Great value for the money. Nothing around the Deerfield area comes even close. Elisha is also really great asset to the company. There’s a very nice pool, nice outdoor lounge chairs, a nice gym that’s open 24/7, and a side room to practice yoga / cycling. The maintenance team is amazing, and Kanisha is very helpful at the office. Would highly recommend this place.

Cortland is so beautiful I love the office staff is so friendly. Kanisha is a gem. Gym is so beautiful. I will be able to do all my workouts. Can’t wait to stay here with my husband and my 2 kids. My dog finally has a nice place to stay as well

This is such a beautiful community. It had such a great time touring with kanisha. She showed me the gem, the amenities and engage in the conversation so lovely. She did inform me a lot about Cortland as a brand it's good to know that a company cares so much about their residents. The office staff is super friendly. The pool, the gym. I absolutely love it here. I did a tour today with Kanisha. She was super friendly, very kind and answered all of my questions. The pool is beautiful. The gym is everything. Someone is looking forward to the outside is very clean and well-maintained. The best part is to finishes in the apartment very modern very updated and well kept. I really enjoyed my tour and I really love Cortland is a brand and looking forward to submitting an application

very good, very good work kanisha! Cortland is an amazing community great amenities. The office is always very friendly. A great management of great team. The committee is always clean. Maintenance is always on time and make sure all of my work orders is fixed if I ever have any questions everyone in the office is very attendant and the residents are immaculate. This Halloween party was amazing Cortland Deerfield Station stands out with its fantastic Kanisha is very great at her job amenities and welcoming community vibe. Very satisfied with management team, it is so rare to have responsive and friendly building management. But here at Cortland Deerfield I was never left alone with any issues regarding living experience, all requests are being answered very quickly and resolved in a timely and kind manner. Community itself is very clean, has a nice big parking and a lot of useful community services and areas. Very satisfied and feel here safe and welcomed.
Love living in Cortland. I am thrilled with my decision to live in this community. The overall experience has been fantastic, from the amenities to the friendly atmosphere.. I love all the events, especially fitness classes & Bingo nights, and love how management really cares about us.. highly recommend this community to all my friends and family..

Given the numerous incidents of car parts theft, bicycles ,night trafficking in the parking lot at night, people literally living in the pool area (homeless), due to the pedestrian gates always being open and broken and the car gates being almost always broken, I believe this community is truly unsafe for us adults and for our children. We will be leaving Cortland Deerfield Station as soon as possible. Management completely not responsive.

Cortland Deerfield Station is a great place to live! It feels like being on vacation. They have music playing at the pool all day, a beautiful lobby to work and have coffee or tea, a spotless gym with everything you need, and the staff is always responsive and friendly!
I recently attended a resident event with one of my friends who live at cortland Deerfield station! The event was so fun and the team was very welcoming! Glad to meet the community before deciding to move in. After the experience at the event, I decided to apply and will be moving in at the end of this month! Just renewed my lease! Beautiful place, great staff/property management. Very happy with everything.
The property is well maintained, common areas/amenites are clean and usable as the maintenance team is awesome. Katrina, the property manager and Denise in the front office are both very approachable and always willing to help out with any issues that may arise. It is a pet friendly community which for me is mandatory. The apartment homes are very well mainatianed and "spotless" upon move in. I have been here over three years and I just signed my 3rd lease. Highly recommend Cortland Deerfield Station as a place to call home.

We recently stayed in the guest suite at Cortland Deerfield Station and we had such a great time! Our friends live there and have only had wonderful things to say about the community and the staff. Our check into the suite was smooth and the apartment was in an immaculate condition. Everything we needed was there! Such a special amenity and bonus that they offer. Extremely convenient and clean. We just booked another visit for May!

We moved in on end of February for the most beautiful place that we have seen in our entire life. The Cortland is by far, one of the best apartments that we looked , at the first sight we already knew : that’s it. Comfort, enjoyable, peaceful and beautiful. We loved it. And everything just happened because Denise, that didn’t save efforts to make this happen, and the all cortland team. Thank you guys!!

I been here close to 3 years living and my experience has been great with the staff and the maintenance team is always there to fix things either same day or next day. The staff is great and always works with me so far so happy here a great location as well near 95.

We have just signed our renewal with Denise and we are extremely happy! The service team was able to address some of the service requests that we wanted to get done before we renewed and everything was completed immediately the same day. They really listen and take care of their residents. One of the best communities and companies that we’ve rented with!

The office team has recently changed their free fitness classes to Dance Fitness and we have been having a blast! I’ve met so many new neighbors and we hope they keep dance fitness on for a long time! Coach Sunny is amazing and this is the first community that we lived at that offered a free dance class. Love it here!

I have had a great experience living at Cortland Deerfield Station. During my search for an apartment, my roommates and I encountered far too many complexes that offered very little for the price they wanted. Cortland is a beautiful property, with great apartment features and amenities. My roommates and I are definitely happier since moving in here.

Bldg. 95 common area lighting had a past due FPL bill. Equal to my monthly rent. I was assigned to this bill and it took months to correct the error. I made payments to prevent shutdown of electricity. Cortland properties need to better manage their monthly bills.

Late but wanted to review about the thanksgiving event that we had. The ladies at the front office did a great job. We met some new neighbors and are all super excited for the December event as well! Anytime my fiancé places a work order, we usually get it taken cared of the same day or the next the latest. The office sends us consistent, up to date information and we love the idea of not having to continuously guess or go out of our ways to know about these things. We really enjoy living here!!

My roommates and I attended the Friendsgiving event that the community had last week. We are so happy that we did because the catered food really helped me feel like I was home and for them to throw in a raffle with a great prize was so sweet. Denise Kim and Katrina really did a great job with the event and we met our first neighbors at the event. We cannot wait till the next one! This is my favorite apartment complex I have lived in while in South Florida. The community amenities are well taken care of, the staff is super accessible and friendly, and the apartments are beautiful! Will definitely be staying for a while :)

I love this apartment building! I have lived here about 3 years.I can honestly say do not hesitate to move here. Not only are the pet friendly grounds kept clean but the apartments are clean and cozy as well. The management team from Kimberly, Katrina, Joel, Chris and Denise provide exceptional customer service . They are genuinely warm and friendly…they treat me as though I was family! I feel so lucky to have found such a gem of a building in Deerfield Beach! Thank you to everyone on their team for taking such great care of me. I personally am never leaving this place!
