The floorplans and the staff are the highlight. Love it here so far and have had very few minor issues that they always have been willing and able to resolve.

The complex is peaceful and well kept with a staff that cares.

I toured here and ended up moving down the street since they had a killer move in special. Cortland Broomfield at the time didn’t have a move in special and now I know why, they didn’t need one! They were upfront and honest and I wish I would have moved here. Once my current lease is up, ill moving to Cortland broomfield.

Alyssa helped me during my move in appointment and even helped me save some money on my renters insurance. I met Daniel a few days later when I saw him picking up trash in the parking lot. I can tell that this team cares about us.

Really loved my tour that I had today with Abigail! The entire property is very well maintained! She was very patient with us and all the questions we had very excited to hopefully move in here !

After 4 years this is still a great place to be! The complex is smaller than a lot of the new complexes in the same area and the staff is wonderful.

Cortland Broomfield has been an amazing experience from how well the community is maintained, to the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Austin, Alyssa, Abigail, and Stephanie have provided the best experience I’ve ever had in a community and am happy to call this community home.

We recently moved into Cortland Broomfield and so far, it’s been a fantastic experience! The community is centrally located and it is just the right size- not so large that maintenance can’t keep up or amenities are always too busy. It is quiet, the apartments are beautifully finished and are very spacious, parking is ample and easy, there are lots of great amenities (including some in each building, not just the community clubhouse), there are elevators and mailboxes in each building, no valet trash (which we appreciate!), and the staff are so friendly! We’ve also enjoyed the community events which include food trucks that come out and workout classes. The rent is steep but comparable to other communities. Overall, we love it here and highly recommend it!

I highly recommend living at Cortland Broomfield. First and foremost, as a pet lover, the dog-friendly nature of Cortland Broomfield Apartments is a dream come true. The community not only allows dogs but also goes above and beyond to ensure they are treated as valued members of the community. The availability of designated dog parks and pet amenities made it incredibly convenient for my furry friend to socialize and exercise. The community team at Cortland Broomfield Apartments truly deserves special recognition. From my initial inquiry, their dedication and professionalism were consistently evident. The staff members were not only responsive and attentive but also went out of their way to make residents feel welcome and cared for. They promptly addressed any concerns or maintenance issues, ensuring a stress-free living experience. Their commitment to creating a tight-knit community was evident through the engaging social events and activities they organized, allowing residents to forge friendships and feel connected.

The logistics of life are planned out at Cortland Broomfield, meaning you don't just exist here - you can live here. Building quality is very solid, with good insulation (both heating and sound, even when living next to a main road), and appliances are modern/high quality. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, willing to help whenever they can (both maintenance and general staff). Cortland Broomfield was also developed to be a place to live, not milk people for money - look at the design of the build complex and the noise reduction designed into the build layout. From satellite or street view, you'll see a huge difference from the nearby cookie cutter, square apartments. Perhaps it's not surprising then Cortland Broomfield has consistently higher reviews than these neighboring complexes... I highly recommend taking a tour to get a sense of how this complex makes you feel. It addresses those subconscious worries always plaguing you at poorly managed, overpriced apartment complexes, enabling you to be the best person you can. This seems to be Cortland's MO, and it's incredibly well executed here! Highly recommended - you will not be sorry.

Toured this location before signing a lease at another Cortland property that made more sense with my commute. The touring process was so simple & felt comfortable with the leasing agent as they asked several questions about my wants & needs for a living space. Cortland Broomfield is such a beautiful location and I'll definitely keep y'all in mind if my work location changes in the future!

Community team is awesome. They don’t forget who you are after you sign the lease and move it. Apartments are nice and well maintained and the community is quiet.

I give 5s for the exterior and landscaping especially bc w all of the construction in the area that job is made exponentially harder, and as I resident I see and appreciate everyone doing their best.

Cortland Arista stands out from similar communities by having had a consistent track record of hospitality, responsive & friendly staff, clean community, and all of the other elements other communities either struggle to establish or maintain.

If you are looking for a place after retirement, living in Cortland might give you that laid back, relaxed, feeling.

Pull a crime report before moving here. Research this place for months before moving in. If you like quiet, this is not the place for you. If you like community then this is not the place for you. If you want the staff to fix issues in your apartment, this is not the place for you. If you don’t like filling out weekly surveys about your experience here and receiving spam emails everyday then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for opportunities to injure yourself on this property from the neglect of the staff, this IS the place for you. If you grew up in a dog boarding kennel and the sound of barking dogs lulls your to sleep, then this IS the place for you. If you love the sound of construction noise, gunfire and domestic violence, then this IS the place for you. If you love the idea of police being here every day, but not here to just patrol and actually be dealing with crime, then this is the place for you. If you think paying these ludicrously overpriced rents for a box of broken promises, then this IS the place for you. Enjoy!

