I’ve been living in this apartment community for some time now, and I can’t say enough about how safe and secure it feels here. The property is well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of care from the management team. Bianca and Cole, in particular, are fantastic—they’re always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about making this a great place to live. I love how centralized this place is, allowing for shorter time commutes to most places. Living next to the train tracks has been fine for me. The freight trains are usually short and take about 1-2 mins to pass. The sound insulation is good, but won’t completely block train noise out. If, that is a concern for anyone, they might have better luck living in the suburbs or a rural area. There is going to be some type of noise living in an apartment right next to a light rail station in an urban area. The property staff does a wonderful job communicating any repairs or maintenance updates, whether it’s with the amenities or anywhere on the property. They’re transparent about timelines and always keep us informed, which is greatly appreciated. Service requests are handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication to resident comfort. Of course, there are going to be issues no matter where you move, but what stands out here is how the community handles them. What’s more, there are a handful of residents who are proactive and genuinely work together to be part of the solution. It’s refreshing to see a community that cares and collaborates to maintain a positive living environment. Front Range Patrol is also very responsive, addressing any concerns quickly and effectively, which adds to the peace of mind here. It’s clear the property management prioritizes safety, quality, and community, making this a great place to call home.

The office staff is courteous and takes pride in this community. I am overall happy here. It is great that this is right next to a train station. With that said, there will be transients (that is apart of the territory) Anytime I have made a call about them; there was a response in less than 5 minutes. It is up to the community to come together to keep the issues of people who shouldn’t be here off the property. Overall, I do feel safe. The maintenance of the building is on par. The communication about any news (repairs, events, etc) in the community is done via text/email; it’s a great system, as I like to be informed on what is going on.
This place is nice ,but my apartment doesn't get cool now that's its summer it's been stuck at over 80 degrees inside ajd i struggle to fall asleep. Also lots of homeless here and the gym got shot up a couple of months ago. Also there are sketchy people living in the parking lot at night. We pay a lot just for the security to not really do their jobs. Pay a lot of money for a place that i might get shot at.
New to Denver in 2023, out of all the apartments in the area this Cortland community had the best rates, views, amenities and most importantly community events. The property manager and all the staff are fantastic, prompt and helpful. Resigned my lease once, looking forward to again!

We made a difficult international move. Cortland welcomed us and made it easy. Even when things weren't as we thought they were, they helped us resolve them right away. When we settled in and got a puppy they spoiled her and made her feel very welcomed. Now she gets really excited every time she passes the reception desk and looks for everyone to say hi. Thank you Cortland for welcoming us to our new home.
This building is poorly maintained. Garbage piles up in the garbage room, constantly breaking washers and dryers, faucets have broken twice in three years, ventilation system is terrible for anyone who suffers from allergies, homeless issues are always occurring (fights, yelling, etc), mostly renters in their 20’s and 30’s so it can be noisy and wreckless, the parking lot is not safe and easy access to the droves of homeless people walk by it everyday, I witnessed homeless sleeping in the game room and in the lobby, the management is condescending and careless. I recommend choosing somewhere else to live

From the beginning my experience here has been amazing. After living here for a while now, I have experienced an amazing sense of community. When walking-in everyday, I'm greated by such friendly and caring people. Cole was so helpful with the entire process of moving in. He was very honest and upfront to help make sure all of my concerns and questions were addressed. Cole didn't make me feel like I was being talked into moving here, instead he made sure I would feel comfortable. After the tour, I spoke with Cole about different options for prices that would fit my budget. He went through prices for specific units, move-in days, lease lengths, and so much more to make sure I was able to lease exactly what I wanted. Both Keith and Cole helped make the movin-in process go fast and easy by helping me move some boxes and heavier packages. This helped tremendously and saved me hours. Miles and Jimmy were able to get fix the minor issues upon move-in and have been so helpful. They are so efficient with workorders even with a small team. Miles has been extremely helpful when I noticed issues after move-in like my garbage disposal which was fixed within the next day. Keith helped address some concerns with living next to the light rail station, and they truly do everything they can to prevent and minimize the challenges with living next to a light rail station. I have only seen a few minor situations that were nearby, nothing too serious and I have felt completely comfortable walking to safeway 2 minutes away. Bianca put on a super fun popcorn event that had a lot of people show up and stay the entire time. The food and drink options were also really great. The other events Cole and Bianca put on that I have gone too are also so much fun, a lot of people show up and chat so it's truly been one of my favorite parts of living here. I feel so safe, it's full of pretty quiet and respectful neighbors, I always see the cleaning staff around. I'm consistently greeted by kind and genuine people everyday, when walking in I always see Miles, Keith, Bianca, and Cole. Packages are maintained well, and it truly is a place that feels like a home.

