I really enjoy this complex. Everything is clean and well kept plus the office staff is incredibly kind. Be aware that storage is fairly limited, but I haven’t had any major issues getting what I need! Would definitely recommend

I like living here. I find the snow removal less than ideal. I wish they would shovel a path to the outside patio. I like my apartment but wish my heating pad would work better.

Live anywhere else in Missoula, paper thin walls, very noisy, expensive, Bullying from office staff and maintenance, high turn over, hot tub and pool are always broken. Most people rent for less than six months. No security and many items were stolen and hit and run and all the office says is fill out a police report. Will lie straight to your face.
Moving from out of state was not going well UNTIL we reached out to Corso to find out about renting here. Corso staff have been helpful and very welcoming! Several places never even return a call or email but Corso called within a few minutes! The apartment is very nice and the building is quiet, we don’t hear our neighbors!! We are very pleased!!

Our upstairs neighbors are really loud and I’m not sure what going on with the hottub, seems like it’s perfect for a couple days then doesn’t keep warm for a week or so. Other than that we like living here a lot! I’m hoping we can stay for a couple more years at our current rate .

A great place to live! I enjoy the amenities and the excellent staff! The hot tub open all year round is such a win. Having a very physical job the hot water helps soothe my sore muscles.

The apartments are well laid out and we love the pool, hot tub and community spaces. We use the dog park , walk to the good food store, and take walks to the park, town, baseball games, and river using the Milwaukee/kim Williams trail connected to the complex. The best gym in town is a 60 second walk. I feel like I never have to drive anywhere and it’s amazing. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay dog friendly the pool and hot tub are great and friendly staff! They have holiday party’s in the club house. Covered parking that’s extra for those easy car warm ups in the winter.

Very cozy and friendly neighbors everyone loves dogs here and are super nice folk. The hot tub is open late and the dog park is always open which is a huge plus for the highly energetic dogs.

I've been living in this apartment for over a yearnow, and it's been a great experience. The neighborhood is nice. The apartment is spacious, with natural light and modern finishes. It’s is absolutely lovely here, amazing neighborhood! A fun environment to be around. Everyone so nice! The dog park is my favorite, my dog gets to see and greet new friends everyday! Love my apartment! Staff are so nice and responsive! I wouldn’t enjoy my time here without them! I also love the amount of storage in St. Regis floor plan!

Have met a lot of lovely people and very dog friendly. The dog park has a lot of holes but it is decent. There is a pool and hot tub which is nice.

Corso and their staff are amazing. They continue to impress me and their quick responses to address any issues I have. Maintenance staff have been on top of everything including the recent wind storm that created outages all over town. Love living in this pocket of our Missoula community.

Overall positive experience. Maintenence team is awesome. For the price, there are updates that could be done to the apartments. Grounds care lacks. Parking sucks. Front office is fine. But with the high turnover, it has made it hard to develop a friendly relationship with anyone.

Great location, everyone is very friendly and pretty quiet during the day time. Never had any issues with anyone and everyone is helpful. I love the secured premises. The maintenance is kept pretty tight and does a wonderful job.
