The central location offers a gated and secure community on the North side of the Historic Coronado Neighborhood, near Phoenix Country Club, just a short walk or bike to the light rail or Midtown museums. Coronado Flats offers oversized 1 and 2 bedroom open floor plans. Each of the large kitchens include granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and gas stove cooking. Durable hardwood-look plank flooring runs throughout the unit, along with neutral two-tone paint that gives each unit modern styling. All units include in-unit washer & dryer! Electronic door entry, Smart thermostat, & 55" wall mounted smart HDTV are all included. $200 pet deposit. $40/mo pet rent, includes up to 2 pets maximum. All pets must be explicitly approved, no aggressive breeds or mixes. $50/mo flat rate covers Water/Sewer/Trash/Recycling. 2.3% City of Phoenix rental tax. Renter's insurance is required.