My partner and I moved cross country and fell in love with Cortland Alameda Station apartments! We spent a weekend touring different properties in the Denver area and this one really felt like home. Jessica, the property manager kept in touch via email and coordinated with us for a couple weeks before we came out to CO so she could personally do a walk through of the property with us! The property is modern and industrial- there’s even a coffee bar where young professionals gather in the common space in the mornings and weekends. (Coffees actually good!) The location to the light rail is unmatched- it literally takes you anywhere in Denver! It’s a perfect community for people relocating to the Denver area. Jessica was so helpful by accommodating us and communicating through the whole process. We ended up signing a 15 month lease and love it here! The grounds are immaculate, residents are caring and responsible. Can’t wait for summer nights socializing on the sky decks and meeting more people in our community.

The team here is the best of the best! Not only were they able to handle all the issues that I brought to them, but they did it in the friendliest way. At the end of the day, I found myself trying to hang out with them in the office! The events are well thought out and catered to the community here. Its location is also great! Whether I am jumping onto I-25 quickly, heading down to Broadway for the nightlight, getting groceries a block over, or catching the Light Rail to the airport—it's all convenient and not a time sink! The maintenance team has also been wonderful. They are extremely friendly and handle things quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is searching for a future home in the South Broadway area!

I've lived at this place for 5 years now. Switched between multiple apartments and absolutely love this place. I've made friends at the happy hour events who I will have for the rest of my life. The facilities are amazing, I love the location, and everything here is just easy. The front desk staff is amazing and Jessica runs this place like an absolute champion. The maintenance staff keep this place clean, operational, and have addressed all maintenance tickets within 24 hours. I love this place and never want to leave. I have lived in 5 different states and lived at multiple styles of apartments within those states, and this property is the best I have lived at yet. The apartments are uber modern and large considering they are in Denver. Along with that, the rent prices are comparable to surrounding locations. What really makes the difference at any property is the leasing and maintenance staff., and both always go above and beyond. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any requests within 48 hrs and the leasing staff is very inviting and helpful while also being super friendly. My dog loves going to the leasing office to get a treat, but he really likes to say hi to the staff to get lots of pets. I have recommended this place to all my friends who are looking to move, and I would recommend them to whoever is looking for a great place close to downtown denver without paying the high downtown prices
First and foremost the people who work in the building are second to none: front desk, office, cleaning, maintenance, etc. There’s a great dog owner community, fun social events even for an introvert like myself. The convince of public transit. I feel safe, and I trust the building security.

I have had the best experience being a resident of about 5 years here. The staff care deeply about problem solving and making sure everyone feels taken care of. In all my years of renting, this is the cleanest and genuinely kindest place to live. This apartment complex creates a community that really tries to look out for each other. I would encourage anyone looking for city living to check this place out. No complex is perfect but this is pretty darn close to the highest quality of living and community out there.

I've lived here for over 3 years now. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, the property is functional, and the location is a hidden gem for the South Broadway area. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and the property is clean on a day to day basis. I use the light rail weekly, it's so convenient to have so close to the apartment and not very noisy. Would highly recommend living here

It can be a daunting task to move across the country and find an apartment, especially with how many options there are in Denver. Include the Covid-19 pandemic and it can seem difficult. Denizen stood out above many other options. Tina was exceptional from the beginning of the process to the end. She kept the experience simple, comfortable and stayed engaged throughout. She was easily the best person to interact with. Besides that, the complex is clean, organized and filled with great occupants. The location is great due to the access to the highway as well as the light rail. I researched over 50 complexes, it came down to 3 options and Tina made the decision easy.

Denizenis the best place I’ve lived and is probably the best place in Denver. Newer modern apartments that are next to Outh Broadway strip and a light rail station. The office and maintenance staff are exceptional and go above and beyond. And all of the other residents here are cool and considerate. Love it!
