Property Ratings at Corona Manor
I chose this location in 2022 to 2023 as it's close to then my new job, wanted to save money for a year. But they treated me horribly. Specially the manager. Everyone in the building complains about her. Once I was Living there it was a nightmare. They have mice and roaches. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The hallway is always filthy, the AC Unit brakes down and makes horrible noise all the time. Residents smoke cigarettes in the apartment complex it left my clothes smelling like a bar. I had to wash everything constantly while I was there. As soon.as I completed my lease I wanted out. I returned the place in good conditions took pictures of everything. I spent 3 days just cleaning and they still didn't give me my full deposit back and it took 90 Days! For me to get it back. I mean beyond a horrible experience
My wife and I have been living here since February and love it. Yes, the studio is a small place and not super glamorous, but for the price and location it's great. We are right next to King Soopers and 20 minutes (walking) from the Capitol. Our apartment has a small walk-in closet, bookshelf wall, and huge windows to let light in. We have had to request maintenance (since this place is 50 years old) and it has always been prompt, sometimes same/next day. The manager, Paige, is an all-star and has been very helpful whenever needed. We will likely extend our year contract.
