I’ve lived in a few different apartments, and nothing compares to Cortland. All amenities (appliances, maintenance, customer service) are top tier — I highly recommend living here.

Love living here. With updates finishes, a clean and pretty neighborhood, and community events, I have no complaints

I started living here in February and I love just about everything in this apartment. Jada was the leasing agent I worked with to move in and she could not have been more helpful. The leasing team has been here for a couple years and hasn't had really any turnover, which is rare for apartments. Maintenance is super quick and easy to work with. There are small flaws, but overall I'm very happy here

Cortland is a great community to live in, and that goes for any location! In my time here, I’ve never had a bad experience.

I’ve had a really great living experience here. The community team always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The community is always well kept. And any updates and maintenance are always completed quickly. The gym carpet has been updated since I’ve lived here. The team informed us about this days prior. And the carpet was removed and changed the same day during the gym’s least busy time. The team is so friendly. And all the residents that live here are very respectful and thoughtful of other residents.

Apartments are nice, but too expensive for what you get. Neighbors smoke weed and the apartments smell.

It was a quiet community but I hated that dog owner didn’t clean after their pets. I think the rent is over the top for the apartment. The staff are amazing!

The staff makes sure the property is always clean and maintained. The newly renovated dog park is great!!! Staff always plans community events which shows that they really care about the residents. A+ team!!!

I loved my touring experience at Cortland North Druid Hills! I was greeted with such warm and welcoming energy by Jada the leasing agent. She was so knowledgeable and made my tour feel like I was having a regular conversation with a friend. I truly forgot that I was on a tour! The experience was so great, and I cannot wait to lease at this property!

My wife and I were looking for a safe location that wasn’t too far from city center. We visited many apartment complexes however none stood a candle to this Cortland location. Great amenities, close to booming areas and great front desk staff— specifically Q! Thank you for all you do for us.

There is inconsistency with the enforcement of the rules. They will fine residents while ignoring other neighbors only a few doors down.

My spouse and I moved here from Virginia about a year and a half ago. The staff did a virtual walkthrough with us of the apartment and the rest of the community since we were out of state. When we got here, the staff were friendly and had everything prepared for us to move in with no stress. It meant so much to us because we had just driven 10 hours with a stressed out cat and had nothing to worry about. All of the units are beautifully laid out. We are currently in our second unit and plan on staying here until we buy a house or move out of state. The staff are amazing human beings! They have always been kind and helpful whenever we have needed them. The maintenance team have been amazing as well. They have a quick response time and are incredibly friendly. The amenities are great too. There is a gym, pool, and a courtyard that my spouse and I use frequently. The staff has started doing activities again for the community which has been fun. For us, the location is great. We are right off the i85 exit and in walking distance of my spouses work. Overall, we love this community and would recommend it to anyone.

Have really been enjoying my experience at this complex! Plan to stay for a long time.

We absolutely love living at CNDH! The units are so spacious & modern style. The living environment is perfect for small families, couples, singles, & parents of fur babies (dogs) :)

So far, I have really enjoyed my time as a resident at Cortland North Druid Hills. I have lived here going on 8 months with little complaints. The community is relatively quiet, the people are kind, and the community team is always super accessible and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Expecting mothers or women with a child(ren) should have a parking space. Spraying for pest should be monthly, since its included in rent. Hot water should not be a concern. Ive submitted at least 7 work request and I havent reached a year living in this complex yet.

A place has to be really bad for someone to move out after a month.

I have been a resident at Cortland Northdruid since 2018 and it is the best community I have lived in. The apartment homes are up to date and modern , community amenities are amazing and the management is the best. The location and price point can not be beat for the area.

