We’ve moved here a year ago. Our lease was up . 5 month ago a new team took over. Paige the general manager, outstanding in every ways! This is a very high class community, and she has delivered on every occasions. Friendly, listens , fixes any concerns. We decided to transfer to another unit , it couldn’t have gone any smoother! She is very professional and approachable. Takes the time to interact with the residents while paying close attention to all is being communicated with her. She immediately passes on all messages to all appropriate team member for an immediate solution. She goes above and beyond ! Her teams are just as professional and courteous welcoming and always there to answer your questions and concerns . Darren, the service manager and his team are absolutely incredible! Again, delivers all services requests in a tamely manner goes above and beyond ! Very professional, friendly, easy to talk to and fixes any concerns you might have in the apartment in a timely manner or at times right in the spot ! We’ve never experienced this type of professionalism in any other apartment living. Overall, best place to live ! Amazing experience! The residence is quality over quantity. Management plays favorites so you really do not want to be on their bad side. They keep an eerily close eye on people, even asking other residents for information they can use against you. Management finds reasons to constantly hand out eviction notices for unwanted behavior. Don't even think about listening to music outside you'll get a noise complaint in under 3 minutes. Building looks nice but you can hear EVERYTHING the person above you does. It's not worth the price you pay for rent, hence why many apartments are still available.
