5 min from Flatirons Mall and old town Louisville! I love the amenities which include a rotating rock wall, rooms to work in that are very quiet, year-round pool, and covered garage parking. The apartments are also really nice - mine has lots of light, no-slam cabinets, and hardwood. Maddy in the office made move in easy and stressfree too when we moved from out of state!

Looking for a spacious apartment, quiet, calm community, with visually stunning views as you walk your dog, Cortland Flatirons is the place. I cannot rave enough about the personal service and support I received from Tatiana. She worked with me for up to 3 months before moving in to help me find the perfect apartment for my family. I feel I can finally recycle those moving boxes for good, kick my feet up, and enjoy this space I now call home.
The service and maintenance team for Cortland is way above any of the surrounding apartment areas. (Ive lived at all of them). Friendly, quick to handle maintenance needs, professional, and maintain the surroundings by picking up trash, shoveling snow ASAP, and keeping pet messes cleaned up and always stocking doggy bags. Any issues with the elevators or garage doors are not a reflection of the service team as these jobs are contracted out to other businesses. Whoever manages the service staff is doing an awesome job. I appreciate that their are enough of them to make sure nothing is over looked.
Office support is always friendly and very helpful.

My Mom enjoys living at Cortland Flatirons because she has a specious apartment with a view of the mountains. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The people in the community are respectful of social distancing. The apartment community is well located near the highway and shopping.
The community here is very quiet and friendly. All the workers here are very professional and amazing to work with. Outside and inside are both well maintained and the property itself is just beautiful. I love the layout of the spaces as well as the spaces between units. Thick walls!
We've been at this complex for 14 months now and were happy to be able to resign our lease. The complex worked with us when we weren't sure if we'd be able to renew our lease due to COVID related job loss, which was greatly appreciated. This is a generally quiet apartment complex. People largely keep to themselves.
I love living at Cortland Flatirons. The units are large, the staff friendly and helpful. It's very conveniently located between Boulder and Denver with Louisville and Superior close by. Courtland is dog friendly too!

We are very happy at Courtland. The staff here are friendly and great to work with. We are very happy with our floor plan and recently moved back after trying other apartments in Broomfield.
Great community and everyone is very friendly. The apartments are gorgeous and have a lot of space. Really feels like a home. The only complaint I have about the apartment is the single elevator. The building would benefit greatly from a second elevator due to the high traffic but it is not unbearable.

My short time here has been wonderful. the staff response to my needs and or concerns in a timely manner. The community is very friendly and warm. The hallway is clean most of the time.
My daughter and I absolutely love living here. The leasing agents couldn't be nicer and the maintenance staff go above beyond. The pool is open year around and they have a great fire pit in the grilling area. I use the business center and or conference room on almost a weekly basis and enjoy more than my LoDo office. Drive 25 minutes south and you are in Lodo, 12 minutes north and you're at the Pearl St. mall or 6 minutes west and you are in downtown Louisville.
Great views, very private. Management attentive. Noise from apartment above is only down fall, very loud.
If you want to be treated like family and not just a renter. Then this is the place the office staff is amazing at being there for you the management is so careing about there residents. Maintenance is so awsome they take such good care of you're every need. If you want a nice place to live located by everything you could want or need this is the place. Shopping malls dinning so much more been here three year's and would not change it for the world thank you
I love living here! The tall ceilings create a spacious feeling in every room. The pool and hot tub are great! Pet friendly and walking distance from the mall.
This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff there is awesome, friendly and spot-on chap!! The place is total fab with everything you need to live life and the building is beautiful and quite as a mouse. I really like that they have on site storage with really helped out with all my gear. Neighbors rock and are so much fun at the pool too. Move in - it will be the best decision you ever made.
This place has it all form the best office staff who look at you as family and friend's. Not just a renter from the moment you walk in they are ready to help and the maintenance team wow these guy's are on there game. When you tell them something is wrong or an issue with something they have it resolved in a timely manner. So if you want a home were you have peace and quite. Were you have easy access to shopping mall's dinning and so much more I suggest here were all the happy people live :-)
This apartment complex has an amazing view of the flatirons and rocky mountain range. The amenities are very nice too. The 2nd level apartment's are very noisy from the people above you. The staff are pretty friendly but the late rent policies are much to stringent. If you are 4 days late on rent, you are served with legal papers and immediately charged an extra 250.00. Plus 50 dollars on the 3rd and 5.00 a day for every day after the 3rd until it's paid. Life can hand some tough situations that can cause late rent issues. Flexibility is definitely needed in today's world. But other than that, very lovely place mainly because of location and view.
