Property Ratings at Corners at Holcomb Bridge
Horrible staff and major bug problems!!!!!’nThey force you to pay for trash valet when he doesn’t show up on time or before the scheduled time they asked you to have the trash out. The management gets mad when you have complaints and instead of fixing the problems they nick pick at a bunch of other stuff. If you can help it don’t move here
Cristina is the BEST office manager and the complex is very clean and nice apartment
switched twice in the same apartments they all have black mold in the vents minimum to no maintenance horrible staff who lie about getting things done around do not waste your time here you will regret it
I’ve been living at corners at Holcomb bridge used to call silver oaks since 2000 I’ve seen a lot of managers but i see the best now and I believe they are the best Christina and her team doing the best for managing this property. Anytime I have problems they take care of it professionally and they are the best . And I’m very happy to see them how they manage this property I’m wishing them the best
This apartment has awful management customer service, they are trying to bill us $700 for carpet beetles, and if we don’t pay then they are threatening eviction. Please do not rent from here !!
I have lived here for 5 years, transferring from a 2 bedroom to a 3 in 2012. Maintenance issues are never resolved quickly. I have had several instances of water damage which breeds mold. Management's solution has been to replace the padding and place the old carped over it; this is a serious health issue. Most tenants opt to leave due to water damage versus fighting a losing battle with the manager and corporate office. My refrigerator went out and a maintenance worker closed the work order stating I was not closing it properly. After reporting the issue again, I got an old refrigerator from a vacant unit that wasn't any better. I threw away a ton of food until the ONE caring maintenance worker took a look and replaced it with a much better one and even transferred the food to the newer one. Alex and Ania are the only good things about Highland Corners Apartments. The size is the only plus which is no worth health risks, begging to have issues resolved or just living with it. These issues have caused me to get on the manager's bad side because they don't want to spend the money to ensure a good/safe environment for their tenants.
Apartments need major renovation that isn't happening anytime soon. The office staff doesn't help at all, they feed you a bunch of lies to get you in there, then ignore you and your request after you've moved in. They have one maintenance staff servicing the entire community so if your issue isn't an emergency they might not get to it.
so lets just say if your doing your research your smart. This review is well over due. I have resided in Highland Corners since Jan. and lets just say its been RED flags since day 1. Of course the apt. wasn't ready upon the original day(so i paid my apt complex extra to stay until it was), I was hoping the new apt it wasn't going to be rushed just to get money. Low and behold I was right. They finally told me it was ready I moved in on soak and wet carpet. Meaning NO NEW CARPET. Folks I had 16 work orders. I don't think you heard me. 16 work orders when i moved in. Like really. I called and mention the carpet and explained it had this loud fishy mildew smell and they explained the can have someone to come in and re clean it. of course i objected because more water...Was a big NO NO to the smell. so i got a cleaner my self($$$) that i trust and didn't have time to waste. of course it was bad carpet he explained and showed me. Gas line wasn't hooked up correctly. But the second Big issue is that when i rained water came in between the window panel inside the window seal and on furniture. she explained that its normal of a sun room and will get someone to come and caulk it (my sunrooms with windows and carpet never had water pouring inside) Maybe im wrong....3rd is this toilet issue that i have been for 3 loonnnng months now. I doesn't hold water, and the little water it does it shoots out on my 6 yr old daughter(disgusting) when she tries to use it. I hear the neighbors flush whether it is behind me or on top, and mines make this bubbling then flush noise that you hear time and time through the day . Now i have went and call time and time again10x. and all i got was confusion and attitude because the current leasing agent didn't want me to express the issue with potential residents inside. so she(Destiny) cut me off told me what i wanted to hear rolled her eyes and walked off. The other Agent (name forgotten) our first and ever conversation she did a lot of uh huh's and un huns. which left me like was that a uh huh as in Yes or No. (so unprofessional,) 4th my AC condensation line supposedly backed up and next thing i know the water soaked my hallway floor. Maintenance (Kind and respectful) did a great job fixing it even though it messed up again and had another water leak in the same spot 3 weeks later. although they sent someone to clean it up the first time it just sat there for days and had to air dry it my self. (smh) Last but not least i just spoke
My current apartment complex is the worst would never recommend someone to live here
