I’ve been living at Cortland Estates at TPC for about ten months now, and I sincerely can’t see myself in any other home any time soon. The service is ALWAYS beyond excellent, between the office management and maintenance team. Lauren has helped me nearly every step of the way, any time I’ve needed it, and has been a star in her role. It’s clear that she’s only out to help renters like myself find a place they can call home for the long run. A true professional is a severe understatement, and it shows in her passion for work. The apartment itself is STELLAR in quality! I adore the real wood floors, garden tub, granite counters, and a very spacious garage. I will likely stay even when my lease is up, and I’ll continue to talk about my fantastic experience with others that may be looking for a better property than their current. We have an outstanding experience with the entire team from front management to the service staff. It’s rare to find such a well coordinated and customer focused team. We are highly recommend living here.
They offer many nice perks for residents. The homes are very nice in size. The maintenance team are a nice group of men. When you do make requests for repair they send their team in a timely manner the only issue is it may take several requests for things to be replaced or repaired properly office staff appear nice just make sure you’re able to see your unit before signing the lease our unit looks nothing like the model unit they made us see and did not let us see the actual unit after we requested to a few times prior to moving in

I can’t say enough how much I love my apartment. It doesn’t feel like an apartment! It feels like a spacious house with a ton of upgrades! I even have a two car attached garage. The office girls have the best customer service and are so welcoming! The maintenance guys are so quick and knowledgeable. If you like cycling they even have an amazing spin room amenity!

The views are amazing here, sunsets and sunrises and fireworks on holidays. The park with the half mile walking trail also has beautiful scenery especially when the wildflowers bloom. I also enjoyed the use of a fully equipped gym and large pool. My apartment had an amazing jacuzzi tub to relax in after working out at the gym. It really is a wonderful place to live!

Cortland at TPC is great because the staff is so responsive. I also like the attached garages and the fact that it is not as densely populated as three or four story complexes. Love it.

Very friendly and professional staff are always willing to help any way to make the residents feel at home.They will go above and beyond to solve any issues that might come up . I’ve lived for five years and I highly recommend it. If you’re thinking of apartment living this is the place to be.

Between the office staff and maintenance staff my stay here has been a great experience, my A/C gone out several times this summer due to extreme heat but Thomas always stayed on top of for me and my family

I can’t say enough about Cartland Estates! these apartments are one of a kind. the gym is amazing and all the upgrades inside the apartments do not make me miss my house I just sold.

I have lived at Cortland Estates at TPC for 5 years and I can definitely say that everyone who works there are caring and helpful and always make you feel like family! They work diligently to take care of any situations that might arise. During sever weather they work hard to make sure everyone was safe and had the necessities like the snow storm they would leave packs of water and goodies for residents and that showed they have heart for their residents!

Nice place to live. I like that there’s a lot of space to go on walks with my dog. Everyone here is pretty quiet and friendly.

I moved in 2 months ago and I have had the best experience so far! The maintenance guys are so friendly and so fast fixing any repairs I need. The management girls in the office are so funny and have the best customer service. The amenities is what sold me. The gym is like no other! It’s huge with all the equipment plus a cycle room! So glad I moved here!

This is a great place to live. After my wife died I sold our house and moved to San Antonio and to Courtland Estates at TCP. It has been the right decision for me. The people are great. The facility is wonderful --- well maintained, clean, and safe. The location is so convenient to shopping, medical facilities, and restaurants. I looked at 5 or 6 properties before choosing Courtland and when I saw it I knew I had found a home. You will love it too.
