Property Ratings at Cornerstone
I am very disappointed with this apartment. As a current resident. They treat residents VERY different!!! PARKING IS TERRIBLE!! If you have kids or prepared to walk. You can buy a covered spot but they look terrible and are so small there is no point. And you’ll still have to walk from covered parking to your apartment. There is no security! So be careful early morning and night as people come through and dumpster dive. (Which leaves the trash area nasty). But when we were moving in the Maintenance guy followed my husband all the way to our apartment and accused my husband of trying to dump our belongings in the trash. They are hypocrites. They will tell you you can’t do something but let others do it. They don’t care if your neighbors are dropping stuff from above onto your property causing serious safety issues for my small child. Multiple complaints and nothing has been done yet. As they told me it’s not in the lease, neither is destroying your neighbors property and endangering their children. Doesn’t mean you let them continue to do so. Neighbors are very nosy like to look in your apartment as they are walking by Mainly the older generation. When we moved in some of the amenities were broke. When we moved in our laundry room looked like they just finished washing clothes as lint was left behind and under the washer. All around terrible. Management has yet to take care of my complaint so hopefully a review will help
6th time our water has gone out or is under maintenance in the last 6th months. Terrible communication with anything they're doing. I work in an hour and I can't brush my teeth or even take a shower. This is one of many times they've ruined my day.
Cornerstones apartment complex is not very well managed and they do not do much about it to change. Loud neighbors continually through the evening, not very responsive with maintenance help, terrible spider and spider eggs throughout the entire complex, and not great communication. 5-8 times throughout the year, my water went out without any reason or notice from management. Maintenance would continually pop in to make repairs and often times not complete the job. Packages continually stolen off of the front porch and management did nothing to prevent or help the situation, did not even address the problem or acknowledge when messaged in the portal. The unit overall was not terrible but would not recommend living here.
We have lived here since 2019 and since then my truck has been stolen out of the parking lot and my car has been broken into now three times. There are zero security cameras on the property and despite the high rent they refused to add any type of security. 1000% do not recommend living here.
Great amenities such as indoor and outdoor pool. If you like to bike there is a biking trail to rent bikes for free from the office. Workout room available 24/7 and even computers for your use. Wrapping station! It’s great! It’s comfortable quite. It’s more affordable over most luxurious apartments.

This staff is very friendly face to face. If there is even the smallest problem in your apartment, it will never get fix. They shut down with no communication. Better business Bureau needs to be called. They truly don't care for the well-being of their residents.
I have lived here less than a year and I would never live her again. It's really cool that they have appliances in all their apartments but they suck, my dishwasher barely cleans dishes and stopped draining water twice now, the washing machine has overflowed twice. The keys didn't work in the front door and we call the emergency maintenance number and waited an hour and a half waiting for them to let us in. We had to pay a $50 late fee because they didn't let us know our rent didn't automatically come out of our bank accounts using their automatic payment system as it had deleted our account information randomly, and said it was our fault that we "didn't notice that we didn't get a confirmation email" when most other apartment complexes send multiple reminders. It was the first and only time we were late on our rent and they had no sympathy. They overcharge for parking and the little free parking they always have is full. The apartments are pretty nice and spacious, wish the rent wasn't so much though.
Very happy with my stay here. My mother and I are on year 4 here at Cornerstone. Once our lease is up my girlfriend and I are planning on renting here because of how smooth and great everything functions. Maintenance is awesome, clean grounds, friendly office staff, and we feel safe here! When our air went out there was maintenance in and out until it was fixed, they even called a few times after it was fixed to make sure everything was working correctly! Love it our home here and plan to stay till we buy a house!

Newer nice open apartments. Well maintained and very nice office staff. The indoor outdoor pool is great. The location is good, close to any shopping that you would need to do.
My apartment is nice and spacious with an updated style. Lots of kitchen space to move freely while cooking. Also the volted ceiling in my living room are a !
