The gates, grills, and building doors do not work and SHOULD! The elevator and wifi constantly go down. I constantly get unwanted text messages about community events but didnt recieve messages about car break ins or hurricanes. The office staff has been very rude and unhelpful any time that i have gone to ask about something and maintenance does not give proper warning about when they are coming to fulfil work orders. Also during fire alarm inspections maintenance knocked twice then entered my apartment while my wife and I were home without giving sufficient time to answer the door.
I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone, I can’t wait til my lease is up. There are better options elsewhere
The maintenance/service team as well as the leasing office staff is nothing short of amazing! Everyone is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and just extremely pleasant to be around. Any concerns or repairs are taken care of right away with the upmost professionalism. I highly recommend Courtland champions gate not just for its beautiful apartment homes but for its amazing staff! Truly making you feel at home! Maintenance staff is 10/10!!
Resort style living without any amenities. This complex made promises to the residents that they have not provided. The gas grills do not work, the security gates are not functioning and the storage units do not exist. I would have chosen a different complex if I knew I’d have to live with my storage totes in my living room For the past 6 months.

This an awesome community, when they say luxury apartments they actually mean it. The management team is absolutely phenomenal. The maintenance team is outstanding in every aspect you could think of. The complex is always pristine clean, pool is the best part. You can not forget about the rooftop area, is a great place to have friends and family to come over and have some fun. Overall I give them a 110 out of 100. If you thinking about moving here is a absolutely yes from me!
Overall the facility, customer service and maintenance has been exceptional, VERY friendly & have a outstanding open communication. Everyone takes pride in keeping the facility clean.

Cortland Champion’s Gate is a brand new apartment community boasting sleek modern appliances and furnishings. We really enjoy the resort style pool and look forward to using the on site gym. Management and maintenance have been nothing but pleasant and helpful since day one. I would also like to point out that despite the volume of dogs we see around the complex, I have encountered none of these dog’s droppings which stepping in would really ruin a whole day. We also look forward to experiencing one of these rooftop lounges soon
Cortland is an exquisite property but the staff really sold me! They are so welcoming and sweet. Xia and Will as well as the other property manager in the office cube all made my renting process a breeze and the rest of staff especially Cheo makes my everyday living joyful. The apartments are brand new,modern and chic. I will definitely be recommending Cortland to everyone. 10/10 rent here!
This community is amazing resort style living! I was welcomed by Xia and Brittany. Brittany is the property manager. I can tell she is really involved in taking excellent care of this property. She listen to all our concerns and answers all the my questions. We are enjoying our apartment. The pool and sky lounge are modern and pristine. The gym is well equipped.

I got a great price for my 1 BR apartment, which is spacious and has new appliances. Staff are very friendly and attentive to needs/concerns. Also, on my move-in date, I didnt show up within the time I stated, the manager called and checked to see if I was ok and how my move was going. I have no complaints

Overall, everything is wonderful when it comes to the staff and their over the top service provided. However, there have been significant issues with the Internet service company. Thanks to Cortland Champion Gate manager's (Brandon) intervention and the pressure they applied on GiGstream to address current issues, the service has improved immensely over the last month. In addition, I've noticed that the construction work for amenities such as the pool and gymnasium has been taking longer than expected. This delay is concerning as it affects the value of what I pay for, which seems to be diminishing over time.

Unfortunately the lack of and delays to the amenities is extremely disappointing. I think the gym has been re painted at least 6 times. The floor changed twice. The constant repairs to work that has not been done correctly in the first instance such as digging up sidewalks etc. causing a lot of unnecessary noise disturbances. The continuous smell of cannabis around the complex. I can’t open my windows and the smell down the corridors is very bad.
With this being a new complex I expect some issues but having the roof leak 3 times before it was resolved and the a/c go out 3/4 times before resolved is a big set back. The management team is not very welcoming. Expect to hear construction noises every day and hear noises from all over the complex inside your unit.

I also had an issue with my upstairs neighbors and nothing really came from that. They continued to walk hard and their dog barked all the time. Management was aware. I wanted a transfer but they advised I could not because I had been late with my rental payments.

Since moving in, this apartment complex has been wonderful. I love all the events the community puts on, like the wine and paint night. Most recently we did a murder mystery which was so much fun and everyone was laughing and enjoyed themselves. I am so glad I have moved here!

