Cortland at the Village has friendly staff and is always there to take care of your needs. While the apartments themselves may be older, the maintenance team and management do a great job keeping the apartments up to date and recent renovations provide a great up to date feel. The large community is a great way to meet people. Plus, you can't beat the location.

Both the customer service and maintenance teams stand out for their efficiency and prompt problem-solving. Overall, it’s great here. Different activities throughout the year for residents. Community Forum that keeps the residents updated on things happening in the community and outside surrounding areas. Back to school events, holiday events, casino nights for adults, movie night at the pool for the kids, etc. Also, safety is definitely the main reason for living here and that is kept up with a 24hr security guard gated community.

I’ve lived here two years now and until I’m ready to purchase a home, I don’t see myself living any where else! To start, the staff/maintenance are TOP NOTCH! Service requests are completed in a timely manner and is always seamless. The community activities/events year round is another reason why I love living here!! Back to the staff, they’re understanding and considerate. They truly VALUE their residents and that makes a HUGE difference. The pricing is also fair and they’re not trying to rob your pockets! I can go on and on about this complex. Majority of their tenants are long term tenants and that speaks to how much they value us just as much as we value them. If you’re looking for a community that feels like family, CORTLAND AT THE VILLAGE is it!

The Management is great, but maintenance is terrible at communication, my building has the water constantly turned off and many times without warning.

The spaces are nice and most buildings just got a new paint job and updated windows and doors. The problem is that if something breaks, you better be able to prove it, otherwise maintenance will do nothing.

Cortland at the Village has been an experience beyond my expectations. I have been a home owner for the past 30 years and just moved to Atlanta. I have heard horror stories about other communities and their staffs/cleanliness. Nothing could be farther from that at Cortland.any issues are quickly and cheerfully taken care of.

My stay here has been great and I am so glad this was my first pick to live at. There is a standard here and it shows tremendous. The amount of local events they hold, the amenities are better than any other apartments I had visit. The walking nature are great to clear the mind. Great place to live. There are many activities that include the community. A very busy shopping area around the complex but inside the complex is a very tranquil atmosphere that is surrounded by trees and walkways. I love it here.

Cortland At The Villages provides amenities and is a nice community. I feel safe and comfortable to enjoy the pools, gym, and trails. They also provide community activities. Management constantly communicates via text or e-mail.

The metro-Atlanta area has been called the “City in the Forest”, and Cortland at the Village is the perfect example of what is meant by this phrase. The complex matches the diverse spirit the city has made strides to support, serving as home to young families and professionals to retirees alike. Great location in relation to basic needs (grocery stores, gas stations, etc..), and a somewhat walkable distance from the Battery. Front office and maintenance staff are responsive and personable. Courtesy officers and gate updates add to a sense of security. A great area for someone looking to live near the city without being completely immersed in the hustle and bustle of it.

Cortland at the Villa feels like a home away from home. The community events are a lot of fun and cute. The community is dog friendly, lots of happy dogs and nice looking trails to go on dog walks. The recreational areas are always clean and look taken care of. The staff is wonderful, kind, and always have a big smile on their face. The community feels like a resort, nice pools, fun game courts, awesome gym, pretty trails, lots of flowers, trees, and sunshine.
