This is an excellently managed apartment community, from the front office staff to maintenance. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Any concerns I report have always been handled quickly. I’ve lived here for 4 years now and have no plans to leave anytime soon!

Staff is top notch, any rare issues that occur are promptly taken care of. I love the Huge dog park and the convenience of having the Pearl so close as well as the Brakenridge park. If you are noise sensitive highly recommend the top floor!
Cortland Brackenridge is a wonderful place to live—excellent staff and maintainence crew; well appointed apartments; close to The Pearl, Brackenridge Park, the zoo and downtown. Parking for residents and guests is easy. Lovely amenities. What more can you ask?

I would definitely recommend Cortland Brackenridge to someone moving to the area. Generally, I feel pretty safe, and the amenities are just about the best you'll find. While it might not be the cheapest option, the management team makes up for it!

Awesome apartment, amenities and location. From move in to getting help moving in my things to my apartment, has been nothing but kindness from the staff. They even gave my dog a treat and call him by his name. I feel good about my decision moving here since it's been great so far. The area is quiet and close to the Riverwalk. Lovely!!

Only one mile from The Pearl, Cortland Brackenridge is like an Oasis in a city. The management is experienced and professional and the grounds are excellently maintained. The pool area is outstanding. I don’t know how the maintenance staff can answer requests so quickly. Thanks all!!

While recently touring a variety of properties, Cortland Breckenridge stood out, mainly because of the responsiveness of the staff. I chose to go to a different part of town due to the convenience to my work location. But had it not been for that, Cortland Breckenridge would’ve been at the top of my list! I had many questions and made several phone calls to the staff, in particular, Kristen. She was super responsive and answered all the questions I had. I almost thought she was going to get tired of me, but she was always friendly and understanding of my concerns. If you’re looking for a downtown location, please visit this property. You will not be disappointed!

I have had the privilege of living here the last year and it has been amazing. I moved here from another state and CB instantly felt like home. CB staff are always friendly, professional, timely and feel like family. They take good care of the residents and look out for us. It is in a great location, a beautiful well kept property, safe and they have a host of fun events. Great gym too, when I manage to make it there or to the yoga classes that they offer. So grateful that I picked CB to live when I moved to Texas!

Great location! The community is located to the best restaurants, old and new, and areas to spend time outdoors. My dogs and I appreciate the dog park that is always kept clean. My move in process went very smoothly thanks to the leasing staff. The maintenance team has been a big help as well helping us get settled in our new home.

I love living at Cortland Brackenridge! The front office and staff are quick to assist and I love the location of my building. It’s nice and quiet and It’s perfect for my plants! The amenities are always clean and the maintenance team is always quick to respond. The quality of work they do is awesome and it shows.

I have lived here for over a year and have to say its been great. My neighbors are friendly and the front office staff are friendly. They have cool food trucks and gatherings for us. My dogs love the dog park.

I have enjoyed living at Brackenridge apts. The front staff is quick with resolving any issue. Free coffee and hot chocolate too is a amenity plus. The location though is the best. It's close to my downtown and pearl which has a winery. It's quiet here and behind there is a residential townhouses. Great maintenance. Keeps the apts clean!
