It is a beautiful apartment complex always clean good work team but the new water company Conservice,LLC for an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms 2 adults and a bb they charge you more than $120 a month

We love living here due to the safe, quiet, and beautiful community it provides for us and our two dogs. The unique and spacious floor-plans, high ceilings and lovely interiors make it feel like almost like a detached home. Cortland DR has a lovely family-centered community and is a unique gem of an apartment community in Phoenix.

Cortland Desert Ridge's geographically is perfect. Two FWY's within a mile. Every store one can need within 5-10 min. drive. Including Whole Foods, Home Depot, Sprouts, Beauty stores, specialty stores and it is all in all a quiet neighborhood. The property itself is always kept updated - Gardens, Pool, Hot tub, and an amazing Gym. Cortland Desert Ridge also offers free Yoga classes and a trainer for work out at the Gym.
In the short time that Ive been here, the team at Cortland Desert Ridge has been so welcoming and helpful, addressing any issues in a timely manner and communicating consistently. I love the area, its quiet, very clean and well manicured, and feels safe. Highly recommend to more good neighbors!

Cortland Ridge's location is, by far, it's main attraction. For the most part, during the day the community is quiet.
This apartment complex never looked better. Cortland is doing an amazing job in renewing everything! Apartments, pools, gym, landscaping and outside paint and roofs. I love Candis and Jeniffer who manage the property. Great customer service from both of them and always a smile on their lips. Maintenance is right up there as well. Not to forget to mention how quiet it is. And perfect location, 1 mile from the free ways and all stores one needs to get our needs met! LOVE LIVING HERE! I give it 5 STARS. Come and check it out!!! Have lived in this apartment for about 2 years. This certainly has been one of the best community living experiences so far. Apartments are well maintained, closer to freeways and great shopping center is all plus point. But the most important reason why this gets 5 stars from my side is the leasing and maintenance team. Special call out to Candice, Jennifer, and Wonda... They are the best... Whenever we had any problems, we approached Candice and came back with a real solution. Never got disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to rate this over 5. Would certainly recommend leasing here.
Staff is attentive and fast. They fix any issue right away, the landscaping is well manicured and the community is just like family.
It is such a nice community to live in, the staff is great! The property always looks clean and the renovated apartments are amazing!

Cortland Desert Ridge has been a positive experience. After selling my home of many years, I wasn't sure what to expect in an apartment community. The front office staff is friendly and professional and maintenance needs are attended to swiftly and efficiently. The community is quiet and respectful. It has been a better than expected transition.

Cortland Desert Ridge is a great place to live. The environment is sate and the amenities are excellent. I highly recommend it as a great place to live.
All in all this place is very quiet and private once the constructions are finished. I know the work put in to the apartments, pools and landscape is with care and great attention executed.
Cortland Desert Ridge is a safe place to live and a great location. The office and maintenance are attentive to residents' needs. There are great facilities here like the pools and fitness center.
Cortland Desert Ridge has nice staff and is located in a great area, but they have been purchased by a new company and no longer understand how to care about current residents. If you live here, expect early gardening that goes on for the entire day, floodlights at every corner - some pointing right into your front windows, the brightest porch lights you have ever seen (I have to take mine out so my children can sleep) poor parking during construction, trucks parking in front of garages, a lack of Covid safety to encourage playground/amenity use, a gym that may never re-open, and in general - it's going to be a wonderful place 2 years from now. We used to have gates open during the days - during Covid this was great - new management came and changed that to make sure everyone has to touch the same box. There are zero safety protocols added here - I would call much of what is done fancy but thoughtless; it's pretty corporate like that.
It has been a great experience from the time I came to see the apartment to living here. The property is clean and maintenance is complete within 24 hours.

Cortland Desert Ridge is a well-situated property that presents itself well.
Overall living experience is just ok. Its like any other apartment community but with higher rent. Honestly there is nothing special here that justifies the rent. Some issues always persists, like entrance gate which never works properly, small and over crowded play area.
The office staff and maintenance team are very helpful and friendly. The annual rent increases should come with added benefits such as amenity improvements or apartment upgrades. However we love the location and close by shopping!
This is an older community but warming welcoming and such a high energy positive place to live
I enjoy living here at Cortland Desert Ridge
Was fantastic until about November 2019. Right about the time that I was to renew my rental agreement. Had questions, many answers were that we don't normally do it that way, that is the form of the new management. Went in multiple times for clarity...never satisfied with answers, however, I had a good rapport with the management team. Sadly the responsiveness of management staff has dwindled, more management left and I am wondering why I renewed my contract. If I had known the impact of the new management - I would not have renewed my rental agreement

I love my apartment except for the black countertop and dark grey floor.
I have lived here for 10 years. As with any place, in that time I have seen a few owners, and management companies come and go. Never before have we had such a fantastic group of professionals managing, operating, and maintaining this community. Its a great location. Its safe, has well maintained and manicured grounds, and is filled with quiet and friendly neighbors. Its staff (Candice, Bakir, Jessica) are truly second to none, and have been integral in making Cortland at Desert Ridge not only a community, but a home.
Great place to live, close to most anything that you could possibly want to do. No wild parties to deal with, it is nice and peaceful...Maintenance is very good.
Property is showing its age and has become VERY expensive. On top of the base rent, there are so many added fees to your monthly bill, including paying for a covered parking spot. The typical rent increase has been 3%, now with the new name of "Desert Ridge" (IT IS NOT DESERT RIDGE AREA), the rates are JUMPING 20-25%. It's ridiculous the amount of rent they're charging for sub par living conditions. Pool isn't heated, Pool grills are broken, lights out all over the property, just to name a few... Renter beware. The devil will entice you with promises of paradise. Once you sign on the dotted line, you'll see the true facade.
This is a better living community than most
I love living at Cortland at Pinnacle for many reasons. Its very quiet, close to two major FWYs close to all major stores from Whole Foods to Target to Home Depot etc. cant name em all. Right Dessert Ridge is right there which has many many great restaurants, stores and Hawkins movie theater. At last but not least hiking trails and water (canal) which enhances good energy.
We have enjoyed our time living here. It's usually very quiet and haven't noticed any unruly party's. We enjoy being close to the stores, restaurants and events at the Desert Ridge Market Place Mall, the theaters and the Music Museum. Also close to doctors and dentists and health facilities which is very nice.

I have no words to describe how disappointed I am with some of the service that I have been given. It also seems that the newest members of the "Cortland" team have a poor attitude towards it's residents.
Cortland Desert Ridge is extremely central to all FWYs and most stores one needs to go. It is very quiet and clean. The two pools give it a luxurious appearance with TV and barbecues at both pool areas. Its green landscaping is wonderful for evening walks I feel safe and protected there. And one plus is the 2 mile walk along the canal right behind the property.
