Convenient but lacking

This building is convenient for commuting with a bus stop right outside the front door and a train station 4 blocks away. The unit itself is roomy and sufficient for my needs. The problem is the deferred maintenance and the ineptitude of the maintenance people. Also, the management company is completely unresponsive to requests or complaints.
