I scheduled a tour, got a confirmation message, drove 40 minutes there to tour, and nobody was there. I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot, called, left a voicemail, and did not hear from anyone until 4pm. My tour was scheduled for 10am. Was very frustrated by this process.
Roaches, pee coming from my ceiling, poor paint job, and yellowing on the ceiling. Work orders from months ago were not completed, but whenever rent is due they all of a sudden want to communicate. All of our appliances are in poor condition, the dishwasher had glass at the bottom and a foul smell, our stovetop is falling apart. Oh and also our carpet is coming up and has glue from previous residents in it that will never come out.

I’ve been a resident for a year and my experience with work orders have been excellent. My work orders have been completed within 24 hours. The maintenance employee, Dewayne is always very helpful and kind. He goes above and beyond. Need more people like him.

This is the only community i’ve lived in since moving to GA in 2015. Every couple years it gets sold to new owners and management/office staff get worse and worse. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can get the heck out of here. It’s slowly turning into a ghetto - packages are being stolen from doorsteps, dogs are walking the parking lot without their owners, cars are parking in random places, things are being stolen from work trucks (even tall ladders), roaches, slow maintenance, poor service from the leasing office, the list goes on. Don't waste your time moving here, your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. Good luck with the search.
I am so sad about this place. There is literally no help here when it comes to staff. They do not keep the place up (they do mow the grass often that's about it) The place is just disgusting, and I feel far from safe most times. Look elsewhere
