Property Ratings at Corinth Place
I applied to this place about a week ago. We looked at all the amenities and photos online, so we decided to tour. It was great, so we decided to apply later that day. We only work part-time right now, but have plenty in savings, so we called ahead (before submitted application) and asked if savings were acceptable and we were told that savings were completely viable. With that green light, we went ahead and applied. However, the next day, we were told that they do not accept paper or scanned pay stubs, which was not mentioned anywhere in the application. We only receive paper pay stubs, so we brought up our savings and that was ignored. We mentioned we could co-sign, but they said that the co-signer has to make 5x rent, which was mentioned nowhere in the application. There were multiple errors in the application itself, saying "see section 'xx'," for that not to be the correct section. Were we to know much of the information mentioned that was omitted from the application, we would not have applied. The leasing agent and the property manager were uncooperative and do not communicate with each other. I just hope this can save someone else the time and money that we wasted on this place.
