Property Ratings at Coronado
I would like to review although I did not rent from this property due to availability, but I came into the office and had one of the best experiences with the onsite management, Her name is Veronica and she had such a pleasant and friendly attitude and not to mention offered me other properties that may be able to assist me in my hunt. It is hard enough trying to find the right place and she made it so easy and made me want to live on the property just have the experience with her being in charge. Very knowledgeable in her line of work and very professional for that alone I give the property 5 stars! Should I have an opportunity to rent from this property in the future I will definitely take it if she continues to be on site!!!

Please accept our apologies for any misunderstandings. Our apartments are available on a first come first serve basis. Once the holding deposit is received, we take the apartment off the market. Unfortunately we did not receive your deposit before another prospective resident arrived with the deposit money and the appropriate paperwork. We take pride in providing excellent customer service to everyone. Again, please accept our apologies.
i have been in this community for about 6 months after which i moved out. I must say this was one of the best apartments that i have ever lived. Desiree, the leasing manager was truly very helpful in every sense. she has taken care of every issue that has been reported by me. She is also available after business hours where she helps her residents collect packages from the leasing office. "Perfect place to stay."
We lived here for 2 years & our overall stay was good. The community members are good. No problems at all. Desiree, the community manager was extremely helpful & considerate. The community is very near to Fremont Hub shops & restaurants. Overall a good community to live in with reasonable rent.
Overall the apartment is nice. It is super convenient--food stores, hardware stores, etc. are minutes away (drive/walk). Area feels safe. The property manager is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, person I have met. She is also on task and gets any problems fixed as soon as she can. A slight inconvenience is that the children on the property can be a bit noisy when they're playing outside. But then again, kids will be kids.
This is one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived. Let me start with the most important point: 1. Awesome Apartment Management: Desiree is the leasing office manager here. She is one of the finest lady I have ever seen. You have a problem, she will resolve it within 24 hours. She takes really good care of the community like her own baby, which is why the community is neat and clean that makes healthy/hygienic living conditions here. She lives in the same community which is a plus point. If it is a really urgent matter and you really need her help after working hours, she is there for you. She frequently sets up community events for children and adults so that neighbours get to know each other which again creates a friendly environment. 2). Best Location: Go and see yourself. You will find almost everything in walking distance. Entertainment, Dining, Fitness, commute, shopping....you name it and its there....the place is in heart of Fremont, CA...they call it downtown Fremont(Fremont/Mowry intersection). Fremont Hub, Fremont Plaza in walking distance...let me categorize it so it will be simpler: A) Walking distance shopping: Target, Ross, Bed bath and beyond, Big 5 Sports, CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, Rite Aid, UPS store, AT&T, Indian Grocery Stores..and many more shops in Fremont Hub and plaza.. B) Dining: Chilli's, Elephant Bar, Borders, Panda Express, Red Lobsters, Taco Bell, lot of Indian restaurants like saravana bhawan, Chaat cafe, Chutney, Shalimar....I cant name it all here :)..please go and check it yourself :)... C) Entertainment: Lake Elizabeth (best part and I miss it :( ), Big Cinemas - Indian movie theater and so many things to do in Fremont Hub... D) Easy Commute: Bus Stop as soon as you get our of parking lot, Fremont Bart Station in walking distance. E) Healthcare system: There is Washington Hospital Healthcare system and walgreens close to it. Kaiser Permanente Medical Center-Fremont and PAMF. Again these are at walking distance. 3) Onsite laundary facilities and swimming pool is a plus. 4) Super fast maintenance shouldnt be ignored here..maintenance guy is friendly too. And why I moved out ??? Because I work in Santa Clara and my wife recently got admission in one of the schools in Santa Clara, so it is easier for us if we live in Santa Clara. I hope this helps ! !
