Wonderful property to live at. Nice rental staff, very clean.
Don't do it! Maybe another property but certainly not this one.
Been here for a little over 3 months and I have no complaints. It’s in a great location, there is everything nearby. Whenever I have a service request it is dealt with day off or the next day. Apartment itself and grounds are clean and nice. Moved from out of state and the leasing team and property manager made it very easy. Feel very safe living here.
I moved to this property 3 years ago. We loved it and was very happy until the new manager took over. It's been on issue after and another. With so many apartment options in the area, I would avoid this place.
This is a great community. The amenities are terrific. When problems arise, the staff address them. We've been here for a year and a half and have no plans to leave.
I have never paid so much for an apartment with management that cares so little for their residents.
Cortland at Green Valley is the place to be, beautiful property, amazing residence and Staff. They make me and my family feel special with the treatment they give us mostly in regards to hospitality and maintenance. I will highly recommend this property to anyone seeking for a place to call home.
I have recommended Cortland Green Valley to people who ask me if it’s a good home. My apartment is very quiet compared to others I have occupied. It also feels sturdy and comfortable. The staff are friendly, but sometimes I felt that my requests got lost and had to brought to their attention again. Once brought back into focus, my requests were quickly addressed. I also had maintenance requests that didn’t quite fix the problem, and had to be resubmitted. But, so far, they do come back to fix it even if it takes a while. I’m fortunate that I have an amazing view of the mountains and that is my favorite part of living here. They do have community activities, but I am not interested in that.

Friendly leasing office staff, when you go to them. The community itself is not held to very high standards, as if only people work in the leasing office and have little concern for what goes on in the community they work for. Littered with poop and trash from tenants, and the precedent has been set for tenants to treat the grounds how they want. I usually don’t recommend this to any friends with children as the tenants are notorious for tossing alcohol, weed, and sharp objects into grass and rock areas. As well as large dogs are frequently found without leashes which is a huge safety hazard with small children around. With dogs and traffic, it is difficult to relax at any point in the day or night. Least communal based complex out of my last 5 residencies in other apartments.

The apartment is extremely nice. Everything seemed almost brand new when we moved in, and very clean. The maintenance staff has been excellent, and so far we are very happy with our decision to move here.

I recently moved to this condo and without any place it is the best I have lived in since I live here in the USA. My apartment when they gave me the keys was very clean with rich smells. It is a very quiet place I recommend this place if you are thinking of moving I love it
I have only been living here for a very short time, but so far I am happy with the apartment. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition when I moved in, and any maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly. The staff has also been very friendly and easy to deal with. So far I have no complaints whatsoever.

I wouldnt recommend ANYONE live here until safety is improved and rent reflects not just the quality of the building and appliances, but also the safety and community. We way overpay for a dangerous apartment community. Doesnt make sense.
The management did address the shooting at this complex. The next week they even took down safety measures the previous management had taken in order to keep the complex safer. I dont feel safe living here. Management has been completely silent on safety measures. Saying you value safety means nothing if you dont take actual action to make your residents safe.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The whole online leasing process is so easy and painless.
This place is beautiful. Close to work, gorgeous views, wonder community amenities!

My apartment is new and beautiful! I love waking up opening all my blind to let the sunshine in. My space is quiet and private with the secure building as an added extra layer of peace. My leasing staff is always willing and able to assist in any questions/concerns. Imy home!

Maintenance deserves 5stars Leasing process deserves 5 stars the price for what you get deserves 0 stars. Residents are paying for amenities that can’t be utilized. Apartment has security patrol but they don’t do anything when called. When I do see them and that’s rarely they are speeding through not stopping and observing anything that may be going on. Over the last several weeks I have received numerous emails regarding crime in the complex and the area. Although the photos are and interior of the apartment is beautiful I am disappointed with this complex.

I recently moved into a two bedroom at Outlook and the appearance of the property is great - well maintained and clean. The unit is perfect with layout and fixtures with new finishes. The staff was quick to help with any questions - so far I love living here.
