It is a great community. They keep the place clean and neat. Management, Office staff, and maintenance staff provide excellent customer service. This is a nice high end apartment compared to any other apartments that I have lived in. I am happy and comfortable. I highly recommend to live here.

The residents an d facilities are excellent. Pet friendly, but you don’t really hear the dogs. I am not a dog owner but enjoyed meeting All the residents and the dogs.
Having lived at a handful of different apartment communities in different states, Cortland is hands down the absolutely best place to live! The community is clean and quiet. The staff is personable and attentive. We feel safe and comfortable living here.

My husband and I have lived in our 1-bedroom at this location for 2 years now and have loved it completely. The leasing staff are very attentive and responsive when needed, the amenities are wonderful and a great way to spend time with friends and have them over (they all love the theater room, hot tub, and fire pit - as do I). Moreover, maintenance and cleaning staff are so gracious and thorough (big shoutout to Kyle for always helping us our when needed!). We also love how dog-friendly the apartments are so we feel happy having out dog with us, walking her around the neighborhood, and getting to see other dog parents around too! There is a lot more I can say about our experience here but it is definitely 5-starts, so affordable for all you get in this area, and is in a wonderful location not too far from the airport, the mountains, and friends located all over the DMA.

One problem that we did not foresee: We were not permitted (or perhaps the complex was not allowed to let us see the exact apartment we paid for to rent). I never saw this apartment until the day of our moving. IF we had seen the apartment ahead of our committing to renting it, we might have reconsidered moving here BECAUSE THE FLOOR WAS ICE_COLD. Because of the very cold floors, my husband and I have had to invest in rugs, floor coverings, etc. i order to not have to walk on ice-cold floors. I REPEAT: Had we known about the cold floors and our need to make an investment in floor coverings, we would not have rented this apartment. Otherwise, I would not live anywhere else - we are very content here. It's almost perfect. I'm sorry I could not give a 5-star rating (because of the cold floors).

My fiancé and I have had no help with our lease agreement so far. Please do not rent here. The apartment complex will renew your lease without any approval and charge ‘month to month’ rates that increase your rate by over 30%+ Complex won’t work this is to find middle ground even after living here with on-time payments of over 2 years. If you live here, then please expect the cortland coalton team to not be helpful.

This is a good community overall, we have had very good experience moving in, communicating with the management team, they have been really helpful and responsive so far, except for the apartment flooring and downstairs noise complaint, other than that the experience has been good

Having never rented an apartment before, this was truly a great experience. We moved form a large (5000 sq/ft) home and this is a great way to start the downsizing process. We sold a large home in Dallas, and needed a rental while our new home is being built. We didnt know the area well, and found this townhome to fit our needs for one year. I highly recommend this community for anyone who is in transition to the Boulder area. Great management team, very nice townhome for a couple or a family.

Beautiful place. Quiet area surrounded by open space but also right next to shopping and food. Walmart is a 2-minute walk. Nice hiking trail 5 min-drive away. Great mountain views! Really nice being out of the city for a change.
Cortland at Coalton boasts about being resident-focused, and they are. The apartments are clean and well-appointed as are the facilities. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been positive and affirming. I love living here and will be sorry when we leave.
Wonderful place to live with a great sense of community. They have food trucks weekly and virtual events throughout the month. The staff is extremely friendly and caring!
I think there is a lot of dog poo and trash on property. Garbage cans for dog waste are consistently over filled. I know the grass on the west end of the property is technically a park, but the lack of maintenance , excessive unmonitored dog waste, and lack of regular service at that pet waste bin makes it disgusting. Perhaps the community could come to an agreement with the city on regular maintenance for the park.
We moved up to this area in 2019 after living in a house my whole life. I lived in a apartment complex before this and hated it. I wanted to buy a house again. After moving here I no longer feel that way, this is my home. My husband and I are very happy to be here and love everything about it from the staff, amenities to the community. You couldn't ask for anything more.
The units, fixtures and finishes are great and we love the location, but after a month here we're already looking elsewhere. That said, the floors are not soundproof at all. It's hard to relax in our own home because all day long our living room is bombarded by the stomping around above us. When the upstairs neighbors start their daily hours-long indoor marathon (including things frequently dropping to their floor and bouncing or rolling) it's impossible not to be wholly distracted by it. We've even been woken up by VERY audible bed creaking coming from above us when they decide to go at it. It's a shame because the units and the location are great, but we're definitely not sticking around for a whole year.

The apartment is super nice and well maintained. Overall the office staff have been quick and coordinated on getting us moved in and solving any maintenance issues we have had. Parking is good and they also offer garage parking for those who are interested. The amenities are great and they are open year round, which also includes the pool! 10/10 would recommend living at these apartments!
I love my apartment. But... I can hear stomping from the people above me all day. The floors and sound acoustics are not right. I have elephants that live above me unfortunately.
I absolutely love living here. Courtland's newest property does no disappoint. All recreational facilities are top notch. The salt water pool and hot tub (my favorite amenity) are always meticulously maintained and cleaned makes for the best relaxation place after a long work day. Further more the indoor amenities are equally nice. The workout center has a better selection of gym equipment than some actual gyms. The community center has a pool table, shuffle board and other games that are always available, the cinema room offers a truly enjoyable cinematic experience that is better than many movie theatres, and the office and conference rooms are great for productivity when taking online grad courses and you need to focus away from the distractions of home. The apartments themselves are very well built. To date I have not had to request any maintenance service, there are never any noise issues, and the view is unparalleled. The staff is immensely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Any questions/concerns i have ever had were resolved on the spot with no trouble at all. Shoutout to Evelyn and Danny!! Overall this is the single nicest home I have ever lived in and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place, make Courtland at Coalton your first and only choice!

A very convenient, cozy and friendly place to live, especially when working from home or doing online school.
The staff at Cortland at Coalton are friendly and helpful. The apartments are new, nicely designed and built. The common areas are clean. The gym is well equipped and the pool and hot tub are very nice. BBQ area and fire pit are also nice to have. It is also in a very convenient location for stores, places to eat, highway access and access to trails.
So far my experience has been great and Im very glad I chose to live here. The apartment amenities are awesome, the building is modern and clean, and the community seems young and vibrant.
Fantastic apartments. The building is brand new and in tip top shape. The amenities are top notch with a brand new hot tub and salt water pool. The outdoor grill area is perfect for get togethers with friends of just an evening dinner. The gym has a wide array and large quantity of high quality equipment better than any apartment I've ever seen. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel welcome during your entire living experience here. The buildings location could not be better with easy access to food, entertainment and only a short drive to Denver, Boulder, Golden and several other cities. Parking is never an issue even if there are guests of residents visiting. 11/10 this is the best place I have ever lived in.
Amber and Evelyn are the nicest most professional managers I've ever met! They are always happy to help anytime I have an issue or just a question. They always drop what they are doing when I come in the office and give me their undivided attention!...Always! I would be tempted to renew my lease another go-round just to have them as managers! -Michael
