You would love living here if you smoke cigarettes or weeds besides friendly management
I love the apartment in Cortland Copper Springs. The complex is very quiet , and the areas are kept very clean. And the most important the security is excellent.
The place is great. Greats customer service, good people, nice neighbors, good pool, nice gym (could be better tho).
Recently moved in after transferring from another Cortland apartment and it’s exactly what I was expecting. Love the finishes and space and the maintenance and office workers are very friendly and helpful. Love it here!

Im from Oregon and this is one of five places I saw. I been here almost a year and I still love it. I feel safe. Everything stays clean and landscaped and maintence is the best. Haven't had any big issues and if I did they respond really quickly. I will renewing my lease for this price!
Place has a major security issue. It’s nice but it’s not actually a safe place to live.

This is a great place to live. The floor plans and decor are great. The pool and fitness center are top notch. The maintenance staff and their responsiveness is awesome. And management is friendly and helpful, although there is a bit too much turnover. We are on the third manager since I’ve moved here and none of the leasing staff I met with when I moved in are here now. The location next to 290 makes it easy to get anywhere from here. I really like the car wash station as it makes it easy to keep the inside of my car clean. And although I don’t have a dog, I like that the dog park allows people to have one someplace where they can let the dogs play off leash.

I lived here for about 3 years. The staff is always helpful. Property is clean and quiet. Maintenance works really to get work orders completed fast. I loved the fitness center and their yoga classes they have every Wednesday. Had to move to another Cortland community due to my job transfer. But you will love it here.

The staff are fun and helpful. Huge fitness center and nice grilling station. I wish they had more resident events but I plan to renew. The service team take care of your issues almost immediately and the office actually replies to emails and answers phone. They also have a 24/7 hotline number for requests.

We love it here. Been a resident for 2 years now. The apartment is so much like home. My children love the pool and the gym. Community is quiet and clean. Walking distance to the high school my kids attend. They hate riding the bus so that makes it very convenient. Office staff have always been very helpful. We plan to renew next year.

I really like living here. The apartments are spacious, attractively decorated and the floor plans are excellent. I like the high ceilings as I don’t feel cramped. Also the large balconies. No apartment is sound proof, but these are better than most. The pool and clubhouse are attractive and the gym is great. Definitely don’t need a gym membership. The service from the maintenance and leasing staff is awesome. I could wish the front gate didn’t malfunction so often, or that it opened using the RFID signal from my ez-tag. I hadn’t thought I’d use the car care station, but although I don’t wash my car there, I use the vacuum often.

Copper Springs has been a great place to live. I love it here. My wife and kids love the pool and I'm all for the large fitness center. Close to 290 and tons of shopping and eating!

I think it's awesome that the second floor on the end buildings are the top unit so you don't have to lease a third floor to not have anyone above you. It's too hot in Texas for all those stairs! It's nice that the fitness center is open 24/7 because of work schedule. Close to Beltway 8 so super convenient for getting to IAH. Big shout out to Kevin, Heather, Jake and Sonya in the office for everything! Mad love.

Love this apartment! Clean, quiet, spacious but what makes it better is the maintenance team always responding right away and the office team is so friendly. The pool is amazing and gym is huge, I may start using it soon. Overall great place to live.

I’m so ecstatic on how efficient and incredibly fast the team is on resolving issues for my apartment. I was so worried when I left for work because it was getting so hot In there and my fur baby had to be home. Nonetheless, I had submitted my ticket about 30 mins before I left for work in the morning and it did not take the Cortland team more than 30 mins to be on top of it! Excellent work!

I'm SO happy chose this property. The location is perfect for getting to Cypress and Houston quickly. The staff is so friendly and down to earth! Maintenance is quick to get stuff taken care of. Everything was a quick and easy process from tour to approval. Neighbors are nice. I wish the amenities were open after hours but so far, everything is amazing! Love the pool and expresso shots!

I love this apartment. I have been here for a year now and its so peaceful. They have resident events that are so much fun. The pool is nice the gym is HUGE. Property is clean and quiet. I would defiantly check them out if you can. Heather, Kevin, & Sonya have always been super helpful.

Apartment is so spacious and clean with all the modern touches! The staff is amazing from maintenance taking care of any problems quickly to office team who are so friendly and helpful. I’m close to the freeway which makes commute so easy, it’s perfect!

My family and I love it here, they’re very clean, the staff is very helpful, friendly and reply to your needs right away! Everyone is super friendly here. They keep up with the apartment amenities! Copper Springs has been my borrowed home for 2 years now. I absolutely love it here. It’s quite clean. Maintenance is fast and the office staff are kind and very helpful. They truly love what they do. Wish we could have stainless steel appliances but that’s not a huge issue. Love feeling safe where I live. They just got new pool furniture which looks fabulous. Highly recommend!

This is a cozy very green quiet community located off 290. Love it!!!! Kevin made me feel so special! My application needed a bit of attention and Heather helped me through all of that nonsense! I absolutely love my new apartment home........ and then I found out about Cypress outlets!

WOW! This is the absolute best apartment community I've ever lived in and I'm 43 years old!!!! Heather, Kevin, Sonya, & Jake and the entire maintenance staff are the best, they truly care and are very compassionate of residents. Maintenance is the best as well they respond to service requests within 24 hours or less. I am so happy and blessed to be a resident here, with such awesome office staff. I truly appreciate you guys for going above and beyond!!!!! The complex always looks nice, and maintenance does ground walks daily to keep the property looking nice. You will love it here, I know I do!!!!

By far the best apartment community we have lived in. We originally transferred to Cortland Copper Springs from Cortland Luxe because we love the Cortland community as a whole. We plan on staying in the Cortland Community no matter where we move! We have been spoiled with the great staff, quick maintenance, and quite/safe gated community.

Cortland Copper Springs has been an absolute joy to live at. I love the amenities offered and I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff in answering questions and helping me get adjusted to this new area. Kevin is always my go to for tips on new places to eat in the area. Moving states is a difficult transition but the people at Copper Springs have made it an enjoyable experience. Copper Springs is a great property! It has many trees and lots of shade/greenery. The office staff is very helpful and caring, they have great personalities and make you feel welcome. Kevin has always went out of his way for me. Natalia has helped me sort out my confusion with packages. Any issue that is brought up, is addressed. The maintenance team is very quick. I wish they had more resident events! But I know that people have been less interested in mingling since Covid.
