Property Ratings at Corliss Apartments
Salem Management is the worst to rent from. 24 hr emergency is a joke and the rent is to high and electric bill is ridiculous. Stay away
They raise the rent every year but they dont update anything. They buy the cheapest appliances they can find or replace a broken one with a used one. Other then that they have security doors and the its quit. The police station is right across the steet and stores are in walking distance.
beautifully maintained and close to major stores. very accessible to main roads. Visited on a Saturday and the area was quiet, with a baseball game going on across the street.
