Courtland’s has been a great experience for me, because it offers everything that I need. I am really close to all the finer things and movies. I love to eat at all the restaurants too!!!

With how difficult it can be to find a place to live in a big city I never thought I would find a place that i feel so comfortable and happy at but I am at Cortland at Phipps Plaza. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I have zero complaints with the staff or my living experience.

For everyone looking for a home away from home you have found it here at the Courtland at Phipps Plaza. I have been here for several years, and I have been very impressed with my apartment and all of the facilities they have as well as everything you need in walking distance as well as easy access to get anywhere you need to get in Atlanta. You will be very happy you made the right choice.

The customer service and professionalism was pretty good especially up to this point(two weeks since move-in)

Cortland at Phipps Plaza is located in a safe, clean, modern area with a ton of shops and restaurants. Getting to midtown and downtown is simple and easy. I enjoy living here, and think it’s a great place for young adults working in the city or remotely.

I have been a resident of cortland properties since 2019. And I literally love cortland phipps this was exactly what I was looking for in my move I go on walks more and just enjoy the location all together .

Lived at Courtland Phipps for 6 years what an outstanding place to call home great area with everything you need within walking distance and easy to get to public transportation or jump in your car to get anywhere in Atlanta in a matter of time and ease. You will love it.

I absolutely love living at Cortland at Phipps Plaza! The staff is incredibly generous and helpful, making my living experience here truly exceptional. It feels like being part of a close-knit community when the staff recognizes me and greets me by name. The amenities are fantastic, and the weekly activities bring the community together, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Plus, the location is perfect with essential stores, shops, and food within walking distance, making it even more convenient and enjoyable. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Cortland at Phipps Plaza is a peaceful, well maintained, and thriving community. Firstly, the staff is beyond supportive, responsive, personable, and overall the best I’ve experienced. They’re very thoughtful and engaging with all they do; including resident events throughout the month and weekly yoga/zumba classes! And the other residents make living here just as great. Everyone is so peaceful and respectful of the community. Great place to live and they have soooo many different floor plans!

Love the area and the amenities. This place is close to everything young & fun in the city. The staff are also really friendly. They address concerns right away and I haven’t had any issues with communication. I’ll be here until I buy my house! Great place to live

High crime neighborhood. The unit was filthy when I moved in. Consistent marijuana smell throughout. Huge aggressive dogs regularly fighting in the unmonitored "bark park" and lots of routine pet-waste and urine smell in hallways and elevators. Unsanitary. Office response by sending out ineffective emails and texts with no result. Some of the short-term, transient tenants I’ve seen in this building make me feel extremely unsafe. Not a locked/secure area as advertised. Garage/Parking gate left wide open for days, cars broken into regularly, elevators not maintained well and chronically "out of order". Cortland Phipps Management inexperienced, disorganized, and overwhelmed. **Advise you look outside I-285 for safe locations.

Taking into consideration the apartment, amenities, management and price, I don’t think there are many better places to live in this city

I would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for the fastest and most friendly service in the area. The apartments are beautiful, amenities and grounds are well kept. The price is extremely fair for the product and service you receive!

Cortland at Phipps Plaza is a beautiful pocket of solitude situated on a bucolic tree-lined cul-de-sac that pairs the cloistered experience of a small town amidst the bustling backdrop of a part of Buckhead and Atlanta that is blossoming into a more residential-focused and walker-friendly corner of the city.

I have had nothing less of a GREAT EXPERIENCE thus far at Cortland. Stephanie and the staff all do all such an outstanding job of making sure all of your needs are attended to in a timely manner and fashion. Aaron from maintenance is absolutely the best and always walks around with an infectious smile! Cortland staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. Definitely, best place in Atlanta to live.

The Management team and Maintenance team is A-1 very professional and just overall nice people thats why I renewed my lease, you cant find customer service like this anywhere in book.

I moved in a couple months ago and so far I love living here. The location is convenient to many stores and groceries and the leasing staff go above and beyond to address any needs and concerns. I love the amenities here and there is always plenty of parking.

The whole Cortland team is very professional and anytime I need something its done. The maintenance literally comes in the same day I put a request. The pool is great and the apartment complex is kept clean. Cleanliness was the #1 reason I moved in here. They make it a point to make sure the place is kept neat and honestly makes living here that much more comforting. Strongly recommend!

I love living here. It is a great location and gives me quick accessibility to great shops, restaurants and my job. The staff is great and always helpful. The community is always well maintained. Cortland also hosts so many events for residents to participate in which I love.

Great location within walking distance to everything. The living area is great with plenty of windows for natural light, nice gym, plenty of outdoor space to hang out. Parking is secure and the staff is friendly. Im happy with my decision to move here!

I am writing a review not about the Leasing Agents or Mangers, or the property itself so that's why I rating 3 stars its the noise facing Peachtree area facing the mall, there's a lot of noise and partying, which is loud especially on weekends so if you are plaining on moving here don't move under any patio area its very noisy, the sound bounces off in the area the other residence don't have any consideration for their neighbors. Residences are suppose to be out of the area at 9pm they suppose to have signs out that says quote on quote No Loud Music, No Entry After 9pm, Etc..... So just wanted to let you despite of the 5 star reviews, which I have given 5 star reviews myself for the manage team, they do try to send out a courtesy Offer and resolve the noise but you know!!! If you don't mind loud music and talking, yelling late at night then move here......

Cortland Phipps is the best apartment building I've stayed in moving from NYC, the community is nice and to themselves, the gym is updated, the parcel lockers are super useful and keeps packages safety & I definitely feel safe staying in this community. The dog park is really a winner if you love your animals.

Cortland at Phipps is a very well maintained apartment community with great apartments and amenities that are clean and the staff is also amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best living experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Buckhead Atlanta area!

The best around! Great location and amenities, worth it.

Compared to the last complex I lived at for only 6 months Cortland has exceeded my expectations and has raised my standards of what a complex should be like. The last place I lived at had awful bug issues, mold problems, the complex wasnt kept well, and the staff werent very responsive. I originally chose that complex because it was close to my work. However after all the issues I had, I needed to find somewhere else to live and Cortland has blown my last complex out of the water.

The Team here at Cortland Phipps Plaza is great! Noah, Stephine, and Jalinne they are an awesome, they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable in your apartment, I experience nothing but great customer service.

I love cortland, of all the apartments Ive ever lived in, cortland is my favorite. I like The monthly events and the community.

Love the staff. Before COVID hit Cortland would have different events for residents. Cortland Phipps staff treats everyone the same regardless if you are for a new home.

Cortland at Phipps is a great complex. Great location and apartments. The community management team is incredible. Somewhat on the pricier side but depending on the apartment (eg. Location within the complex) I think its justified

When I live in an apartment, I always hope that any concerns are resolved within a timely manner or at least responded to with an explanation. Through feedback to the customer service team and their resolutions, I am happy with the current state of the customer care that we have received.

This apartment complex by far exceeded my expectations, for I have talked with and looked at many apartments in Georgia, they have great customer service and the apartments are great as well kudos to Jalinne best Lease agent I ever had. God Bless you for a wonderful experience ??