Great new place to live! I moved halfway across the country to live the Disney life! Site unseen - I put my trust in the community site, reviews, and most of all the office staff! They are so helpful and professional! I researched several other properties and narrowed it down to two. The difference maker was Chau! She was patient and kind. She answered every question I had over the many times I called, and thoughtfully walked me through the whole process and addressed all concerns. Moved on 2/27/23 and was the best decision I made in choosing this apartments. I do a lot of work from home and can't hardly hear the traffic! Peaceful and quiet. Love the staff, community, family atmosphere! Maintenance is very informative and quick to respond for all service requests! Love the residents portal with pretty much all you need to do online! Love my view of fire works, air balloons, rain and sun from my balcony! My apartment is EAGLE style and is gorgeous, still smells new. Excited to jump in the new pool and use the brand new gym! I am home!

This beautifully appointed apartment was so spacious. The kitchen was modern with elegant appliances. The bathrooms were also spacious and modern 10 plus on the closet space as well. Susan gave us the tour. She was so welcoming and excited about this wonderful property she made us feel like we were home! I've yet to see an apartment with a layout quite like this. I fell in love the moment I walked into the beautiful foyer. Having an entrance place like that felt like a home. Kitchen and living space with the big windows. Hosting a party on there outdoor space seems dreamy. Thank you to the staff for being kind and patient with me. Love the finishes! My partner and I love our new apartment. I had never seen these details in an apartment home before: valet trash service that stays out of the hall way and is easy to use from inside your apartment. We have a corner unit that includes a spacious mudroom/entry way with coat hooks and a bench! Everything we could ever ask for!

Cortland Championsgate immediately caught my eye while browsing for apartments online. Not only was the design of the complex gorgeous, but the interior design for the complex is refreshing and upscale. You can really tell they have put a lot of thought and quality into the design of each space with no expenses spared anywhere. All this said, this was not what immediately sold the deal to call this place home for me. Moving across country, as anyone would be, I was scared of being alone in a new unfamiliar environment. Brandon was the most friendliest person from an apartment complex I had ever had the pleasure to speak with, he is nothing short from an incredible human being who made me feel welcome and at home AND that I had a friend before I even moved in, sealing the deal for me and easing my anxieties mentioned before. But this is not where this awesome review ends as on move in day I had the pleasure to meet Susan who made the move in process so smooth for me and made me feel welcomed and at home. Susan is nothing short from an incredibly awesome, outgoing, and friendly person who had also made me feel like I have a friend here so far from where I moved. Britney, the property manager and Giovani and Marcos, the maintenance team, are also some of the most kindest, welcoming people I have met. Cortland certainly chose the best team possible here at Championsgate and they, in all their unique ways, have made me very happy and proud to call this new place home. I must write a review of Cortland Champions Gate, failure to do so wouldn’t be fair to people looking for a grounded sincere organization to call home. I took to searching for an apartment due to issues at our previous address. I researched for days online to find all the pieces to make my wife happy. In doing so I continued to see and admire Cortland as a leasing partner. Let’s say I am thankful for the time others put into their reviews and rather than be selfish, I will share. Upon my review: Cortland had the deep full size tub which my wife has been deprived of for sometime now. Cortland had a walk in full size shower with full glass door. The ability to open the door towards the shower head and adjust the temp to your liking and step into the shower and close the door behind is just brilliant. Sure the doors exist elsewhere as well but the decision to use them in their design of your home in effort to provide a comfortable user friendly shower shows the organization cares for me and my wife. Sharing these types of things with you is what is truly special…I know, I know. Continue on and you too will see what I see. Cortland provided a private balcony for generous outdoor space. Cortland provided a laundry room with current technology appliances. Cortland provided a well appointed kitchen area with current technology appliances. Cortland provided quality cabinetry throughout with soft close hinges . Cortland provided a unique idea for trash disposal (this you must see for yourself). Cortland provided modern lighting throughout with ceiling fans in every room. Priceless I could continue but in respect of your time I will move on. I was taken back by the quality of product decisions at a design level that went into this place, which is rare, trust me I’ve worked in construction as a plumber most of my adult life. These are not minor things. ?? In summary the apartment checks all the boxes but there is more… yes more! Things that money cannot provide, such as Cortland’s genuine love for people and their comfort. I am still astonished at the quality of people, their love for one another as a family and neighbors here. I know it all sounds cliché but as a God fearing man I assure you it is genuine. Now that I’ve probably priced myself out of a place to live in the future, I should shut my mouth. ?? Love one another I wish you all the best in your search. God bless Vic

Cortland at ChampionsGate is an incredible property! It is brand new, still being built in some areas of the complex. It is beautifully designed and appointed with the residents in mind. The staff in the leasing office as well at the maintenance and oversight folks are top notch and wonderful. This environment is so much like a family and people look out for each other and genuinely care and want to help. We have been here only a short time, but compared to other places we have lived this is like finally being “Home”.
