Very cozy and friendly neighbors everyone loves dogs here and are super nice folk. The hot tub is open late and the dog park is always open which is a huge plus for the highly energetic dogs.

I've been living in this apartment for over a yearnow, and it's been a great experience. The neighborhood is nice. The apartment is spacious, with natural light and modern finishes. It’s is absolutely lovely here, amazing neighborhood! A fun environment to be around. Everyone so nice! The dog park is my favorite, my dog gets to see and greet new friends everyday! I’m sad the pool closed but that just means fall is right around the corner! Definitely going to be decorating my balcony for the coming seasons!

Overall positive experience. Maintenence team is awesome. For the price, there are updates that could be done to the apartments. Grounds care lacks. Parking sucks. Front office is fine. But with the high turnover, it has made it hard to develop a friendly relationship with anyone.

Great location, everyone is very friendly and pretty quiet during the day time. Never had any issues with anyone and everyone is helpful. I love the secured premises. The maintenance is kept pretty tight and does a wonderful job.

Absolutely love it here! Pool is great especially for the summer, I haven’t been going lately because of work! Buut still amazing, definitely referred a couple of friends of mine, great place to live and a perfect starter home!!

Quality apartments, centrally located, great maintenance staff, and friendly office staff. The gym has been great and saved me from needing to pay for a membership elsewhere. It is very helpful for me to have access to the printer in the clubhouse for school. The minor maintenance requests I have had addressed very quickly by professional staff who did top quality work.

Having a jacuzzi to soak in after a reaaaaallly long day working an incredibly physical/labor intensive job is something I never thought I would have avaliable to me, let alone right outside our door pretty much. Just another thing to love about Corso.

Corso is great. Quite building with security. Use the Hot tub 3 or 4 times a week. Use the fitness center often. Helpful office staff and excellent maintenance staff, especially Steve.

It has been great! Move in was smooth and the people have been nothing but nice. The apartment was clean when we got in and the parking spaces next to our patio were a great plus for moving our belongings inside.

It’s been great here, everything is very neat and clean. The maintenance is always in a timely manner, only thing that would just be cool to have is a ton more night light around the complex towards the back and maybe on the M trail!

Corso is a great place to live. Close to everything. Located on a bus line with service every 15 minutes. Units are quiet and in buildings with security. Nice amenities like a fitness center and year round hot tub. Office staff and maintenance are very responsive and helpful

It's awesome! Haven't had any negative experiences, only thing I wish the people from the gym didn't park in our lot so we could have spots lol but it's a great place !

Love my new apartment. The storage in the kitchen and the nine foot ceilings are my favorite part! The complex is super quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors.
