Poor infrastructure, I can hear all the apartments surrounding me. Management has poor communication regarding incidents, and maintenance. Maintenance will wake you up in the morning because management won’t tell you when they’re coming not even giving an approximate/estimated time or date of arrival.

If you are looking for an amazing property, with entertaining amenities and very supportive community staff Cortland is the place to be. This has been an amazing experience very comfy and safe.

I love the staff and management. They are kind and willing to help but they can only do so much. I feel that more surveillance is need to help hold residents accountable for their actions.

I moved here from Alabama and had to find a new apartment home when I arrived due to issues with the previous complex I signed with. I came in the day after I arrived in Texas, toured, applied and was accepted the same day. I was able to move in the very next day. Ever since I've been here, I've had a great experiences. No complaints. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The apartments are well-designed, modern with very nice amenities and gated access. Excellent management team fosters the sense of community with frequent events. The complex is definitely well-maintained because maintenance team takes care of common areas very well and resolves any issues promptly.

My first time visiting this community was quite a pleasant experience I must say. I was greeted by the office staff with a smile as well as offered me something to drink in which I was quite perched from all this Houston heat my goodness it's hot! But nevertheless the office was very clean and fresh smelling. Jassamine assisted me and finding a 1 bedroom apartment a new place to call home. This community is pretty quiet as I seen driving around on golf cart. Beautiful pool area scene resort style views. Theater room and entertainment area top tier. Love that they have many resident events that go on each month that's a huge plus. I'm moving from Bahamas for work accessible is everything for me. She mentioned Katy ISD I heard is a great school district and very close schools and shopping centers and malls! I will definitely be applying here very soon! I went to go visit this community it was beautiful and modern. Loved all the great amenities it offers. Top notch customer service. This lady named Jassamine is a wonderful agent she definitely deserves 5++ stars if I could leave it. She is very knowledgeable about this lovely community. Location, Location , Location is good access to i10 , 99, hwy 6, not too far. Good food restaurants nearby too and let's not forget about the malls and schools. I will be applying really soon cross fingers for a 4th floor to open up, did I mention they have elevators too!

Dogs barking, people leave dog waste in grass. Trash room is nasty. Pool parties & loud music played all the time. People rev up motor on cars. Not a place to work nights and try to sleep during day or evening. Kids playing in the parking lot.

If you should notice that residents are not picking up after their pets, please let us know and we can take action with the resident. We make it easy to pick up after pets by having doggy stations throughout the community. Our team also patrols the grounds regularly to ensure that they are free of litter or waste. Maintenance responds to requests quickly. The property is well kept and clean. They also clean the pool and pool area daily. The leasing agents and management are very kind, understanding and actually listen to our concerns. Love this property

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at this apartment complex. The women that work on the office are extremely professional and compassionate. If I have any issues they are there to help or to just be a listening ear 10/10 would recommend living in these apartments!

I absolutely love my choice of moving to this property! The staff is so lovely and helpful. All the staff really care about this property. Maintenance constantly power washes the property and gets all my work orders done so fast! I have not had any issues at all living here. I will definitely be renewing!

Its been a month that i moved in and its safe to say that i am satisfied.The staff takes you seriously and instantly tries to look after your problem.The gardeners are hardworking and clean every morning i believe. Parking is spacious.condition of the used appt inside is (8/10). Pool View is everything.Love it except the lifts need to be cleaned more often in a day and smell pleasing!
My experience with Cortland Inkwell has been very accommodating to me. The staff and employees are very polite and professional.
I do not recommend this property. The trash, wild parties and rats are ridiculous! I’ve been complaining with no resolve. I informed the new management and was told that the trash is not a management problem. I showed the manager pictures of the trash that’s currently been piling up for over three days and it’s still there today. Gates are held open by rocks and random strange people walk the property. Packages have been opened and items stolen.
We moved-in on May 15, 2020. This place has a serious security problem. Thieves easily broke into our apartment and robbed us around Sunday noon on June 21 while we left to run some errands. We were shocked when we saw how easy they could break in from front door. Despite the heavy financial loss, the management staffs’ attitude was disappointing. They sent maintenance after two days to only fasten the screw which was loosen due to force entry. No additional safety per our request. Because of safety issue, we decided to move out ASAP. The property manager does not even care about this unfortunate incident, and they want to charge all the early termination fee and two months’ rent plus other expenses (totally about $8000). While we lost a lot in this rubbery, they are forcing us to pay this much money to just move out and have peace.
Everything has been perfect so far. I moved into Inkwell on Greenhouse nearly a month ago. Devina helped me with my initial paperwork and application process, and Michael and Diva have been a great help also as I've settled in (and received packages, asked questions, etc). You can tell the managers really care about the property and their residents. Every other day I'll come across members of the front office and they'll remember me by name and greet me with a warm smile. If you've seen the pictures or visited the property, it speaks for itself. The property is brand new and very well maintained - I feel like I'm living in a 5-star hotel. The grounds are well-kept thanks to the hard working staff who hand-clean the grills, sweep the hallways, and care for other communal areas on a daily basis. The 24/7 emergency maintenance service has already helped me on one occasion when I accidentally shut off my electricity. I called the hotline at about 8:30pm on a Friday and I had a technician over in 30 minutes to save the day. The property is a non-smoking property, and I am very appreciative of that. Most of the neighbors I've met so far have been very friendly as well. The complex is generally calm and quiet, but we'll see if this holds up as residents continue to move in during the next few months. In conclusion, I'm very proud of where I live and grateful for the friendly staff both in the front office and on the grounds. Although I want to keep this place a secret for myself, I'd recommend Inkwell on Greenhouse to anyone looking for luxurious living at a remarkably affordable price.
