good choice for no pay parking and drink!

Es una residencia muy bonita, invierten en las áreas comunes, algunas le falta como el área de la planta baja de la parrillera pero en general bien. Los precios están bastante elevados

It’s a very calm place! The only that’s annoying is the visitor parking because people have to pay to come see me. The gym is great and maintenance is fast and efficient

I love living at Cordoba!! The community location is priceless, the service of the staff is amazing, the neighborhood is very safe, the building and amenities have been under many renovations, and there are a lot of improvements. Today we inaugurated our renewed gym and Zumba class room, and they look great!! I’ve been living here for 14 years now, and I hope to keep calling Cordoba my HOME for many more …..

I have 15 days living here but the apt didn’t have quality control when I received it. It was very dirty and the utilities were old. (Only the refrigeration is new) The condo and community are beautiful. The building is clean and quit. The manteinance has been quick when I have submitted a request

So far it's a great place to live, except by the key to access the building. It's an expensive rent and they gave us only one key. If I need an extra key, it would be charged $150

A wonderful apartment and locality to stay. A safe area to walk around and downtown doral park just at a walking distance. It always has some activities for families

We like the property ,it has warm and helpful staff, clean and hygienic environment . Proximity to publix, restaurants and community parks.

I love to live in Cordoba. The community is very good, secure and his location is good. The staff is always available to resolve any problem. The maintenance guys are very attentive.

Great community absolutely wonderful experience. Great neighbors and the location is perfect for a day or night walk or a night out in town. The location is perfect in the heart of Doral. I am in love with this place.

Bad. My car has been stolen in the parking garage, the same that is supposed supervised by a person every night, the same watchman that after 2 hours drop a ticket if you are parked inside. Well, that person is good to issue tickets but not to be alert for robbers. Also, requests take longer to be completed… definitely is getting worse. Do not recommend this place!

Quiet, great location, great facilities. Could improve cleanliness in garbage collection area which is the same as parking access area. Covered parking is a great feature.

I love this area. We move in around the holidays and the local area was very decorated and beautiful with events. The neighborhood has lots of dogs and people walking around. Everything is close by it’s a beautiful area to walk.

Cordoba is a great community Office nd Maintenance team are always kind and helpful It have amenities like Gym, 2 pools, barbecue area and multiple activities rooms

So far we’ve had a pleasant experience except for a couple of things that have been fixed along the way and our upstairs neighbors that decides to run every evening from 7PM - 10PM everyday on the dot. Cleanliness in the building is good and the maintenance guys are very good.

Start with the leasing office, they provide Excellent services and make me want to be here for my home. It is a beautiful building and a nice room, and I can't wait for the clubhouse to open!!!
