This team works fast to resolve problems. The appliances are pretty good and work very well. I love the Nest and being able to control it from anywhere.

Great atmosphere! Tranquil living quarters and friendly neighbors. The gym is amazing! If a service is needed the maintenance is always prompt and meets your needs.

Love the building! It is very clean at all times and well kept! The staff is also fantastic sand very helpful with any questions you might have.

I absolutely love living here! The community is friendly, the amenities are amazing, and everything is always so well-maintained. The staff is super helpful and quick to respond to any issues. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything I need. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

So far I love it! The elevators are really quick and we live on the eighth floor, so that is nice. My one gripe is that there are not screens on the windows, so I feel nervous about opening the windows with my cats.

Amazing experience so far, love the community areas and the apartment itself. The gym is great and rarely crowded and the management staff has been very helpful!

Really nice building with great amenities and maintenance staff who are second-to-none. The only downside I can think of is that there is minimal guest parking.

The apartments and their amenities are stunning. Everything is kept clean and looking brand new. The package room is very safe and kept organized.

It's a brand new building with some kinks to work out (fire alarm issues, elevators going down, 8th floor leaks, people leaving messes), but the apartment really is beautiful and I enjoy living here.

Cormac is great. Love the staff, love the amenities, and I love the security. Also the location is very ideal with quick access to all of Charleston.

It is a lovely community. The staff is attentive to everyone's needs and fast turnaround time on service request. It is very quiet, we never hear our neighbors in our home. The parking spaces can be a bit tight.

Great place to live! Love the pool and how quick service requests get taken care of here. Perfect distance to downtown and lots of fun bars and places to eat within walking distance

Great location in Charleston, 5 minutes from downtown. All the common areas are amazing. I would 100% recommend people to live in Cormac apartments

Love this place. The staff is super friendly, supportive, and very quick to respond to issues. The amenities make it very easy to host guests and it’s a few minutes to the heart of downtown! I would recommend Cormac to anyone who is looking to move to Charleston.

Love living at the Cormac! The staff & community are so friendly. The maintenance team is incredibly fast and diligent. The amenities are nice, clean, and modern. There are always fun social community events being put on as well!

Cormac has been a great experience, building is very clean and amenities are top notch. Parking can be tight and frequent fire alarms are frustrating but all around a very positive experience!

I’ve lived here for just under a month and love the building! It’s clean, the staff is friendly and the building is safe. The amenities are great and the coworking spaces are a huge plus since I am a remote employee.

I love living here, the amenities and security. The location is great to many restaurants that I love that I can walk to! And it’s only a short walk to parks around Wagner Terrace that we love as well.

After living here in Cormac I can say that you will not be disappointed with living here. The apartments are new and have beautiful interiors. The great amenities include a large gym, pool, rooftop terrace, and other terraces that you often can have to yourself! This place would be especially ideal for someone who works from home with all the work spaces around the building. The leasing office is extremely responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are usually fulfilled day-of and effortlessly. The other residents are friendly and the walls are very soundproof (I have never heard a neighbor through the wall). The only noise ever was when an upstairs neighbor walked around. Even the train was quiet with the soundproofing on the porch doors.

I love the amenities here, perfect for students/ healthcare / or work from home people. It is also very clean. I haven’t been here too long yet though

Building is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and it’s generally a quiet environment. Would love the addition of a coffee station.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I wish the community spaces were open a little bit later than 10pm, but I also understand the reasoning to avoid disturbances happening. 10/10

I’ve been to many of the apartment complexes in the Charleston, SC area and I’m confident in saying I wouldn’t want to be anywhere other than the Cormac! It’s a true community feel and the amenities (particularly the gym) are top notch!

Cormac is beautiful. The amenities are amazing and so are the apartments. Any issues and maintenance is immediate to fix whatever it is. Amazing resident experience so far!

Love it here! Have been for almost a year and if you’re looking for an indoor climate controlled access, secure and large parking garage, new building and modern furnishings, great management all centered in the middle of Charleston… consider the Cormac!!

Great place to live and great team managing the apartment complex. It’s been a great experience so far with nice communication and attention to maintenance issues, etc.

Community is kept spotless and apartments have great upgrades. Only negatives are parking in garage as community is filling up. Sometimes hard to find a spot for a full size vehicle when others are parking over the lines or using full size spots for compact cars. Probably time for assigned parking. Also, fire alarms do go off at all hours of the day and night. Not as bad as it was but is still happening.

Truly a great experience since moving in! Staff is always very cheerful and attentive. Amenities are so nice and make living here so much fun! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Everything is amazing. Staff amazing. Cleanliness amazing. The biggest issue is parking. Being told one spot per bedroom when couples normally have 2 cars is unfortunate.

Just moved in to Cormac. Smooth experience. Already enjoying amenities. Have been very impressed with how quiet it is despite 90% occupancy and a lot of fur babies! Solid construction.

Very nice building with new apartments and great amenities. Residents not picking up after their pets is very disappointing and smelly. Parking is getting to be difficult.

So far since moving in, it’s been a very pleasant experience with professional staff that have been very communicative and knowledgeable about the property. I believe I definitely made the right decision moving here.

We just recently moved into the Cormac Apartments & have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. The amenities offered are fantastic! Grills, the pool, multiple courtyards, rooftop terraces, the clubhouse, & the list goes on. We’ve truly enjoyed getting to know not only the staff but the other residents. We are SO happy with our decision to live here & I cannot recommend this place enough.

The location is so convenient to most of what charleston has to offer! The amenities are everything you could possibly need. To top it off, the staff is super friendly and always readily available and willing to help. Cormac is a must if you need to rent!

The whole building is clean, staff is nice, and its quiet. Moving in was easy, and there are a really good amount of amenities. I've really enjoyed living here.

The staff at Cormac is amiable. They are attentive to the resident's needs and are proactive in ensuring they are met. You do not need a separate gym membership as the gym here is amazing.

A beautiful place to live with a very helpful and happy staff! I just moved in a few weeks ago and am enjoying my time so much. Anytime I have any questions at all they are answered immediately. Anytime I have any problems maintenance comes quickly and helps. Truly a great place to live!

I have lived here for almost 6 months and I love it! This complex is the only one that I can fully feel safe at. No complaints. I do not hear neighbors and my cats love living in a home with lots of windows.

Beautiful new building, great staff, nice amenities-would give 4.5 due to very tight parking and the extraordinarily loud train horn. Parking lot was designed for compact only so is very easy for car to get damaged from adjacent cars. But fantastic location-

I have loved my experience here so far! The neighbors and staff are so friendly! The maintence team is amazing! They are so kind and so fast. I was shocked when I put in a work order left my house and to my surprise when I came home less than 2 hours later they had already completed my work order! The amenities are also so nice!

Everything has been great so far! The move in process was made easy with attentive staff members and the apartment and amenities are well worth the price

I have lived here for over 4 months with no issues! It is nice to live in a place where everyone treats the community as their home. Wouldn't pick anywhere else!

Love the amenities and the safety in the parking lot and within the building. Very happy and enjoying my balcony and pool! Pet and guest friendly as well.
