The staff in the office and maintenance personnel are very professional and friendly

I just want to say the Office are very transparent when it comes to meeting the needs of the resident they do there best at the need as well as they makes rounds maybe once or twice a week.

I have been a resident of Cordova Creek for a year and a half now. I love the atmosphere, the staff, and maintenance team. The neighborhood is safe, no crime and the neighbors are friendly also.

In the past I would recommend Cordova Creek to anyone. But not with this new management company.

Cailyn is a wonderful manager and very attentive. Rex and Edgar are quick to handle maintenance request.

Cordova creek is a great community. Its usually very quiet in my area.

Raggedy, old, and outdated. The flooring in the apartment above me needs serious work done. Anytime the people upstairs walk, there is an unbearable loud, creaky noise throughout the entire apartment. There is a serious issue with the floorboards and the apartments won't do anything about it. It sounds like the ceiling is gonna fall in. I can hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs neighbor. I hear their conversations, coughing, laughing, sneezing. toilet flushing, water running, phone ringing. Whatever they do, I hear it. Move elsewhere if u want privacy and a peace of mind. U won't find that in Memphis though, so just do yourself a favor and leave this raggedy city.

The apartments are too small. AC units, vents, and ducts are bad. There are too many break ins in the parking lot. It is way too expensive when you are dealing with all of that. Don’t move here.

Best place to live is Cordova. Great staff and maintenance department.

Krodolfo Creek is a nice property it is maintained for the it is maintained for the most part it is a nice and quiet community however all property have their issues but those issues can be fixed with communicating your thoughts and feelings and opinions about where we live to our property manger. I have been here for 7 years and I like the property. It is a good place to live and it can be even better with a strong management team and the help of our community residents.

Maintenance does an excellent job. My problem is animal control. We have been experiencing some type of animals moving or running around in our bedroom walls for over three months. I have not even able to get a good night sleep. Otherwise the apartments are great.

Maintenance problems are always handled quickly and efficiently.

My stay at Cordova creek has been excellent. Never had any issues.

I am very pleased with the personnel at this complex. But Since your company has taken over things are not being addressed as quickly as they did with other management companies. The staff is great.

I've been a resident at Cordova Creek for over 16 years. I have seen a lot of changes in management but I have to say that the staff here at this time are the best. I honestly wish I could sign a 20 year lease!!! The grounds are immaculate and the community areas are always clean.

Neighbors are extremely rude in how loud they are at all times, and if you talk to the office about it, even several times, they do nothing about it because they only care about the money. The drivers are rude as well. Water tastes terrible and has black particles inside of it. No security.

I love these it here. The customer service is amazing! Tori is the best, she trys her best to help everyone here in this community. Maintenance takes their job serious and gets things done fast, which is a plus!

The Office does a great job

Cordova Creek is a wonderful community. I have been living here for 4 years and not once had any major problems. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to complete tasks for residents.

Moving in the Cordova Creek Apartments was the BEST decision Ive ever made. The area is quiet, the grounds are clean, the neighbors are nice. Tori made my moving process VERY easy. The staff there are very caring and super nice. Makes me feel right at home!

It is okay. It needs an upgrade to the exterior of the overall property. Not exciting as it use to be when I first moved here 4 years ago.

Cordova Creeks is in the center of everything convenient. Management is understanding and provides great service to the residents. I don't request much maintenance but the maintenance team is reliable and hard working. I'm going on my second year here and have very little complaint, but if there was an issue to be resolved it is well taken care of. I have lived in a townhome and am now in a one bedroom apartment to fit my needs. I don't hear my neighbors and most times we are all respectful of each other's space. The neighborhood is well kept and residents are reminded to do their part to keep clean. I am satisfied with my decision to stay here and would recommend it for anyone else.

I absolutely love the way in which BH Management and Cordova Creek Apartments have expressed compassion for its residents during this global COVID-19 pandemic! It is a beautiful thing and more businesses should follow your lead - people before profits!

Cordova Creek is the place to be! From office staff to maintenance, it's easy and great. I walk my dog late at night, no problems! Cordova Creek is very diversified and everyone is basically friendly. Security lives here too! Best of the best in Cordova

I have lived here for over 2 years now... Hands down the BEST APARTMENT community I have ever lived in OR visited. From the staff to maintenance, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I don’t ever want to move. LOL!

I've lived at Cordova Creek for almost 3 years. I wanted to write this review because I know tax time is rolling around and a lot of people use their refunds to relocate. I work full time and I'm a full time student. My time is limited at best, and I am not home but to sleep and get ready to go back to work and school. Safety and security are my top priority, and I have never felt anything but that here. My townhome is super quiet and comfortable. If I have ever had a maintenance issue, I always call Rimsy or leave a message for her and it gets done almost like the snap of a finger. The staff here treats you like family. Rimsy was here when I first moved in and showed me the property. She is the reason (other than the property speaking for itself) that I decided to sign a lease. The fact that she is still here and is still as friendly and welcoming as she was 3 years ago is almost unheard of. She has a lot on her plate, as I have experienced first hand how irate and belligerent some people have been to her. She keeps smiling and works hard for the residents to be happy and comfortable. The manager Madonna is so sweet and professional. They even have events for the kids. Until I am ready to purchase a house, Cordova Creek will be my home. If they have any available units, I HIGHLY recommend. You'll feel right at home. Ooh yea, and it's within blocks of anything you can think of: Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and any food places you can think of!!!! Best location hands down.

just now I've been here 8 months and have never had a problem with management until today. To be clear, the rent is too expensive and the apartments are too outdated. However, it was fine with me. But today, I can honestly say that I will tell anybody to AVOID renting here. The walls are thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs tenants and the interior is borderline rundown. Furthermore, the assistant property manager, Rimsey, is EXTREMELY rude, offensive, and disrespectful.

Cordova Creek is a wonderful place to live. If you ever looking for a quietand nice place to live. This is a place for you.

I applied for an apartment. It was a few weeks before I was able to see it. I was able to view the day before I moved in after three failed after tempts to view it. The woman, Madonna, walked me over to the apartment, didn't have the right set of keys. She walked back to the office and got them . Nice apt, new carpet , full washer and dryers etc. No Light sources in the living rooms. Ceilings are low. The one ceiling fan in the apt is in the bedroom, I hit my head on and I'll 6'0 tall. If you're looking at getting a ground floor- there is no railing on your patio, so people can walk in off the street. 8 parking spaces for 8 apartments but two parking spaces are handicapped so best of luck getting a parking space.
