The fire alarm goes off constantly, and it doesn’t seem like anyone knows how to shut it off quickly! It’s become very distressing. My unit is nice, but the neighborhood is not great in terms of safety and cleanliness. I do like the gym and the close access to the train station!

Pros: Apartment is located in fine community, close to nearby places like Krogers, Target, Best Buy etc. It is easily accessible with various public transportation like MARTA Train or Bus. Management organizes events for fun gatherings. Fitness Center equipment work. Cons: Workstations in community center never work. Swimming pool is closed most of the time. Package Management needs improvement, anyone can steal your items. Security is concern at times, observed police premises, individuals becoming intimate in public areas and cleanliness needs attention.

Property is dirty Homeless people in the hallways It has potential but it’s not now there yet. I will not be renewing when it’s time. Renovations are cute but very cheap.

I enjoy living here so far! Nice location with lots of nearby amenities. The unit had some issues when I first moved in and maintenance was able to take care of nearly all of them within 1 week.

After living here for five months, I now have a clearer perspective on this property complex. The issues at Core have remained consistent since the beginning, especially with security: the frequently broken doors allow an excessive number of homeless individuals into the building. This could easily be improved with updated camera installations around and inside the building. Management shows little concern for maintenance, leaving areas like the swimming pool and BBQ area neglected since summer, likely until next year. Mahsa, however, stands out as exceptionally friendly and attentive to resident concerns. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case with the other reception staff, who rarely create a welcoming impression. Overall, it feels as if Core at Lindbergh dismisses negative feedback, relying on a steady influx of new tenants rather than encouraging current residents to stay.

Such an exceptional team. They are extremely friendly. They are attentive and patient to ensure you are happy. They are fast and go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.
A couple of things were not working when I moved in. The assistant manager is rude. The surrounding area is dirty, trash everywhere. Homeless people get into the property and use the bathroom in the stairwells The actual apartment is beautiful and the amenities are nice. But if you are wondering why it is such a good price - you get what you pay for.
It’s summer time and the Pool literally has been closed since the start of it with the manager not trying to get it open Theirs is bugs in breeze ways. And some maintenance is lazy.

I strongly feel that this building is run entirely by its residents, with zero management involvement. Every day, it gets worse. Damaged amenities are never fixed or replaced, and the cleaning issues are constant. Security is also a major concern, as homeless people are frequently found inside the property, there are reports of break-ins, and there is always at least one door broken or left open. The neglect from the Core at Lindbergh management team is overwhelming. The most frustrating issue is the swimming pool. It’s clear that the pool is only usable during the summer, but it has been closed for over a month with no reasonable explanation. The swimming pool, along with other facilities and amenities, is part of the service included in our rental fee, yet this problem is completely ignored. Every single day, I regret choosing to live here.

I’ve been here for about 3years now and I love it here. It’s the easy access to everywhere that does it for me the most as I don’t have to drive far to get to where ever I am going to which is good for me. I also like the promptness to maintenance too.

So far since my move in everything been great, my neighbors are sweet and friendly and I just love my new home !! The amenities are everything I wanted plus more !! Maintenance is very fast and on top of everything!

The apartment complex and my unit itself is very nice and being so close to Kroger and other stores is very helpful. Sadly though the amount of homeless that stand and sleep right outside the complex, having someone using the restroom on the floor under the stair well on the first floor, the pool continuously being closed especially during the summer months, as well I park on the 5th deck of the parking garage and someone had attempted to break into my vehicle which is leaving me to pay out of pocket to replace. Makes me very skeptical to renew a lease.

The apartment is nice but there are a few things that need to be fixed and this is the first day. My keys aren’t working and there is also a leak.

Overall great experience! Massa really helped me through the experience but so did the rest of the Core Lindbergh team. They made moving easy stress free and FUN! After touring multiple complexes, my girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to apply to Core because the facilities seemed nice and the leasing agent who led our tour was very helpful. However, this was definitely a mistake. After submitting our applications there were issues with identity verification of myself, my girlfriend, and our guarantor which was cumbersome because it was difficult to get in contact with the property and get consistent responses from employees (this should’ve been our first red flag). After being verified our application was denied because of issues with our guarantor, which is not the reason for this review, this property has every right to deny applications. However, when I tried to contact the property for more information I received no response. It’s now been multiple days of calling and emailing multiple people, including the employee who gave our tour, only to receive no response. When I called the property I was directed to a call center because the office was closed. After being assured I would hear back once the office opened I heard nothing. To make matters worse, because I called my information was added to the mailing list of their automated promotional emails so I’ve received multiple emails urging me to apply without one response from an actual person regarding my application. If you’re able to apply and get approved without any assistance from a human being you may have a great experience with this complex, but if you need ANY help good luck. It seems to only way to get someone’s attention is to leave a bad review.

it's nice! love the place, neighbors are a bit noisy and some are messy but overall a great experience. i would say maybe we could have our dump areas more cleanly.

The property is well kept and staff is courtesy. I feel safe in my home. The pool is very nice with a large grill. The gym has a variety of equipment as well.

I've been living in this apartment for a short time, and there are many things I love about it. The location is fantastic, and the staff in the office are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The lobby area has a nice vibe and design, the gym is fantastic, and the swimming pool is beautiful. However, there are some areas that need attention. The gym has is a room designated for yoga, but it needs to be clean and ready for use asap please.The swimming hope will be fixed soon. The cleanliness of the hallways on each floor, the elevators, the entrances to other doors,dog park could be improved. Some neighbors have unfortunately abandoned furniture and rubbish in the parking area and in front of the parking area, creating a messy and smelly environment. Addressing this issue would make a big difference. Additionally, having a security presence would help residents feel safer, as there have been concerns about non-residents entering the building. Overall, it's a great place to live .

Great place to live, great location, and close to a lot of stores and different food options to choose from. Parking garage gate never works on one level though, hopefully they fix this!

The door was broken for a month , this is absolutely ridiculous , we are expected to pay the rent on the deadline or they give us a billion fines and they cant even stock a few door handles? Absolutely awful.

This is the best rating I would give at the current moment. I’ve experienced mold twice here to the point I had to reach out to the previous manager’s manager due to the negligence of the matter including my roommate getting sick from the mold/me throwing away thousands of dollars of clothes covered in it to simply change a unit and was barely compensated for their neglect. A welcomed a neighbor across the hall only to find out she had roaches and she mentioned the new management being rude and neglectful so she left after a 2-3 months if that. The unit I’m in now has a dishwasher that does not work. I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests and it’s still not working. Now The pool is closed (I grill out there a lot) for “incidents” when I was at the pool cooking the day before it closed and nothing happened. We at least were previously giving the specific reasoning. We’re adults and I’m paying for amenities I pay rent for yet everything is not available. But you still want full rent?
