This is the worst apartment complex in NV. Terrible unresponsive management, rude staff, zero maintenance, unsupervised kids allowed to play in hallways, loose dogs and high fees for nothing. Stay away. Anywhere is better

first year here was fine. second year they proceeded to raise rent and it’s nearly impossible to get out of the lease early if u want. don’t expect any of ur security deposit back either lol. loud neighbors and they don’t care to do anything about it they just want ur money.

The leasing staff have a superiority complex, and laugh at the tenants. The maintenance men are lazy and super creepy. The Manager doesn't treat complaints seriously.

My wife and I have lived her for almost two years. If I didn’t get a promotion taking me across the country we would have stayed for a third. The apartments are in a great location. A few minutes from both the 215 and 95. A few minutes from the galleria mall. I can get to the strip in less than 35 minutes during rush hour. 25 minutes to be parked at UNLV. An abundance of places to shop and eat nearby. This is a really safe area too. We didn’t have any issues with theft, or shady people hanging out. The units are nice. All stainless steel finishes and nice faux granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. A huge plus is the nest thermostat and HUE lighting. All the bedrooms are a good size and the master tub in our unit was a soaking tub which my wife loved. It is allegedly non-smoking though the people below us smoke on their patio every now and then. Most of the people here have pets. The office has a little pet station and a few areas to take the dogs. During non-summer months we walked our dog to the park around the corner. They have tons of doggie bag stations and trash cans to clean up after the dog. They also do a really amazing job of keeping the grounds clean. We only had one major maintenance issue. Our A/C went out in the dead of summer. They quickly brought us a portable A/C unit and offered to bring one for each room. They fixed the A/C then it broke again a week later, which wasn’t very convenient. That being said, they again brought us the portable unit and they got someone out a few days later to fix it. No problems since. We only saw one bug our two years here and they sprayed the next day. I have heard that parking can be an issue and for some reason a lot of people park on Quest Park St. but there are easily 50 parking spaces in the east end of the apartment available on any given night. The theater and clubhouse are great. My wife and I used the clubhouse for a rehearsal dinner and rented the theater for the super bowl, Stanley cup, and to have movie night with our friends. Team in the clubhouse is incredibly accommodating. Ebony and Grace are awesome. Always answer questions (even silly ones) with a smile. They try their damndest to organize community events though turnout is low. Overall, I am sad to be leaving this apartment. My wife and I have both lived separately all over town before moving in together. I can say this is the best overall place I’ve lived since I was 18.

I’ve lived here for 7 years going on 8! This is not a place I feel I could move from. The management team is 2nd to known and saying they are top notch is an understatement! From Grace, Jessica to Ebony and Alex and his maintenance team they are all far amazing as proffessionals and individuals. They all make you feel like family and the property actually has a real sense of community! The structure and design is perfect and has something for every style and liking. I’ve been to 9 other properties before I came back here and signed and i haven’t left since despite all the opportunity I had. You must come see for yourself!!!!

Stay away from this horrible, overpriced, disgusting complex. Pools are always closed, BBQ is always broken... annnd this place comes with a Free infestation of scorpions in each apartment. They will call terminex and spray for everything BUT scorpions, been stung, neighbors broke leases because they were stung. Complete idiots manage this place. Bark scorpions can be lethal to small animals and children. They will lie and lie until you sign your lease, then tell you "we are aware of the issue"!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! Spend your rent money in a place you can actually sleep at night.

They will send a vendor to your home to attend to any concerns you have. Additionally, the community has undergone aggressive treatments to alleviate the scorpion issue. I really love my apartment. The area is great - where it is located in Henderson is convenient to 2 freeways and tons of shopping and restaurants. I'm in the larger 1 bedroom and the apartment has all the upgrades I look for, such as granite, dark modern cabinets, nickel finish fixtures, and tan wall colors. Space wise - it was the closet size that sold me. The complex is pretty quiet and I always feel safe. Amenities such as the gym and beautiful pool area are a plus. They have maintained the community by painting the entire exterior when management changed, which was nice, in addition to a total leasing office overall - whichIi kind of felt was unnecessary since the previous office was also very nice... I would have rather seen that money going into the interior of the apartment units rather than that (which in turn raised by rent, but only by $25). The management is really friendly and very responsive whenever I need anything, but I like to think I'm a pretty easy resident. After being what I'd consider a 'long time', easy resident in this transient city, it would be nice to have some sort of reward, which in my case, I would love to have new carpet since I could tell a dog lived here before and the hair and allergens which linger. Overall great place to live!!
