This apartment is a joke! Don’t fall in their trap even if they offer 3 months free. It is an old building with very poor renovation no security no amenities

While we understand your concerns, we want to assure you that we’re actively working to enhance the community. Additional fob readers will be installed in the garage during the first week of March, and we’ve hired overnight security for 30 days to patrol key areas. Our amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, sunroom lounge, and an outdoor pool that opens seasonally, with our final lobby lounge set to open on March 10th. The renovation is still on-going hence, I will wait a bit before to provide a final customer review. When I signed the lease agreement I had a lot of expectations. Hope to see them accomplished.
Being in a residence that cares about your comfort details means you are in Cortland management.
This should be posted they cut the water once a week, the elevator takes forever, there is dust and construction all over the building and the manager doesn’t even answer emails
I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are considering moving to Arlington, find a better building that's cheaper, in better shape, and where management listens to your concerns.
This community is in the perfect location and everyone that works here is amazing.