We moved into a two-bedroom unit last December. Since moving in, there has been persistent odor of cigarettes coming into our master bathroom from the exhaust vent. We complained about it to the leasing agents multiple times but nothing was done for the first couple of months. After sharing reviews online, the leasing manager contacted us to explain how they are powerless to enforce the No-Smoking policy, even though they market themselves as a non-smoking community. In a weak effort to resolve this issue, they gave us an air purifier to install in the bathroom. We've had the purifier running 24x7 for the last couple of months with no help from it. After reaching out to the manager again, she told us that as long as she doesn't catch someone in the act, they can't help us. The problem is, they send out emails before making any inspections. I understand that they might be legally required to do so. However, they'll never catch someone in the act if they tell the culprit that they'll be making the inspection a day in advance. In short, we're stuck in this long lease and the leasing office can't do anything to help us out. If you're a chain smoker and are looking for a half-decent place and want to pay high rent, this could be an option for you. Everyone else, steer away.

I was impressed from the moment I entered the lobby, is has an entire cafe area, the decor was very modern and it may sound weird but it smells so good inside. The units themselves are well maintained, my favorite features are the tall ceilings,hardwood floors, and the stainless steel appliances, so big plus. Oh and if you have pets this is a good place to make your home. They have dog parks and a pet spa (which is something I never knew I really needed until now) The staff really made the process of moving in so enjoyable. I was helped by Morgan,Tara and Kala(absolutely love them!) I feel so comfortable coming to them with any questions that come to mind. Hope my experience helps someone make a decision??

I love living at Cortland. I looked at quite a few apartment complexes before choosing where to move in and this one had the most friendly staff and cleanly environment. I would recommend Cortland to everyone!

Wonderful community maintained by a caring staff. Really cannot beat the location with it being so close to everything. The interior apts are so nice with the balcony facing either the pool or courtyard

I am writing this review after one month of stay in this apartment community. So far, it has been a very frustrating experience. Our master bathroom also connected to the closet has a very strong smell of marijuana coming from the vent (like EVERYDAY!!). We strongly suspect that one of our neighbors is smoking it whose vent is connected to ours and nothing has been done so far about it. We have complained multiple times to the leasing agents, called Cortland helpline, contacted the courtesy officer and we are told that they are going to address the problem but nothing has been done. The maintenance guy inspected our unit and said that he smelled ash from the bathroom and so management told us that they are hiring professional cleaners to get the vent cleaned. The professional cleaners came and even standing a distance away from the bathroom said that they get a very strong smell of marijuana and went back without any cleaning. I called for the courtesy officer again and one of the leasing agents sent someone from maintenance again. They came and said that they can smell cigarettes or marijuana and tried to knock over neighboring apartments to check but nobody opened the door so they couldn't do anything. After this happened, the maintenance guy came and told us that he is going to report the issue and management will contact us. However, so far we got ZERO communication from management about how they are going to address this issue. At this point, we are not even sure if the leasing agents and management even care about this problem. We keep complaining and nothing happens. We are told every time we complain that this is being addressed but NOTHING has happened so far!! If they cannot do anything to stop residents from smoking, they should stop calling themselves a “non-smoking” community. The problem is not just smoking, somebody is smoking weed which is illegal and NOTHING is being done!! This is advice to someone who is considering moving-in here, when you talk to the leasing agents they are very polite but once you move in, they absolutely don’t care! FOLLOWING-UP a thousand times is extremely annoying!!!! Parking is a HUGE problem as well. The community has 15-minute parking spots where people park for 2 days without moving, so if your apartment is closer to the leasing office and you just want to drop-off stuff using the 15-minute parking, it is never AVAILABLE. SO BEWARE! Don’t even think of moving here!!!!

Before moving into an apartment, I did research on management companies and found Cortland. I visited 5 Cortland properties before deciding on North Druid Hills, all employees were impressive. Cortland does an amazing job hiring and training their employees, my team is my favorite!

Cortland North Druid Hills is absolutely awful. Great location, decent rates, minimal amenities, terrible parking, and the WORST front office staff Ive ever dealt with. The primary function, to a resident, of the front office staff is to help answer questions, deal with maintenance issues, and negotiate lease terms. They dont answer calls, dont respond to voicemails, and dont respond to emails. Its absurd, and there are too many other places to liveno one has to put up with this place.

Really is a great place to live, was a little more than I originally wanted to spend but it is definitely worth it. The leasing team was very helpful throughout the process, and I invite people over any time I get the chance to show my new place off.
