I moved here after the Hurricane and it has been a blessing. Great apartment at a good price, great maintenance guys, great amenities like the work-out facility. Jenn helped me very quickly get situated and the management team has been very responsive so I would recommend this place.

If you are ever looking for an apartment to rent in a quiet friendly community Cortland Bayport is where you need to apply. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions. Food truck Thursdays always help when I work late and the Resident events are always great. Did I mention the Gym? Yup cancel your memberships to your gym because theirs has it all.

This place is amazing. A nice relief to come home to nice and quiet and on top of upkeep. Always on top of maintenance and residential appreciation.
Overall, this is a beautiful community in a nice area, especially for those who enjoy outdoor activities. The team here do a good job of taking care of the residents and making them feel at home. I am happy I made the decision to live here.
I have been living here for 3 years and it has been great so far. The location is also very protected from hurricanes, which is definitely a plus.
Cortland Bayport is a beautiful place to live but the management team and the maintenance team are what make this community a great place to live.
Cortland Bayport is a lovely and wonderful place to reside. The office staff is wonderful and the service team is beyond the best I’ve ever experienced! The whole staff is great. And I love when I’m walking my pup and I hear every service team member shout out, “HI MACY”! She knows all of them and is always happy to be acknowledged. I can’t think of a nicer and MORE BEAUTIFUL place to live!!!

Roach infestation and managers don’t care about it
Cortland Bayport does the bare minimum to keep its residents happy, just enough to squeak by. They definitely keep up appearances in areas that get more visibility, but if you pull the curtain back on areas like the channel side in the Gallery, you'll find they are happy to collect your rent, but they will not be spending it on improving the curb appeal around here.
I enjoy living here. The grounds are clean, the neighbors are quiet, and the amenities are nice. There is a ton of storage in my apartment and lots of natural light. No complaints.

Conveniently located for myself. Easy access to the airport, Expressway, and any amenities i.e. grocery store, hardware store, fitness centers, and some restaurants.

Very happy with the response rate on work orders, parking is always available, location is great and if you ride your bike there is a great trail nearby. We've only been residents for a few months thus far, but are more than pleased.
Wish my review was better. Community seemed nice on the initial walk through. Have had trouble with management since. No parking available, neighbors steal packages.
I really like to live here, I love my apartment and also the location is very good! The green also helps to create a relax atmosphere.
We moved into Cortland Bayport a month and a half ago. We have had nothing but an incredible experience. The grounds are well maintained, our unit is spacious and our neighbors are friendly. The amenities are well kept and we, along with all of our neighbors enjoy using them. The community is great to walk around in and super dog friendly. Our puppy is very happy and loves being able to walk all of the paths.
Be sure you get to see pictures of the place before moving in. After move-in if there are any issues reach out to the team continuously for problem resolution. From what I’ve learned they strive to provide a pleasant experience but naturally things happen and as a tenant the responsibility lies on you for following up on communication.
Please continue providing the same excellent level of care we receive to all new members.

Beautiful community on a canal that is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and airport. Apartments are spacious and well designed with many upgrades including high ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The staff is wonderful in planning events for every occasion.

Cortland is a great place to live! The office staff is amazing and so is the maintenance staff! I have lived here for 8 months and have loved every minute of it. Everyone is very friendly here and the staff plan wonderful events for the residents!

Moved 4 months ago and love it, the maintenance team is the best and the office team is great. Parking can be tight but that’s apartment living. Love the pools and lakes. I go fishing every Friday and it’s very peaceful.

Cortland Bayport is near parks, beaches and Tampa International Airport. Excellent location that is close to Saint Petersburg, Clearwater and Downtown Tampa.

It is a nice property and has good staff. They have different styles apartments and are on the water and nice views
