En esta comunidad los parqueaderos son muy estrechos en ocasiones no se encuentran disponibles, vivo aquí hace más de un año y la zona social la remodelaron pero lleva más de 4 meses cerrada por falta de un permiso, no hay parque para niños, el gym lo abren solo en horario de oficina (10am a 5pm) no existe un ambiente acogedor y agradable en COMUNIDAD.

The beautiful walking trail beside the apartment is what drew me to this community. I love that they offer food trucks, social events, they are pet friendly and I always find a spot in front of my building which is huge for a Miami apartment!

If you like running, walking, or biking daily this is the place for you. The complex is located on the hammocks lakeside trail which is a huge perk. It was hard to find a place in the area that would allow my medium sided dog, but this place is very pet friendly (the trail is also awesome for walking your dog). I have lived here for almost 3 years and really like it.

Rats in every attic in every domain, hardwood flooring that you can roll out in a roll figure that one out. Plus carpeting no more than 35 cents a square foot if that. If you have a 24-hour job then it's a great place to live.
Not recommended, you pay for amenities tou cannot use
moving into a new place is a real challenge! Many factors need to be taking into consideration. Cortland team makes this experience convenient and easy to make the decision comfortable and enjoyable. Congratulations to the Cortland team for the professional customer service.

Very overpriced for the quality of life. Residents have no consideration for their neighbors. Spiders, ants, and other bugs live here too, and pest control is not helpful.
My experience has been excellent. I have nothing bad to say about the Residences, it is a nice place to live.
The team are the best,always happy and always make you feel yours concerns are the only.
From the moment I walked in, Alex greeted me with warmth and an impressive knowledge of the community. I had an amazing day at the resident event! The pizza was really good. The new people at the office are extremely nice and welcoming. The new team are amazing. I recommend this complex!

I have been living here for about 5 months and regret moving here. This place is noisy all the time, with construction noise every day, neighbors having get-togethers and traffic noise 24/7. Anywhere you look there is garbage, damaged roads and just overall dirty areas. Even the pool was shut down by the county for health violation codes. Do yourself a favor don't move here.

Worst place I have ever lived at, car got towed yesterday because now they expect us to pay to park at any parking spot here. Is not stated in the contract that we need to pay and register our cars with a company called OneCall parking and last night my car got towed. They told me that even if it's not in our contract to pay for this that they can force us to pay for it. The place is disgusting, everything is dirty, the lake area is not taken care of, there isn't' even a volleyball net where there should be. I see rats around all the time, there's even holes on the street. No to move here for your own good.

He sido residente por más de 2 años, es buen buen lugar para vivir, caminar por el lago es hermoso. Y en los últimos meses se ha visto un cambio muy positivo en el condominio con la nueva administración, Alexa es muy cálida siempre al atender mis solicitudes. La anterior no podías ni acercarte a ella. Puedes vivir en un lugar muy lindo pero si no hay calidad humana no vas a tener una experiencia agradable y eso ella lo ha hecho diferente.

The apartment complex is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping, clean common areas, and excellent amenities. Excellent friendly community clean and maintained with rough parking accommodations
I lived at Cortland at the Hammocks for 2 years and really enjoyed my stay! It’s in a great location with a beautiful trail that circles the area, the maintance team is so quick to respond to any issues and the office staff was always friendly and responsive. I had great neighbors that I already miss! I actually transferred and stayed with Cortland because of my experience here and only left because work brought me to Tampa. They have been making great improvements over the last year to the property so I only seeing it getting better. Great area and space to call home!

Do not rent here. Cortland has shown it is not able to properly maintain apartment buildings, everything is always dirty, and nothing ever gets finished.
The management team and maintenance team at Cortland at The Hammocks is above and beyond phenomenal. They exude professionalism and respect to all of us residents and we very much appreciate it.
