Cortland Bayside

Our apartment and process with Cortland Bayside has been amazing thus far. The staff is amazing and Peggy especially was a great help - from 3 months prior to move in to now. Highly recommend this apartment for numerous reasons!

This is a paradise in the middle of a city, the quieter place, the best pool in the city, and the best maintenance service, 4 years here and 4 years happy with my family.

We lived in a 3/2 apt in Building #2 from Jan 2022 - May 2024 and genuinely enjoyed every day we lived for 2+ years. I cannot say enough good things about Peggy & everybody else from her team that I've had the pleasure of interacting with. They are all very professional, courteous and super understanding, even when you approach them to express frustration. They truly understand that their workplace is every residents HOME & they do an upstanding job at showing they care about each person that calls Cortland Bayside home. Management DEFINITELY spends a fortune making sure that the property is always looking sharp & clean. Landscaping is always maintained and refreshed (I saw the landscaping team onsite probably 2-3 X/week. I saw new plants planted by the hundreds probably 1-2 times a year just to keep the grounds looking bright & clean. When something breaks, they are always on top of it & dispatch vendors for repairs same-day, simultaneously sending out community-wide emails/texts updating residents about repairs. A property is usually about as good as the team that runs it — Cortland Bayside does not disappoint. On behalf of. my wife and our 2 children (soon to be 3) — we will greatly miss living here. Thank you for all you've done to make an apartment feel like home.

A very safe community with friendly and engaging residents. Very quiet at night, and friendly staff. The view of the bay from the clubhouse, and the sunrises are breathtaking!

The Waterview is absolutely mesmerizing! A Resort style at your fingertips. However, if you work from home, you may call in sick a few times because, your mind and body are at rest. lol

The Cortland Bayside walks the walk. When they say "resort style living," they mean it! They've thought of everything - the apartments are gorgeous (and quiet!) and the amenities are next-level. Management is genuine and they always come through.

Cortland Bayside is an incredible place to live. We moved in about a year ago and it's been nothing but a pleasant experience. The office staff is kind and helpful, and being honest the maintenance staff deserves a HUGE shoutout. They fixed my window for me shortly after move in, there were some delays with the glass company and Tony kept me informed every single step of the way. Such a quality team and quality living experience.

This property is like a resort! The amenities are great, the staff is very understanding and helpful. I recently have had to move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and the staff, in particular Peggy, have made the transition so easy. All the ladies in the management team are wonderful, and the maintenance staff/upkeep staff are very responsive and timely.

I can't talk well enough about what a great place to live. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!! The ladies bend over backwards to help with anything. We lived there for 2 years and it was a great experience. There was one issue & it was immediately fixed! The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool is awesome, the gym equipment is maintained always. Never saw a piece broken for more than a few days!! The best thing is Food Truck Thursdays. Yummy and no cooking. I only moved do to a life situation, I would live there again immediately & I whole heartedly recommend anyone looking to check this place out. (And no, my mom doesn't work there LOL)

The transition from being a home owner to renter has been easier moving hear. Our place is a decent size and updated. Complex is very well maintained, secure and all staff is respectful and courteous to all the tenants. Thank you Cortland Bayside for making us feel at home.

The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are first rate including the pool, clubhouse and Bay-oriented view . The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Cindy. Five stars all the way

The service team at Cortland has been very professional and has always dealt with any service issues promptly. In the year we have been here we have never had a complaint with the maintenance of the grounds or our apartment. Any requests are always handled quickly.

Overall, I am very pleased. The staff are very professional and courteous, and will go out of their way to make sure everything is just right.

We have lived here for almost a year now, and we just love the place and community. We came from living in our owned condo - this is so much easier.

From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. The area offers many local shops and eateries that cater to almost anyone. I cannot recommend this endearing community enough.

We downsized from owning a house, and we love the maintenance-free lifestyle at Cortland Bayside. We're free to enjoy the excellent amenities, leave for the weekend without anxiety, and not worry about something breaking. (If it does, the service team here is right on it.)

Cortland Bayside is a wonderful place to live! The complex is beautifully manicured and very quiet, the team is attentive and kind, and the apartments are bright and airy.

Great community, love the activities and the front office ladies are awesome as well as all the staff! We love living here and have met a lot of great neighbors.

This Place is Amazing. I feel that I am at home. Nice neighborhood. Nice place to walk with our pets. I like to make barbecue and enjoy so much the swimming pool. I am so happy to be here.

Great location. For the price you pay, it is definitely for the location(water views).....not the amenities.

The staff at Cortland are always friendly and very responsive to any problems we c might have. The grounds are very well kept and they are always improving things like adding cabanas around the pool and new gas grills for the community

Clean, safe and friendly! You will not be dissatisfied if you can afford.

Highly recommend. I feel like I want to live here forever or until I am ready to buy my own home. State of the art amenities. Nothing negative at all.

The amenities at Cortland Bayside were an important factor in our search for an apartment.

If you are going to call yourself a 5 Star property and use the amenities as a selling point for high end rentals......the amenities should work. Everyone is tired of "The COVID EXCUSE"