Cortland at Broomfield is a great place to live. Lots of dogs around, friendly people, and the apartments are very comfortable. Everything is modern and updated, the insulation is great, and if we ever need anything, the maintenance team is always there to help. I highly recommend living here as it’s been such a great experience for my family and myself.

This is the best Apartment Complex I've ever lived at thus far! The staff is very attentive, the amenities are wonderful and the Maintenance representatives are so great at their jobs!

We love living here. The community is friendly, the building and lot are always clean, and there is always available parking near our entrance. Pet friendly and it shows. I love seeing all the dogs around. Our apartment itself is wonderful and spacious, plenty of room for our pets to run around and insulated so well that we barely have to use our heater in the winter.

If you want a well-maintained property, with a community spirit, noise-free and safe, this is the place for you. I have been here over 2 years now, the staff is super friendly, eager to assist and the maintenance staff are professional and quick to resolve any issues. Our interactions are genuine and the property is very close to2 hotels, a starbucks and a few restaurants all walking distance. I highly recommend this appartment building. Great community to live in- quiet, quick to handle any service requests and no issues with dogs barking all the time- which may speak to the great tenants and/or the fact that noise issues are promptly addressed. I toured around 8 apartment complexes in Broomfield and Westminster and found that Cortland Broomfield provides exceptional value that other apartments do not have. They have a wonderful staff and a competent maintenance team. Safety and privacy is also great here, and they keep apartment living interesting with food trucks and hosted events. With their beautiful open floor designs, modern appliances, and clean amenities, these apartments at Cortland Broomfield are definitely a strong contender in your search for your next home.

Lots of office staff turnover. Poor plumping. Thin walls. Trash rooms smell terrible and they try to hide it with glade plug ins. Have planted flowers by the entrances that attract tons of bees.

I love it here. I've been here for about 5 months, and I'm so glad I did my research and found this place. I have found nothing but evidence for all the positive reviews that I initially found online. The management team makes living here fun and pleasant. I love the pool and hot tub area. It's so quiet, too. And not to mention, my apartment, with all its features and updated fixtures, has become my own little oasis among the pandemic.

While these apartments are pricey, they quality of service and the community is nice. Its conveniently located, and is within walking distance to a few restaurants and a bar.

I have been at this property for 2 years now- excellent customer service from the leasing office- they always remember you and go out of their way to make you feel; appreciated and respond to your needs- the maintenance team is excellent- anytime that I have had to put in a service request these are executed quickly, accurately and professionally- the noise level is excellent- no barking dogs- the pool and the environment is always clean- I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home

Cortland Broomfield has been all around a positive experience. The staff has always been nothing short of professional and respectful, and helpful when we're in need. There have been bumps here and there with misunderstanding exact pricing when moving in and being fair with conflict resolution regarding a noise complaint, but otherwise they have been all around pleasant to work with! I'd still reccomend the community to a friend or family member looking for an apartment in the Broomfield area.

Just moved in from New Jersey for more than a month, I have been enjoying this well-managed apartment, friendly staff with responsive service. With neat and pretty landscaping, gym and pool are some of my enjoyments staying here. Overall speaking, I am a happy camper at Cortland!

Clean, quiet, and friendly community. Surprisingly a rare combination, but Cortland has pulled it off for us for the last few years we've been here. Minor issues come up, but nothing that has left us questioning our choice to live in the community.

I had been touring and looking at a number of apartments in the area for weeks, and the moment I toured Cortland Broomfield, I knew my search was over. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, full of updated features, and secure. I feel very safe living alone in a 1-bedroom apartment at this complex. The complex is less than a 15-minute walk to the bus station, where I catch the bus to work in Boulder. There are gym facilities in each building and in the clubhouse. The pool is heated and open year round! What makes me so thrilled about my choice to live at Cortland Broomfield, though, are the staff members. All my questions and concerns have been promptly answered. They let us know immediately when something is out of service via text and email, and they (actually) fix it quickly. My kitchen sink was having trouble draining, and it ended up being kind of tough clog. The service staff was responsive, respectful, and tenacious: they came back three times over the course of the day to try different tools and ensure they left it fixed. The support staff and community here is unbeatable!

Cortland Broomfield has been a wonderful place to call our home for the last 2 years, The Staff is helpful, always readily available, quick to respond and get in action about requests, genuinely involved in keeping the community safe, clean, and comfortable with all amenities and perks accessible. The staff has been patient and accommodating at every turn. As far as living in the Denver area is concerned, this has been one of the best rental experiences I have had! I highly recommend this agency and even location if you are looking for a place to stay in Broomfield!
