Zero communication, maintenance team is awful, office understaffed, you are not a priority as a resident. Trash valet sometimes never comes yet we continue to pay, and security is useless.

Overall great experience, best bang for your buck in Atlanta
Every day I wake up here I feel like I’m on vacation. The apartment is so nice. I love being able to walk outside and have access to so many places to eat or get a drink. It’s very pet friendly. I feel good going to work everyday because it’s worth it to live here.
Phenomenal location, convenient to amenities at the Battery , and outstanding customer service.
What a great place to live if you love baseball and enjoy a clean and safe place to live .. My stay here has been fantastic! This is where to be and live in Atlanta!

I couldn’t pick a better place to live. Cortland at the Battery is a fun safe place. The convenience is unmatched and makes it hard to move anywhere else.

Only one guest pass per apartment which expires within 2 days or you get a $100 charge. Along with that there are only 25 total passes to share with the entire complex yet there is TONS of parking. Really makes absolutely no sense at all, very frustrating. You are also only allowed one car which is crazy since it’s an upscale complex. Staff here is great though, not their fault cortland just has strange rules.

We have been graciously gifted these passes by the parking authority. We continue to partner with the parking authority for the opportunity to potentially have additional passes granted. We do want to share that most retailers & restaurants (outside stadium) offer parking validations, so don’t forget to ask while out and about in The Battery Atlanta! A single parking space per lease holder is our policy to ensure that all residents have a place to park when they arrive home. Offering multiple spaces to residents would potentially fill the nested residential parking, and quickly put this promise in jeopardy. 15/10. Absolutely astounding. One of the best places I’ve ever visited much less reside. If you love quiet, clean pristine units with all the great amenities if you love privacy, but also would love the experience of being able to just go downstairs and have some fun. This is the best place in the world. Worth every single penny.

Cortland at the Battery is a very cool place to live. Great energy at the Battery, helpful and friendly management and maintenance staff The upside - The Braves, location and security, cool community amenities. The downside- Noise- If choosing to live here I would pick an apartment as far away from the Piano Bar as you can get and maybe ask if you can hangout in the apartment at different times to listen how noisy the neighbors are at different times of the day.

Love the convenience and the activity in the community. The outdoor common areas are awesome and kept clean and I cannot wait to use the pools. I haven’t been here for the summer but I look forward to it.

Do not choose this place if you work from home. The noise is wild, when big events occur parking is not available

I love living at Cortland at the Battery. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone is so friendly and they even have these awesome resident parties for us now hosted by RQS events. These events are always a blast and way better than any events I’ve ever been to hosted by other complexes. It’s one of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease, despite the steep increase in rent. I’m glad Cortland is putting all that extra rent money to good use by hosting this amazing events. I hope they keep it up!

I've lived in 14 different communities in the past 20 years and this is by far the best. From the amenities to the staff, every aspect has been an extremely pleasant experience.

Cortland at the Battery is a great place to live. The common areas are nice, security is good and location can’t be beat. Service is excellent from the leasing office- particularly Chelsie Russ. If you have the chance to rent here- do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Living in Cortland at the Battery Atlanta is the best. The apartments are great and the location is prime for Braves games.

This is a great community to live in. Granted, rent is a little high, but you do get a lot. It’s a great location and the people that work here are some of the best.

Cortland at the Battery is the best place to live in Atlanta. Apartment amenities are superb and the residents are energetic and friendly. The staff in the leasing and maintenance teams are easy to work with and they bend over backwards to resolve every problem- there are very few problems. Take a tour of the Cortland apartments at the Battery. You will make this the number one choice on your list of places to live.
Living at the Cortland at the Battery has been the best experience. Everyone in the leasing office is so kind and really take the time to get to know you. Especially Grayson! She has made us feel so welcome since day one.
We felt very welcome from the moment we entered the office. No pressure to lease. Love the two security points to enter parking garage as well as exterior door security.
I have been a resident for 3 years now and I love it here!! It’s safe and more peaceful than one may think. I do however want future residents to realize that this is an energetic place to live. People listen to music, have company and also watch movies. If you’re looking for a super quiet retirement feel. This isn’t for you.
Cortland is awesome! This is an amazing community.
I believe there is not a better rental community in Metro Atlanta then at the battery you have sports you have awesome restaurants and great retail stores
Cortland at the Battery has amazing events, office staff, and maintenance staff! They go above and beyond to make living here feel like home.
The greatest environment to be in, especially for a Braves fan like me! Great place, the customer service is great and the amenities are fantastic.

The first place I have lived where the leasing office and staff are helpful and professional all around.
I'm pretty happy living here. There are several things that I enjoy, location being the single best feature for me. The other thing I'm please with is the service team. Anyone who's lived in apartments for any length of time know's that repair service can be a pain, Not Here, if it's broke or not working these folks with fix it immediately. I'm pretty demanding, so I think the management and service team do a good job with this place overall with my requests and concerns.
I moved to my new apartment. It was supposed to be cleaned but it wasn't. I had too clean it myself as I moved in. Also, the community parking garage is filthy. Nasty. Need to be pressure washed once a week at least.
This is an awesome place to live! Fromm the residents to staff and amenities, this is by far the best and most unique living experience in Atlanta!
